Several months ago, I brought my Ducati 800SS to this shop for service. The work performed included an oil and filter change, cam belt replacement, safety inspection, and other maintenance items, for a total cost of more than $1,400. At the time, I was recovering from multiple eye surgeries and was unable to ride the motorcycle myself. A neighbor assisted me by transporting the bike to and from the shop. When the service was completed, Lawrence contacted me to arrange pickup. I explained that I needed time to coordinate transportation with my neighbor. He informed me that if the motorcycle was not picked up within two days, storage fees of $150 per day would be charged. Given my medical circumstances, I found this response disappointing and lacking flexibility. After retrieving the motorcycle, I immediately noticed that it was not running properly. The bike lacked power and did not shift smoothly between gears. I contacted Lawrence and was advised to continue riding it, with the expectation that the issues would resolve themselves. After approximately one month, the problems persisted. When I called again to discuss the situation, I felt my concerns were dismissed, despite explaining that I had recently undergone a cornea transplant and had limited ability to ride the motorcycle. I requested that the shop inspect the bike and address the issues, but was told I would need to pay for additional diagnostic work. Since the motorcycle had not been operating correctly following the service, I was disappointed that there was no willingness to verify whether the issues were related to the work that had been performed. As a result, I sought a second opinion from another Ducati specialist. During their inspection, they found that the throttle bodies were out of synchronization and that the fuel lines had deteriorated. After replacing the fuel filter and fuel lines and correcting the throttle body synchronization, the motorcycle ran exceptionally well and performed like new. Based on my experience, I found the customer service lacking, felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, and was disappointed by the shop's unwillingness to stand behind its work. While others may have had different experiences, I cannot recommend this business based on my own.

One oil leak after another, power steering pump went out 2 or 3 times. They pulled my whole transmission and engine the day pick it up 3rd gear was slipping so bad when driving it home. i Had to turn around to take it back to them for repairs. So it tells me no one tested the car after the repairs and didn't even test drive it. He was very friendly and courteous with answering my questions about the different bikes and sharing his insights on the models and the use cases I'm asking about, and also swapped one of the normal seats for a lowered seats on one of the Ducati Monsters. They provided pork sausage rolls, fruit and cheese and crackers charcuterie (pomegranates included, I love pomegranates!), and apple sticky toffee pudding.
