Seriously I was in love with the BBQ from other restaurants and swore nothing could beat it but this place is DELICIOUS!! my favorite go to here is the Westerner sand which which comes with two meats of your choice (I usually do double brisket) and then you get two sides. My favorite sides are the Mac and cheese, potato casserole, fries, and beans. (They offer I believe around 12 sides) the meats can also be ordered ahead of time and picked up for do at home meals. The only bummer is that you always have to pay fora Collectors cup drink and I wish they would give you more options. Meat is always good, it is served dry so you can choose your sauce (if you like a little kick then do the spicy) And to top it off free soft serve after your meal YESSS!!! read more

My husband and I have eaten here on many occasions and never had a problem until today. We ordered the "Deal of the Day" and it clearly said it included two sides. The woman told us that it only includes one side and we let her know that the sign said otherwise. She was very rude and argued over it with us. If the sign is up, it's good business practices to honor it. Apparently their bottom line would have been hurt over a side of potato salad. We overheard the women in the back talking crap about us all while the manager sat there doing absolutely nothing! Way to go Dickies! We won't be back! The Habit here we come! read more

Ordered ahead of time to pick up at a certain time and food not ready ! Cashier quick to take money and said next time to call ahead again to confirm order is ready . I'm a frequent customer here and even spoke to the owner before and I know this is not how he runs his business . I wasn't even offered a drink to wait while they prepared the order in the back. The employees were more involved in the back showing each other their cell phones that was clearly visible from the front. Very disappointed in the supervision - hopefully the owner will contact me and make it right after spending over $100. Wow , i wrote this review 8 months ago and no response. Other people put reviews and got a response recently . Don't understand why Dickey's hasn't responded 12-19-18 update - spoke to the owner Bill. He made it right. First night was great, clean, yummy I even decided to go back the next day. Big mistake. Food was "okay" slow service had to wait over 20 minutes for them to refill the original BBQ sauce. It really saddened me, the crew working the first time I went was on their a game. A few things. This is my first time trying a dickies BBQ. I walk in, I'm not greeted. I check out the menu above for a minute then I go by the cashier to order, since there's no sign or anything that tells you where to order. I wait there for like 2 minutes. Keep in mind, there's 2 people there talking to each other. I'm about to walk out because this is ridiculous, but then the manager finally says to the employee "can you help him?" The first thing out your mouth when serving paying customers shouldn't be "you ready to order?" Maybe a Hi, hello, welcome to Dickies...etc. So I start giving my order and she goes, no we take the order over here. ‍ so I walk back to where I was I front of the menu with no one talking to me or helping me and order, give my order, then have to walk back over by the cash register to pay. Almost had a Michael Douglas moment in Breaking Down, because the food looked nothing like the pics on the menu. The waffle fries were all crumbs, not a single whole one, they were burnt and they didn't offer to put BBQ sauce ON the BBQ sandwich!!?? It just automatically comes on the side without asking apparently. Ordered a cup of water, keep in mind, everything is to go because Covid, and they give me a dinky plastic cup with no lid . I go eat the sandwich and it's bland, even with the sauce. They have got to choose a battle, you can't have poor customer service and bad tasting food! Pick a struggle! Anyways, it was a failed experience and I will not be returning. I don't know if it was just this location, but they suck in Eastvale. I'm from Kansas City so maybe my bar was too high, but I've had way better in Calífornia. Do yourself a favor and try Street Tawa BBQ. It tastes 10 times better and the owner is great with customers. if i could give 0 stars i would. the boy teenage employees there are gross and unsanitary. watched one boy literally wipe his nose with no gloves and continue to make someone's food thank god i wasn't eating there was just picking up a doordash!! was hot af in the store so i asked one of the boy employees what's up with that and he told me the owner of the place is so cheap he doesn't pay for ac): smh having teenagers work under those conditions ! he also decided to tell me pretty much all the teenagers there are working without permits from school and are staying later than state law!! these kids are in sweats and slides and could care less about it. Overheard employees talking negatively about women customers in the store and making fun of them. So many other things i saw in only the 15 mins i was waiting for my pickup but if you decide to stop in you'll see for yourself ! OWNER??!!!! do better !! read more

Dickey's recently changed their menu. I come here almost once a month with the family on Sunday, because my kids eat free. First off, the new menu was confusing because they took out some favorites, that are no longer offered, like the 3 meat plate. Also the kids menu has changed, instead of offering a meat sandwich they now offer a slider which is small compared to the kids sandwich my daughter used to get. Somehow i felt I was paying more and getting less with the new menu. The food was still the same, the quality has not changed. But looking at the menu and not really liking much of what they offer now, I would be coming here less. Also one thing I noticed is that on Sunday it used to be hard to find a table as there was so many patrons but this time only a few tables were taken. I think Dickeys made a wrong move changing the menu. read more

