I had never had anything officially done with my eyelashes before, but I thought that now was a great time to try. I found Diana through Groupon and was impressed with the price for a lash lift and tinting, so I gave it a try. The location was pretty far from me but I figured that the discount from Groupon made it worth it. Her location is tucked behind some other office buildings, in the corner on the right side. Parking is easy on the street and free. Inside, the office is clean, inviting, and relaxing. Diana showed me to her lash suite, and walk to me through what the process was going to be like. She was very sweet, and was helpful in telling me about what each step was so it wasn't a surprise. She had just the right amount of small talk and was easygoing throughout the 30 minute treatment. At the end she gave me a hand mirror and I was totally shocked. My lashes looked like they had doubled in length and thickness, and looks like I was not only wearing mascara but really good mascara! I think the thing that I told her was "Oh my gosh are these really my eyelashes?!" If I lived in the area I absolutely would be returning to her in 6 weeks to get my next lash lift and tint. I feel like it's a pretty simple process for a really impressive result that apparently lasts a long time. I'm excited to see how it looks as the weeks progress and see if it really does last the full six weeks like she said. The only downside was that she left a lot of tacky stickiness from the eyelid pillows, which caused my eyelids to stick together for most of the day. I had an okay experience here. I came to see Diana because I had a Groupon for an eyelash lift and tint. Online booking was easy, and I like that she had Saturday availability within the next couple weeks from when I booked. On the day of my appt, I was a little irked at yet another one of my appts not starting on time. It was just 10 minutes - not too bad, but I was a little worried about making my next appt somewhere else since I planned on spending just 30 minutes there. Diana was nice and explained to me that despite already having black lashes, the keratin tint will still make a difference in making them appear more thick. Her prices are really good, and even offers a discount for buying a package of two of a lash lift and tint. When she finished my lashes, they looked pretty good. I didn't pay as much attention to them since I needed to head out for my next appt. When I got a better look at my lashes, it looked like some of my lashes on my right eye ended up crinkled. I tried brushing them out with an eyelash wand in hopes that they wouldn't stay crinkled, but no luck. I'm sure she would fix them, but I wish they would've been done better the first time around. It's a bit of a drive from where I live, and I prefer not to drive back for a fix job. The salon itself is gorgeous. But the lift and tint was a bad experience, on my right eye. The tips were the part that curled, in an abnormal way, which makes my lashes look SHORTER! The tint was decent. After this treatment, I have had to try to get my lashes to look normal, but it isn't working out. I was disappointed, as I am going on a trip. Please, stick to your mascara and don't get this treatment. I am on a fixed income and splurged on something I shouldn't have. We all learn our lessons. I went to Diana a few weeks ago before the holidays I had a henna and lash lift/tint. I used Groupon. The henna eyebrows looked good to me and lasted a few days maybe a week. I think that's how long they are supposed to last. My issue is with my lashes. At first they looked okay. Or at least I thought so. The lashes on my right eye were 90 degree angle. I knew that this was all wrong because I've had a lash lift and tint in the past and they looked great. It's been three weeks now and my lashes are falling out and they look horrible. The right eyelashes are over-curled. I thought about calling her to get a refund but then I realized it was a waste of time because I am probably going to hear excuses like "You probably slept on it" etc. . . But later that day my eyelashes had curled so much that it looked like my lashes were burn and I had none. I decided to give it a few weeks and see if lashes would relax, but they didn't. My natural lashes are long but straight (no curl what so ever) I am blown away by how amazing my eyelashes look afterward! I went to Diana a while ago and had the lash lift done . I liked it but after a few days they didn't look round they had a crease in them like when using a lash curler at home . I didn't contact her until the next time I wanted them done again and told her I wanted them done again but that the crease had occurred .
