Everything was cooked perfectly, I especially liked the Brisket. Nice crust on the ribs,chicken and brisket. The rolls were very fresh and were great for sandwiches. All of the sides were delicious especially the barbecue beans and coleslaw. A bunch of young men and woman are running the business. My order was ready right on time and they were all very friendly. Even though they were falling off the the bone, they were surprisingly dry. Brisket rub was unique and delicious. The brisket on the other hand was so dry I needed liquid to get it down. When asked the waitress if she could simply warm the food in the microwave she declined and said there was nothing else they could do since the food was already in the warmer. The meats were clearly not fresh cooked/smoked. The brisket was the fattiest piece we have ever been served, with cold and congealed fat. This is the fourth time eating at BW's this year, and it is by far the worst BBQ I have ever had. And unfortunately the restaurant didn't seem to care.