I never leave comments or reviews but I feel this employee should be acknowledged. We ordered $75 of food through "Door Dash". The driver dropped our food quickly & half of our dinner was missing. I called Dickey's to explain the issue. I spoke with Omar. Omar took the problem into his own hands. He personally drove the missing food plus more to our home to compensate for the inconvenience! Omar definitely deserves a promotion. It's kinda rare these days to find a hard worker whom goes above and beyond. He turned the negative situation into a positive and left me being a very happy customer. "Door Dash" was at fault for not confirming our order with Dickey's employees before delivery....YET, Omar made everything right regardless. Thank you so much Omar! read more

I was just at this location and stood at the counter with my grand-daughter for some time until the woman behind the counter, without even looking up, said, "I'll take your order when you're ready." No welcome, no greeting. I placed my order, she repeated it back to me incorrectly, I told her again what I wanted, she asked me another question and after I answered her the young man working with her said something to her under his breath and they both laughed. I asked him what he said, and he claimed he was just asking what I wanted on my potato. I told him I didn't know what was funny about that. I went to the register to pay and looked over and the young man and the girl I originally spoke to were talking back and forth, looking my way, and laughing. I told the girl at the register to cancel my order and as I walked out with my grand-daughter the young man yelled loudly, with no small amount of sarcasm, "Have a nice day now sir." I went back and asked him his name and with a giant smile he pointed to his shirt (where his name badge should have been) and I asked him again for his name. He mumbled a response, I asked him a third time and I believe he said "Jaheem" or something along those lines. I've sent a complaint to the corporate website and look forward to hearing back from them however, the fact is that this particular location has a "Habit" hamburger place on one side of their store and a "Jersey Mike's" on the other side not to mention other food options in the same food court. I can go to any of those places and be treated as if my business means something. I'll NEVER go back to this BBQ place. read more

Took my family here for their grand opening today. The lines were out the door but was expected since it just open. The food was well worth the wait. As we approach the carver station to order the staff was very welcoming and extremely friendly. There is not much good eatery options in eastvale. I'm so glad they opened here. I remember eating Dickey's in Torrance, Ca about 15 years ago at location on Hawthorne Blvd that wasn't open for very long. I was not very impressed and have not visited a Dickey's ever since. I did not have high hopes when I entered the Dickey's located in Eastvale, CA on my way home for the Ontario International Airport. I had just returned from St. Louis where one of my all time favorite BBQ joints is located. I at Pappy's the night before and was still experiencing BBQ nirvana. I was actually on my way to Jersey Mike's but the sweet smell of smoked meats enticed me into Dickey's. Whatever had plagued the location in Torrance was not present here. I ordered the 3 meat combo with Ribs, Pulled Pork and Brisket. The combo's come with 2 sides, a biscuit and are garnished with dill pickle chip and on onions. I had cole slaw and mac & cheese as my sides and neither were anything special. The meat however, was very good. This is not world class BBQ but it will definitely suffice in a pinch.and I will be back to sample it again. read more

When I got my meal I wasn't happy at all. The ribs were tiny and the sides I got where nothing special. After looking online at what I purchased, I was surprised to see that I was supposed to get a drink too, which I didn't get. I really don't see what all the hype is about. Considering they are on the expensive side, I expected to be wowed. I tried to call them to ask for the cost difference refunded but got no answer. So I guess I am not going to get this resolved. The BBQ sauce was good the Fried okra was good. As far as the brisket and the pulled pork.... Thank God I had the BBQ sauce to give the meat flavor, the bark didn't even have flavor!! this place is really good. it's my first time here. stopped by just to wait for traffic to die down a bit. it is so great. all the servers are friendly. they tell how everything is made and how it tastes. they asked some guy if he ever had the potato salad cuz of the sour cream and dill. he wanted something else. great approach to prevent complaints. I got the pulled pork and beef brisket. so juicy tender. they don't serve it with sauce - which i like. you get your sauce yourself over by the soda. the potato casserole is an amazing version of mashed potato. also got the onion anglers - can't stop eating them. and. I've been to this Dickey's three or four times since they've opened and I really like it! The meat has always been flavorful and juicy (brisket, pork, chicken, and sausage). Last time I was there I tried a sandwich and it was excellent. Again, the brisket was delicious and it was served on a nice soft bun. I tried the mac and cheese and the fried okra.....so good!!! The rolls they serve with the platters are nice and soft and a little sweet, like good yeast rolls should be. A huge bonus is the sweet iced tea! I grew up on Southern food and BBQ. Dickey's isn't as good as my favorite BBQ place in my hometown in Florida, but it comes pretty darn close!! Oh and I'm a big fan of the soft serve machine ;) read more
