The coaches create an atmosphere so fun and welcoming, you'll forget you're in a gym; you'll leave every session sore, but you'll be excited to come back. The coaches are very experienced and diligent in the workouts and direct 1:1 coaching. The owner, Adam (professional boxer prior to opening Star Method), and his wife are incredibly friendly and supportive, and often bring their 2 adorable fur babies, making it a very welcoming, safe and comfortable environment. The classes remain small (fewer than 6 participants) to ensure coaches maintain the ability to observe and quickly intervene on our overall form. Each of the coaches is friendly, encouraging, and very well-experienced in their craft. I feel very fortunate to have found my coach, Demetri. His attention to detail is phenomenal. If I struggle with form / a specific move, he has the ability to quickly create ways for me to have a better understanding of the why, while improving my overall form. I highly recommend Star Method Boxing without hesitation.

Unfortunately my husbands work schedule changed and I did not have childcare in the mornings to go workout. I signed a 6 month contract, but stopped going in January. I believe My last month was April. I was still paying $105 for the reminder of my contract, but my card got compromised. I had one month left and since I hadn't been going, I decided not to go in and update my card and give them $100+ for a gym I wasn't using. They the. Tried to charge my card for an additional month after my contract ended! I received several texts asking to pay and they said "I'll see what I can do about getting this last payment down" I told them I hadn't been there in months. They're now sent me to collections for $124 and I get phone calls from corporate. It's so weird that they're this aggressive over $105 when I WASNT EVEN UTILIZING THE GYM. This was a great option for a quick workout, and I would have loved to return if I ever was able to get consistent childcare In the mornings (I work PM so AM Is my only option) but now I know they won't welcome me back and I for sure wouldn't want to. Being a small business owner myself, you should learn the habits of your clients and adjust accordingly. You can literally pull a report and see I hadn't been coming. So why try to charge an additional month? Weird.

This review is both personal and not. I worked at this location, and while I have many awful…read moreexperiences I could share, I'll try to keep this balanced. As a member, the gym itself is okay. The space is large, and it has a lot to offer. I continued paying for my membership because I genuinely enjoyed the martial arts classes which, in my opinion, is the entire point of this gym's existence. The machines, however, haven't really changed since they opened. It wasn't until after the 10-year anniversary that they finally brought in some new equipment. Now for the part that's personal: management. I cannot stress this enough my PERSONAL experience with management was awful. I was fired after being late to work because I had just been in a car accident. The operations manager at the time, Hannah Amayo (who has since resigned), made my life miserable. She and Kate Hansen teamed up to fire me, and it absolutely broke me at the time because I truly needed that job after being T-boned on my way home. As for the facility itself: the gym was always dirty, bathrooms were frequently broken (sinks, toilets, blow dryers), and equipment constantly needed repairs that never seemed to happen. Maintenance was almost nonexistent from what I saw. I know management has changed since 2019, but I found this review sitting in my drafts and figured it was finally time to post it. Needless to say, I eventually canceled my membership because why would I pay over $100/month for a gym that isn't properly maintained? Instead of opening new locations, they should at least invest in the ones they already have.

Broke it down, explained it clearly, no games. That's how customer service is supposed to look. Now... let's talk about Kat. Because baby girl, what exactly were you doing? While I'm having a private conversation about my account, here you are, neck craned over like a nosy neighbor in the window, staring at the computer screen like it's Netflix. Newsflash: it's not your business, it's not your account, and it's not your lane. You're not helping, you're not contributing--you're just lurking. Weird. Annoying. Unprofessional. And if you're that bored? Here's a wild idea: instead of playing Inspector Gadget with members' personal info, maybe pick up a rag, put down that iPhone, and start doing the job you're actually paid for. Wipe down some machines. Rack up the stray weights. Make the place look like a gym and not a storage unit. Because right now? That TikTok-scrolling energy is not it. Sale Assets, tighten this up. One employee showed me what good service looks like, and the other showed me exactly what unprofessionalism feels like. I'll let y'all decide which one you want representing your brand.

The no-class-time model is incredibly efficient for a busy schedule; I never have to stress about a clock, I just show up and get to work. What makes this place truly special, however, is the warm and inclusive atmosphere: A Personal Touch: From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by name. There is a genuine culture of kindness where members cheer each other on through every round. Celebrating Milestones: One of my favorite parts is how we celebrate each other's progress. Whether it's a 100-workout milestone or a 500-workout achievement, the trainers and members make sure your hard work is recognized. Expert Coaching: The trainers are the perfect blend of professional and encouraging. They provide expert technical guidance while ensuring you feel motivated to push past your limits.
