I recently had lunch at DiBella's in Latham with my family. We had a pretty good meal! First off, I loved the vibe of the place. Yes, it's a chain, but still it's a nice recreation of an old school deli which I appreciated. It was also very clean and there was also plenty of seating and parking as well. We got a variety of subs and I decided to try their salad with turkey, hot peppers, olives, onions, tomatoes, and garbanzo beans. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, 3 of our 5 orders were incorrect, which was quite frustrating considering the effort we had put into specifying what we wanted. Nevertheless, to their credit, the staff promptly took care of the errors when we brought them to their attention. Despite the order issues we faced, I still find DiBella's to be a pretty good sub shop. Taking everything into consideration, I would rate them 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4 stars, primarily because I appreciated the food quality. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

Dibella's cheesesteak missing about at least half of the meat. Guess I won't be going there anymore!

I ordered 3 Dibella's cheesesteaks, and 2/3 subs it looks like they took one subs of meat and decided to split the meat between 2 subs!!! Used to be my favorite sub place, but it went downhill. Smh

Was DiBella's the best sub I've ever tasted? No, but it was pretty darn good. Having great bread really amps what was a pretty normal sub up to a 10. The everything seasoned bread - holy cow! That should be an option on every sub everywhere. The portion size was larger than expected and the price was reasonable. They lose a star for the convoluted ordering and paying process - it's one of these places that gets annoyed when you aren't a regular and you don't know what you are supposed to do. Ordering and paying shouldn't be a confusing process - and it was here, at least for this first timer. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean and great from a Covid standpoint as well!

Good bread and fresh fillings make for good sandwiches. The fillings were a bit jumbled and not necessary evenly spread throughout the sandwich. Good meal for a traveling family.

Good subs! Good service! My only complaint is all of the tables were dirty. Nice interior. I hope that they pay their employees good!

Food is like every Sonic in the country. Low rating due to slow service and employees that can't get ANYTHING right.

While the place may not be large, they offer a fairly big menu consisting of popular apps/sides (potato knishes, falafel, hummus, grape leaves), breakfast sandwiches (perfect to head into work with), soups, salads, sandwiches, bowls, and by-the-pound deli meats, cheeses, salads, and smoked fish. The casual deli experience is inclusive of the short wait time and straightforward efficient service. With only a few tables located at the back of the deli, it is likely best to dine in during an off time or just take it all togo. While I've only visited this location in Latham, Saati is also present in Albany. Head in and try one of my recommendations: the NY Style Hot Corned Beef Sandwich, Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich, or the Lox and Cream Cheese Sandwich...all that comes with a side though very small...choose from potato salad, macaroni salad, or cole slaw.

So on a recent visit to her place, I decided it was time to see for myself. I was glad I did, the food and experience were good. The interior is spotless. Ordering at the counter was quick and easy. The sandwiches are thick with their sliced meats. The salads are a bit more expensive than I originally expected, but the larger amount of salad more than justified the price I paid. We had leftovers. For future orders, I may try ordering online and picking up to avoid a wait for my pickup.

It was good to know the turkey is roasted "in house." I took half home. In my opinion, the prices are not only fair but on the low side for the quality of food served. My sandwich was only $9.99 with chips and a pickle spear. Side salads are inexpensive and delicious I hear. The two sided laminated menu was easy to navigate. Specials of the day are posted at the entrance. Service was prompt and friendly. The charming cafe is located at the end of a strip of businesses off Rt. 7 near the Galleria 7 Food Court. There are many tables and a full bar in a well lit inside seating area. In addition, there is a great patio with nice planters on one side. Lots of parking. Easy access for wheelchairs and walkers. Looking forward to returning for a Panini, or soup, or salad, or breakfast sandwich. I will check out the catering menu to use in future. I have driven by Dnipro many times but finally went in. First, I saw a menu featuring lunch specials. Among them pirogies, stuffed cabbage and borscht. I went for a bowl of borscht and it was delicious. A vegetable filled version, it was tangy and slightly sweet with big chunks of potato. Next I saw candy, lots and lots of it. Plenty of intriguing small filled chocolates with artistic wrappers. I bought lots. I love the surprise of discovering what type of filling they have. They have a deli counter with lots of sausages ,ham and other meats. Plenty of cheese for sale too. They have head cheese. I've never been brave enough to try it but it seems to be a staple at Eastern European delis. I saw pastries but went for a loaf of bread this time. The friendly man at the counter told me that the bread is started in Germany and then finished here. German bread!!! Heck yes!! I'll take it. Germans are certainly known for delicious bread and this is no exception. The loaf I chose was a mix of rye and other flours. It was crusty on the outside and light on the inside with a delicate flavor. It was freshly baked and still warm. Perfect to dip into the borscht. My next treasure was chopped chicken liver. It's one of the foods you either love or hate. I have long loved it since my days as a Platt's deli girl. This is a fantastic version! Sweet and soft. I spread some of this on the bread too, heaven!! The service was attentive and personable. The bread alone is reason to go back but I also look forward to trying other lunch specials. The prices are fair as well. Another win for ethnic places in the Latham area.
