I have been coming here for years!! Diana's Burrito is my go to! Green salsa. I'm disappointed that they took down the awesome menu down! To me that was an iconic hand painted sign. In life you sometimes don't need to follow the rest. It's cool that you put a scan code for your menu! Diana's location in Carson is where I find a winner for mole. They have the best Mole Chicken Wet Burrito! On Christmas it's said that their customers line up and go 'round the block for their tamales. They help the community out. You can have good food at their other locations in Huntington Park, Gardena and El Monte. But it's in Norwalk I think where all the Mexican restaurants have The Best Mole so it makes sense to me that Diana's has a location there, too! read more

Something's up here, new owner, management? I've been coming here since the 80's but the food has gone downhill. Carne asada was so bland, no seasoning at all. The enchiladas used to have shredded beef, now they have ground beef that was more like the paste you find Jack in the box tacos. I don't think they were baked as the corn tortilla was rubbery as if right out of the package. The servings of rice and beans have gotten smaller. They charged $3.50 extra for a few tablespoons of tomatillo sauce to make the burrito wet. The salsa or the chips came in those tiny plastic cups and were only half full. I always call in my order and pick it up as their dining room isn't great to eat in. Pick up is perfect! Love supporting family businesses! Diana's has been a hit since I was young. The atmosphere brings so much nostalgia and there's so much space, perfect for social distancing. This place is DE-LU-SION-AL. And as a therapist, that's saying a lot. We ordered $500 worth of food meant for 50 people and we received 21 enchiladas, a tray of rice, a tray of pinto beans, a small tray of chicken fajitas, and a small plate of beef fajitas. Since when is a tray of rice $100?!?! We didn't even get tortillas or chips. Oh, they did give us a cup of pico de gallo. Inexpensive, ready on arrival and always choice for our holiday tamale making extravaganzas. 5lbs, 10lbs, 20lbs... no problem. They'll hook you up and it's always consistent and good! Be careful with the parking lot across Delores street tho. In the back of the store, not a problem. Across the street on Delores (which is designated for Diana's) it is plentiful. I just went here and the food was terrible the drinks were watered down even after we changed them the service was also not the best they would just look at you and not help or ask if you needed anything. Before writing this review, I decided to read the other reviews. I was shocked by the sheer number of one stars given. I was just here twenty minutes ago, so my review is based solely on that. My contractor told me he loves mole, but has never eaten it outside of his home. So, I decided to surprise him with lunch today. The lady who greeted me couldn't have been nicer. She offered suggestions when I was uncertain and she gave me a sample of the chicken mole. It was very well seasoned with just the right amount of spices. Tasted like it had been cooking for hours. I really liked it. The contractor hasn't tried it yet. The menu is huge, so if you're not well versed in the cuisine, just ask for help. The take out orders are put in styrofoam, which you can't microwave. I asked if they had microwave safe containers, they do. The cocido soup comes with corn/flour tortillas, rice tortilla chips, onions, lemon and salsa. Definitely will put them in my rotation. read more

And all my years I really got to say this is the worst customer service over the phone. Lupe who is the person who answered the phone put me on hold three times and all three times hung up on me. After taking the order she did not offer me the option to pay over the phone. When I received the phone order it was incorrect, that is with me asking the woman to repeat the order back to me twice. Then when I showed up to pick up the food they said it's not ready and they don't make the food until you have already paid for it. So then I explained to the woman why would they give me an estimated time if the food was not even going to be ready by the time I got there.
