The variety they have is overall slightly better than Best Donuts because they have more variety here than the other place. The prices are overall reasonable and the food is really good. There are no complaints at all and the hours are what you'd expect from a usual donut shop. Go to them if you can't get to Best Donuts or just want to grab a quick bite.

Our server was friendly and attentive. When the bill came I was surprised they automatically added a 20% tip for a party of 2. You don't normally see that for small parties, I also don't remember seeing it on the menu, maybe I overlooked it. Overall this was a nice place to have lunch, for the price point, however, I was expecting more flavor and bigger servings. It was definitely good but nothing spectacular. We paid $100 for 2 people including 1 iced coffee. I was told by my companion the iced coffee was okay. This place is at the lot so plenty of parking.

In 2019, I stumbled upon a cute chic donut shop, I was new to the area, and wanted try Digby's Dount's. During my time of being a costumer I experienced great costumer service from the owners and their family, however on the last occasion 1/11/2026 will definitely be my last time coming back along with my significant other. While entering digbys donut shop I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome from the guy and young lady with dyed blonde hair, she said I will be with you in just one moment, The young man working there took my order as the Torta with the bad hair dyed job asked me details regarding what I wanted on my sandwich. On other occasion this lady has held short but friendly conversation with me respectful and professional, even she kept conversation to a bare minimum when we ran into each other at a nearby local grocery store. Fastward to me receiving my order around 7 Am 1/11/26, as she gave me my order she's abruptly yelled out " What are you guys doing today, I kept it short and simple by replying oh just enjoying and relaxing on this Sunday( I've been coming there by myself she has never asked me what am I doing until she seen me with my man. She then continued to be loud and say aww can I go with you guys I want to relax .? I replied "NO"as my man didn't reply to her. and I felt uncomfortable with disrespect. read more

This place is a joke! My first time there I ordered a dozen donuts for my office and when it came down to ringing me up and paying I hand her my credit card and she tells me then that it's cash only!!!! Are you serious why is there no visible sign saying cash only? Who doesn't take credit cards its 2017! I decided to give them a second chance this time with my husband we grabbed a donut (which was nothing to rave about) and coffee that was completely burned. I didn't say anything at the time. I decided to give them a third try and took my parents. We bought a few donuts and coffee. Again the coffee was burned so this time I said politely that the coffee was a bit dark and smelled burned...the lady behind the register started yelling at me saying that it's not burned and I'm wrong then she summoned her husband in their language as she's screaming and he comes out and starts yelling at me too! My parents and I were shocked as we stood there quietly. There is absolutely no customer service and apparently the customer is never right! read more

"Will I Am" reviewer, NO ONE beats KK on glazed donuts. Are you a friend of the family or something? Not only do MANY other places do better donuts, but I can guarantee that their customer service would be 200% better. My family chose to use this place because it's close to our home. NEVER AGAIN! The lady at the counter needs a lesson in just how to address people let alone her customers. Someone please open up a better donut place in San Ramon and get this lady out of our friendly San Ramon community. I recommend ANY OTHER place to get donuts and coffee. These are the rudest people I've ever seen in the food service business. The lady behind the counter was a total bitch to me today. I told them the "bold" coffee was weak. I then tried the regular which was fine. She then charged me for the bad coffee that she pored out. They don't take debit cards so I had to pay $1.75 to use their cash machine. Rude and inconvenient. I will never go back and will tell everyone I know not patronize this pathetic accuse for a donut shop. read more
