Dibella's cheesesteak missing about at least half of the meat. Guess I won't be going there anymore!

I ordered 3 Dibella's cheesesteaks, and 2/3 subs it looks like they took one subs of meat and decided to split the meat between 2 subs!!! Used to be my favorite sub place, but it went downhill. Smh

I recently had lunch at DiBella's in Latham with my family. We had a pretty good meal! First off, I loved the vibe of the place. Yes, it's a chain, but still it's a nice recreation of an old school deli which I appreciated. It was also very clean and there was also plenty of seating and parking as well. We got a variety of subs and I decided to try their salad with turkey, hot peppers, olives, onions, tomatoes, and garbanzo beans. Overall, the food was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, 3 of our 5 orders were incorrect, which was quite frustrating considering the effort we had put into specifying what we wanted. Nevertheless, to their credit, the staff promptly took care of the errors when we brought them to their attention. Despite the order issues we faced, I still find DiBella's to be a pretty good sub shop. Taking everything into consideration, I would rate them 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4 stars, primarily because I appreciated the food quality. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

Was DiBella's the best sub I've ever tasted? No, but it was pretty darn good. Having great bread really amps what was a pretty normal sub up to a 10. The everything seasoned bread - holy cow! That should be an option on every sub everywhere. The portion size was larger than expected and the price was reasonable. They lose a star for the convoluted ordering and paying process - it's one of these places that gets annoyed when you aren't a regular and you don't know what you are supposed to do. Ordering and paying shouldn't be a confusing process - and it was here, at least for this first timer. Restaurant and restrooms were very clean and great from a Covid standpoint as well!

Good bread and fresh fillings make for good sandwiches. The fillings were a bit jumbled and not necessary evenly spread throughout the sandwich. Good meal for a traveling family.

It was good to know the turkey is roasted "in house." I took half home. In my opinion, the prices are not only fair but on the low side for the quality of food served. My sandwich was only $9.99 with chips and a pickle spear. Side salads are inexpensive and delicious I hear. The two sided laminated menu was easy to navigate. Specials of the day are posted at the entrance. Service was prompt and friendly. The charming cafe is located at the end of a strip of businesses off Rt. 7 near the Galleria 7 Food Court. There are many tables and a full bar in a well lit inside seating area. In addition, there is a great patio with nice planters on one side. Lots of parking. Easy access for wheelchairs and walkers. Looking forward to returning for a Panini, or soup, or salad, or breakfast sandwich. I will check out the catering menu to use in future. Think a convenience shop focused on Italian goodies - I saw raw honeycombs, what looked like fresh cannolis, and lots of olive oil. I ordered 1/2 trays of everything for our group of 13 and we had more than enough food. Our dishes were Penne with Vodka Sauce, Meatballs with Marinara along with more penne in sauce, Chicken Marsala and Antipasto. The Chicken was absolutely delicious with lots of mushrooms and flavorful sauce. The meatballs were enormous and more importantly tasty. The only dish I wasn't entirely pleased with was the antipasto. I was envisioning whole chunks of cheese, olives, peppers and rolled cold cuts. Instead it was finely chopped cold cuts and American cheese on a bed of oily greens with a few pickled vegetables. Alas, I don't have any pictures! I didn't think to take any with all the festivities. I would definitely use them again for my catering/party needs.

It was only $7, which felt like a steal once it was placed in front of me. I was really happy they offered an egg everything bagel because they have been a favorite lately. The bagel was really good, a little average, but very enjoyable. I appreciated the thick schemer of cream cheese, and it tasted like they mixed it up in house. The side of home fries was massive! They were nice and soft but still crispy on the edges, I added some salt pepper and hot sauce at the table and they were perfect. They offer a ton of different breakfast and lunch options. I will definitely come back to try something else. This location is very convenient, especially with all of the doctor's offices near by.

The Reuben was a little too unidimensional for my taste, because the cauliflower is fermented I think there isn't enough contrast with the sauerkraut which is really the only other ingredient. the flavor was great but the texture wasn't my favorite. The eggplant itself was amazing! I loved it. But again I think the composition of the sandwich was a little off for my taste, there was a pile of arugula that overpowered the eggplant which was star but a very small portion of the sandwich. The homemade chips were the best I've ever had and YOU SHOULD TRY!!!! Phenomenally crisp and cooked to perfection. Overall, I don't think I'd come back often because there arent a ton of vegan options and I was enthralled by them but if I was in a group with meat eaters and they wanted sandwiches I would happily tag along and get one of these options again.

They brought my food out to me on a little tray with a paper branded with the same cute dog. I loved the wrap! I'm glad I went the wrap route - it was perfect. Mozzarella, arugula, fried eggplant, olives - yummm. It was so delicious and flavorful and a big portion! I took leftovers back to my hotel and had them the next day. I'm so glad I stopped in to this spot and would definitely come back for more of their tasty food.
