Andrea has has the hangover burger and the midstate burger with cottage cheese and shared in the chips and nachos. She also stole huge bites of my burgers and several of my onion rings! Our choices were Copper Bistro and Nurd Burger Cafe and for no particular reason we decided on Coper Bistro. We were surprised and richly rewarded by their cheese burger, fries and onion rings. I may have made mention in other reviews that a burger patty must protrude beyond the bun in order to attract my attention. This patty protruded well beyond the brioche bun and, better yet, it was hand crafted, not pulled out of a box of 300 other patties that were shaped exactly the same. And the beef was flavorful. We both enjoyed the fries and onion rings. Our meal was so filling we didn't eat dinner that night. Oh, the staff are super friendly, attentive and downright welcoming. If you find yourself in Globe, you could do a lot worse that supping at Copper Bistro.

Great service at the table , with friendly personality. Table was clean, no stickiness and I watched as other patrons felt their table tops, remarking on them being so clean. My dining partner had a plain burger and onion rings, she said they were very good and the rings were really crunchy, in a great way. Hope to be able to enjoy again soon.

On entering we found a thoroughly modern fast food restaurant. We were seated immediately and offered menus and drinks. Quick inspection revealed a quiet, clean place with waitresses ready to be of service. The menu was 3 pages long and had lots of favorites on it. It was nice to see a fair number of senior items listed. Companion ordered the bacon burger done medium. It was cooked perfectly and appeared to be homemade and about a third of a pound. It was graced with nicely cooked bacon strips, american cheese, lettuce, pickles, tomato, onion and BBQ sauce. It came with a nice side of creamy cole slaw. For myself, I ordered the green chile burger done rare. Unlike many other places they will cook the burger the way you like it and mine was cooked to perfection. Again, a nice big patty with jack cheese melting over it along with lettuce and tomato and a large green chile draped over it. This was one of the very best burgers I have ever been served. It was dripping down my hands and arms, but that is why there are sinks in bathrooms. An outstanding burger served with perfectly cooked onion rings and an extra side of cole slaw that I ordered. There were huge sweet rolls that were just put out on the counter, but I didn't have the room to eat one, and companion couldn't even finish the burger that was ordered. If I am ever back in that area again you can be sure I will stop there and order the same burger again. Service was fast and sanitation was excellent and spotlessly clean. My only regret is that we don't have any place even close to this in the Phoenix area. An outstanding lunch. 5 stars

Couple of pool tables, minimal seating. Clean, but old. Fun. We got there 1/2 hour before they stopped serving food. I had a Ruben w/ Fries and wife a burger w/ Onion rings. Very good. Took a while, but my Ruben was hot off the grill, as was the wife's burger. Fries hot and crispy. Just great bar food. Nothing fancy, but easy going. 3 out of 5 stars for just overall ambience. This is not a place to take little kids, due to some of the painting on close to the ceiling - a certain level of female exposure.

She said she would adjust it because their system doesn't price it fairly when doing half and half. When the bill came it was an extra dollar than a 4 item pizza. I paid for the bill but wanted the waitress to know for feedback purposes and she had said she helped me out as normally doing half and half cost $10 more. I was shocked because again, half the pizza was plain cheese and we ended up paying more for this than a 4 item pizza! The pizza without tax and tip was $29.50... keep in mind a 4 topping pizza is $28.50. So be aware when ordering pizza from red white and brew that their ordering system for pizza overcharges and apparently if I hadn't mentioned anything before ordering it would have been over $1! And yes the picture with my review shows the half with cheese was larger and that's how it was in person too. The chicken Florentine was so delicious! I will definitely order this again. The side of sweet potato fries were perfect and delicious. The portion was enough for leftovers, so that's a plus. The complimentary bread is always delicious and so nice to have something to munch on while we wait for food, especially with kids.
