Update problem resolved!…read more Old Review, Enrique is a master at repairs and knowledgeable of equipment but unfortunately he has people working for him that don't have a clue at servicing, the service has been hit and miss we started out with him doing the pool service and things couldn't be more perfect he also programmed our new pump to do fancy things and added some circuits that would be controlled through the app. Then he told us his apprentice was going to take over and we were damn we thought we just found the right pool guy so we gave him a try can't remember his name he's a young African American kid well the first week he broke the head on my wife's concrete turtle statue. After that just sloppy cleaning my wife would ask did the pool guy show up this week I'm like I guess well why is there trash in the spa? Don't know. Well weeks would pass sometimes the pool would look nice other times not too many weeks the spa went unvacuumed that's when I told Enrique we don't like the service your guy is doing and would like to switch to chemical service only but I mentioned if he could do it personally we would stay full service he agreed he would do it on another day we were fine with that. Well a week went by he didn't show up so I asked him if anyone swung by this week and he said it slipped his mind and said he wouldn't charge me $25 for that week the week after he showed up and the pool was looking like a charm until the following week where no one showed up again. One thing I still haven't figured out is the billing sometimes it's a mid-month sometimes at the beginning of the month anyways I spent some time vacuuming the pool and spa myself while we were swimming and I haven't heard anything from Enrique so I might just start doing it myself if it has to come to that. If anyone knows a dependable pool service let me know.

And now they've canceled my service "effective immediately" because I've reviewed them honestly and as to my personal experience ... unprofessional. I guess that's what you get when you give feedback on overcharging. Someone who can't take the feedback and instead cuts tie. The owners use every opportunity to rip you off. I swear every single month there's some additional charge for something. Then they quote one price and charge another. The final straw was the excessive credit card fees they charge acknowledging it's the "cost of doing business". But they inflate the charges they are actually paying. Do not recommend. Also while the pool service person is fine he definitely doesn't spend enough time on the pool. Happy to be moving on to another company.

i've had a pool/spa with Pentair system for about 8 years. i was getting repeated "problem/no…read moreproblem" notifications from Pentair, and my pool tech said he was attending to them. the water readings got so bad that Pentair sent their rep, Dwayne from Aquatic Specialities, to take a look. Bad situation, but Dwayne has been exceptionally thorough, incredible knowledge of Pentair and beyond systems, great communicator, amazingly responsive. i had to fire my old guy and really happy to have Dwayne guiding the process. i haven't encountered anybody with more skills and knowledge in this area. of course, i've checked him out and all reviews/ratings confirm my positive impressions. i highly recommend him!

Did an unbelievable job, was polite and answered all my questions. Even added chemical and DE for filter on his way out.
