Sincerely the worst pharmacy you could ever get products from. No communication when things aren't available for their auto-ship. You just end up calling when you're close to out of things and then they inform you they won't have it available for an x amount of time. As I understand there are formula shortages, communication needs to be email blasted at a minimum to those who rely on this help. Then to be scoffed at while on the phone with the customer service rep is beyond me. These are real people with real needs for their children or whomever and the compassion/ empathy needs to be there. I'm sure it's stressful on their end to be dealing with angry parents but the company needs to be doing better and so do the people that are communicating with the patients. I personally don't care that there are over 6,000 people in need of the formula my son needs, what I do care about is the knowledge on the fact that they won't have it available so that I can make arrangements as this formula is not only INSANELY expensive but also requires a prescription to obtain it. I had called back in December and they said it would be shipped and we would receive it in 6-10 business days 14+ business days later I'm calling to check on the shipment only it didn't ship until Jan2... 2 days ago. This will be the 3rd month of this (random no autoship) If you can, avoid using their services. I'm just bummed I don't have a choice. read more

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I don't know how they are able to stay in business with the type of customer service they provide. The lady was laughing when she answered and I called a second time and it sounded like they were eating...she said let me transfer you and no one answered after that. I'm extremely satisfied about the attention I received to get my product from Dial pharmacy . Everything is covered under insurance and there's a process when working with insurances. Harriet guided me through everything from getting the documents needed from my Dr office to making sure she updated me with my sons formula status . Deliveries here are 5-6 business days no shipping fee included everything is literally covered by Dial pharmacy. When receiving my product I was so impressed it was delivered directly to my home. Worst pharmacy ever. I've been trying to get formula for my daughter for almost a month and they wouldn't give it to me because "I needed a progress note" notifying that my daughter was premature. Kaiser didn't know what a progress note so kaiser gave me a letter notifying that my daughter was premature and they still couldn't except it. read more

This pharmacy is anything but helpful. We were referred to them by my sons WIC for his special formula. The way the talk to you, its like the assume you're not educated enough to comprehend anything because you're a WIC participant. They're always late with my sons order. (ex: my sons monthly delivery is at the end of the month, for March and May I've gotten 2 shipments because the person running referrals forgets or doesn't turn in paperwork on time). They'll blame everyone but themselves. I've called Medi-Cal and they tell me that its typical for them to point fingers. I'm in the middle of reporting them to Medi-Cal. No one has time to call these people and help them with their jobs. read more
