They are pretty generous with the bok choy and feel soooo satisfied after finishing the entire bowl but I never feel heavy or bloated after eating here. The service is very kind and super efficient. They offer complimentary plum juice at the front counter, just help yourself. With friends I have ordered the eggplant, skewers, and big plate chicken, but the veggie XL wide noodles will always be my favorite food. This has slowly becoming one of my favorite noodle places. I wanted to try another restaurant in the plaza, but the wait time was over an hour. So I decided to check out DH Noodles instead and that was one of the best decisions I made. Their skewer was seasoned well, tasty, and good portion size. Got 5 skewers from one order. The fried shrimp roll is simply amazing. Super crispy and flavorful. Honestly, I could probably order 3 of those and call it a night. The menu was a little hard for me to navigate because I don't know much Chinese, but i got the meat lovers noodle. And It was very very surprised that they came out with a large bowl of meat and I had to grab a handful for my soup. It came with slices of fatty lamb meat that is soft, and lots of veggie such as bean curd shreds, seaweed, fresh day lily and some vermicelli. The broth was flavorful and heartwarming. I ate half a bowl and it was already very filling. The menu offers a member discount price for about 15%. If you want to be a member, you have to load up a certain amount and use that as prepay for the next meal. Our table of 7 ate about $175 of food, so it made sense for us to be a member and front load with $200, then we actually just paid about $150 with the member discount and we could use the remaining $50 next time. They have a self-service sweet and sour plum juice station near the cashier. Service was good, although they tend to have some mix-up on delivering the right food. Glad we ordered the brown sugar glutinous rice cakes. Sooo good and perfect ending to a spicy meal. Soft and slightly chewy rice cakes sprinkled with brown sugar and what looks like powdered and crushed peanuts on top in a shallow pool of dark brown sugar sauce.
