I enjoyed my trip here and can't get over the amount of folks leaving bad reviews because they got their feelings hurt by the staff. You should know what you're getting into when you go to a restaurant like this and I really enjoyed the playful ribbing the staff gave us while there. None of it crossed any line and it kept us laughing the whole time. The food was pretty dang good, though I'll say in the end the bill seemed pretty high for what we ordered. Also the power for the restaurant went out while we were here and we had to wait roughly 45 minutes to have things restored before being given our bill. There was no discount for our patience in waiting really an excessively long time to leave. All and all though, we enjoyed our visit, but please know that it's the wait staff's job to make fun of you before going in. Visited this location on 10/10/19. Service sucked. First, the hostess brought us to a table that the server complained about. He said he was "too busy." She then brought us to the bar area. The bartender was slammed. She was not only making drinks for the entire restaurant, she was also serving the patio area. The bartender should never leave the bar. Service was slow, the food finally came out and we weren't even able to ask for condiments. The rest of my party left while I waited for a check. When I went to pay, the manager said "this isn't Cracker Barrel, you pay your server." Cool; except she was busy delivering food. So when I finally paid, I told her I was sorry that management left her in that situation. The manager didn't attempt to adjust the bill or anything. We never had a single refill, silverware, or even the beer I was supposed to get. Do yourself a favor and skip this dumpster fire. Management should be fired and start over. read more

We ordered our food, we figured it'd be pretty decent timed. The food took what seemed like forever to come out. We had a party of 11. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and to be honest I wasn't impressed. My little brother ordered the boneless buffalo chicken and fries. As he got to eating the food, he noticed that there was a bug in his food. Everyone's appetite was done! We all shoved our plates to the middle of the table. The manager came out and was shown the bug. He mentioned that it may have fell from the ceiling, he ended up taking care of the bill and apologized for the issue. Was not my favorite location and will likely not be a place that we return. We still tipped our waitress as she was on top of things. She was "rude" and kept things interesting. To start with, we have been to other Dicks Last Resort, Chicago and Indy. This place did not even compare. The server was not funny at all, just rude. And bad service is not part of the act, empty drink glasses, plates piled up. How are you supposed to eat steak and pasta with plastic cutlery?? They were out of chicken tenders for an appetizer and the substitute was fries, not quite an equal trade. I know the place is supposed to have thrown together look but it was just dirty, table sticky, overflowing garbage. Definitely not worth $160 including tip and Definitely no thanks for the 20%+ tip ( I still tipped well because in this economy everyones just trying to make it), just wadded up the receipt and threw it on our table.
