    I can't even put into words how helpful Sean and Tony were to get us financed into a certified 2018 Equinox. Our credit was not the greatest and we had some road blocks but they knew which banks to go through so we didn't have to run our credit a million times. They let us do an extended test drive and even came to the rescue when I locked the keys in the car. We were really starting to get discouraged, Tony spent the entire morning personally talking with banks to get the deal done! They were so respectful and totally understanding of our situation. We went to many other dealerships who treated us like garbage when we explained our credit wasn't perfect. Tony and Sean treated us like family. If you're looking for a Chevy go check out Wickstrom and ask for Sean!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We have been going back and forth trying to reach the owner who had told Adam the sales manager, we would be hearing from him. This went on all day Thursday and Friday with absolutely no call back from him, we have made multiple attempts. Our vehicle had the oil light come on, April 7th, we went to get a 150-point inspection done, then with Pats advice, went to get a second opinion, a 300- point inspection with a repair shop more accustomed to Audis. Pat told me it wasn't necessary to procced with a 300-point inspection, but this I found strange and did anyways. The car is now sitting and not being driven, at the repair shop They found both front axles need to be replaced and there is an active oil leak from a valve cover and is unsafe to drive because it can risk engine damage. This is not minor wear and tear and an active oil leak from a valve cover right after purchase absolutely falls under an implied warranty issue that I signed the day of purchase along with Pats words telling us, "By law you are absolutely covered if you leave and something major happens." (Referring to the implied warranty.) We are looking at about $4100-4200 worth of parts and labor for these issues and by law I am covered under the signed implied warranty. I need to have the phone call to us that we keep being told we are going to receive from the owner. Our mechanic has tried to reach out several times, along with us. I find it very disappointing and odd that this owner claims he is going to call us the customers who is having an issue and not even have a conversation with us. Extremely unprofessional. If we cannot resolve this promptly, I will be filing formal complaints with the Illinois Attorney Generals office along with the Illinois Secretary of State and Federal Trade Commission, as well as pursuing additional legal remedies. One of two things, take the vehicle back or pay for the necessary repairs. Hopefully we can resolve this matter quickly without any additional outside sources.

Not the 1st customer to make the drive only to find the car they're interested in no longer available though. I also understand that shopping at the low end of their inventory price wise made me a low priority customer. Of course if they had a stick shift equipped Japanese or German 2WD sedan at $20-25k, I would have looked at that too. Prices here ARE very reasonable.

    This was my second poor service experience with this dealership. I had an appointment on Thursday…read morefor an oil change and some recalls. Justin was the manager I worked with and he asked when I needed my car back. I told him that I didn't need it that day but I needed it by 5PM on Friday as I was going out of town (Memorial Day weekend). He said no problem. I shared that if all of the recalls cannot be completed by 5PM that is OK but I need it no later than 5:00. I received a text when I left the appt saying I could keep track of the progress, review any potential add ons based on what the tech found, and I could text the number for an update. On Friday, I texted the number for a status update around 2PM as I hadn't heard from anyone since I left Thursday afternoon. I didn't receive a response via text so I followed up a little over 2 hours later. I still hadn't heard anything so I called the shop at 4:23PM to check in. The woman who answered the phone was not very friendly, or helpful. I told her that I was promised that the car will be ready by 5PM as I had plans. Her response was "ma'am, I can't make the technician work faster". There was zero empathy, and she wasn't apologetic. I fully understand it wasn't her problem, but a simply apology would have gone a long way. She shared "you can come wait here if you want"... as if that made up for it. She shared it will be ready about 20 minutes after 5PM and the car was not ready until 5:40. I understand things happen, but to not receive a response via text when I was encouraged to utilize seems pointless. If the car was going to be late, I should have been informed. I was told Justin went home early for the holiday weekend. When I asked to speak to a manager onsite to share my feedback, I was told "there will be a survey that is sent"... Not only was my car late, they also did not finish all of the work. I do not suggest this dealership for service.

It was hard to schedule time to bring my car in because of my work schedule. When I told them I work from home and don't have a ride to come back and get the car, they delivered it back to me at my home for free! They also had a ford shuttle take me home after I dropped it off. I'm not sure if all Fords do this, but it made my day!

Gave me a quick overview then just let me drive the car on my own! Love that I didn't have to worry about a salesman over my shoulder. I could just relax and inspect and use it how I wanted. Thirty minutes of driving and looking the car over at my own pace later and he confirmed that I wasn't interested in the car, just wanted a test drive. He gave me the carfax and let me be on my way. They didn't try to sell it to me, just understood the purpose of my visit and let me go free. No wasted time, no coddling feelings. I'm just disappointed they didn't have the color I wanted, otherwise I would have been happy to buy a car from them. If I'm ever looking for a new kia to buy, though, Zack is the first person I'll contact.

Purchased the car and on the way home as it warmed up and I exceeded 40, the transmission begins to bog down. Badly. Serious enough that I had to change to manumatic shifting to get home. The car was clearly, badly, defective. If it was inspected by kia techs and set out for sale, then it was a honeypot, a car set out to deliberately fail, to entice a customer into a new car with the old, "nothing we can do" attitude. The paper they showed my about the Soul being inspected suddenly meant nothing. I WAS FORCED INTO BUYING A NEW CAR FROM THEM. My options were paying thousands to replace a transmission on a car with massive miles or get into another overpriced, possibly knowingly defective, used car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

    I purchased a 2017 Kia Soul from this location 11/09/18. My prior car wasn't going to last much…read morelonger, so after having to have the front brakes serviced & getting a long list of other repairs that I "should really address" I started researching what my next car was going to be. My sales coordinator was Rose, she was a joy to work with, as were Tim & Tim, the 2 gentlemen who assisted with the financing. All 3 of them are very personable, customer oriented & know their stuff. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, everything was thoroughly explained. The monthly payment was a little more than I wanted to pay, but for what I got, it's well worth it. I loved the fact that I didn't need to haggle to get a great price, the price you see on the website is the price that you pay, but keep in mind that's before all taxes, fees, & any extras that you want are added on. For the test drive, I took the car to my mechanic, who checked the car out thoroughly, the car passed with flying colors, with a couple of minor issues that were addressed before I drove off the lot. I can honestly say that in all my years of buying cars, this was the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience that I've ever had. I highly recommend Hertz Schaumburg.

However as we were told by our sales rep they only have 1 guy who does the finances. This causes a huge backup if there is literally anyone else there trying to buy a car. We were there from 9:30am to 2:30pm. While buying a car is a process, it's not a 5 hour process. Esp since there is no haggling involved and we had the car we wanted picked out. By the time we were able to sign our contract we were already in a huge hurry So we had to rush the most important part of the whole thing. We carved out 3 hours, were fine with 4, then started to get annoyed and anxious at 5 We also noticed an interior light wasn't working during our test drive. The sales rep mentioned they would have someone swap it out but by the time we left it was still out. Either they forgot, or somehow in 5 hours had no time to swap out an interior lightbulb. They did end up changing it a few days later though We would defiantly go back and recommend to friends. Just make sure to bring lunch haha
