My family and I finally found another good place to have lunch! We went around noon and were surprised it wasn't crowded that time. Service was splendid. Price was reasonable for how much good quality dishes they had. $32.99 for ages 10 and over on weekends and holidays. It looks so beautiful, neat, and clean inside. It smelled fresh too. They've got a huge dining area with spaced out tables and more in the back behind the dessert section. There are a couple of nice private dining rooms too. There's a huge variety of fresh and delicious food to choose from -- salads, veggies, sauces (omg their garlic sauce is soooo good with everything!) and various meats (fried, grilled, and slow cooked) like lamb, beef kebab, chicken, and fish. Everything is seasoned well, not salty or oily. To me the star is their lamb shank! So, so good! Unbelievably tender, tasty, and juicy, melt in your mouth. Limited one per person, but it's okay because it's enough with everything else. Their fried chicken was juicy and tender inside and crispy. The other chicken dishes were delicious and tender as well. I was so stuffed but of course had to try their desserts. The fruits were sweet and yummy. Their rice pudding was yummy and not too sweet as their other sweet treats. Their baklava was good and packed with filling, but were used to the layered one with more syrup. If you're in the area, it's worth checking out! We will definitely go back there! Mon-Fri Lunch 11am - 4pm $21.99 Mon-Thu Dinner 4pm - close $28.99 I think Kids up to 9yrs old is $12.99 (I took a pic of it, but it's partially blocked by my dad lol)

GOOD BUFFET. Your gonna have a hard time beating the value of this lunch buffet. There's several others in the area, but for the price, this is the best and healthiest option. You get tons of salads, tons of proteins and tons of hummus. Checkout my photos. Honestly I only ate salad, falafel, and beef koobideh but it was pretty flavorful. If not, wet that thang with some hummus. It's a buffet, if you don't like it, you picked your plate, find something else. If you go anywhere for one Mediterranean plate, it's gonna run you 21 dollars anyways. There are other fillers like pizza and fried chicken that aren't that great but who comes here for pizza and fried chicken? Place is clean. The fish smells makes the end of the buffet smell funny. Very nice looking venue.

This is my second time at a second location that I have visited and I absolutely love this place. I brought my Lebanese friend here and she approved as well so the place must be amazing since she is an amazing Lebanese chef. I really enjoyed the freshness, availability and variety of food and I will definitely be back again and again.

First time visiting this restaurant. The hostess Suzanna was very nice and welcoming. The restaurant is bright and clean. The layout is similar to some Asian restaurants, no ambiance. The buffet consists of a ton of food choices. I tried quite a few. Some were better than others. Certain dishes looked kinda dry, probably from the heat lamps. There is also a small dessert bar as well as soft drinks. For the price, it is a deal because you will definitely find something you'd like whether you're a vegan or a meat lover. The busboy was constantly cleaning the tables. You pay your bill on your way out.

My girlfriend and I tried this delicious Mediterranean buffet that was super delicious and not to mention super healthy. The price was very reasonable! The chicken and goat dishes were super delicious. I had to get multiple plates to stack up on all the tasty salads and protein options and let me tell you they had tons of delicious and healthy options. After lunch I had to try all the pastries they had on hand. They were waiting to be tasted. The pastries were a little too dry for my liking but the food was epic. The pita chips were super crunchy and well seasoned.

The falafel was great while the gyro meat was a little dry.

Bottom Line Up Front: What? A Mediterranean buffet? So uncommon but pleasantly satisfying. The Food: Going to an all-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurant is always about setting the right expectations. If you're expecting a 3-star Michelin experience, you'll be seriously disappointed. After all, AYCE is about quantity, not quality. Fortunately, at Dimassi's you'll get a lot of the former and a solid amount of the latter. Yup, the Mediterranean food (leaning more toward Persian style than say Greek) was enjoyable and just as good as some average sit-down restaurants. Of course, not every dish is amazing, but you'll find more good than bad. Note: The lamb shank was melt-off-the-bone tender ... but unfortunately you only get one per visit. A second serving can be had for another $14.99. It's the only item on the menu that's restricted. The Setting: It's located in what used to be a Marie Calendars in a strip mall at the corner of La Palma Avenue and Imperial Highway. It'll be easy to miss if you're just casually driving by due to the parking lot design. Thats a shame because Dimassi's would definitely be more popular if it was in a more accessible location. Still, the interior is modern and clean with plenty of tables and chairs. The Service: The entire staff is friendly but there's not a lot of them. Being a buffet, it's basically self-service, so not too much interaction. A busser did come occasionally to clear our used plates, but it looked like he was the only one clearing tables. They might be short staffed? The Conclusion: If you're big into Mediterranean food and want a rare chance to get nearly unlimited quantities, Dimassi's is the go-to place to be. It's hard to beat at $27.99 a person for dinner -- especially give how much prices have gone up everywhere, this is actually a fair price with great value.

    Pricing as of 10/25/2025.

I'm here to write an update to my review since I finally gave Dimassi's a try on a weekend ($32.99) when they serve lamb. For the price, I do not think it's worth it. Each person can only get one lamb shank and personally, it wasn't for me. I love lamb shank and honestly, they did it well. It just wasn't for me because it had no gamey taste. While the texture and tenderness were perfectly, it just wasn't gamey at all for my taste. Now, they offer another braised lamb dish that was so good and had the gamey taste I was looking for. However, even with that, I don't think it's worth the price point. Even though their dinner/weekend price is not worth it for me, their food is good, service is good so I will keep it at five stars!

Actually a good buffet experience. All the meat was tender. The salads was good. They have it split off between a vegetarian-only section and a vegetarian-mixed section. The dishes aren't clearly labeled with something like vegetarian so it's a bit harder for those without basic English skills to eat. But, they keep the place clean and they keep the food well-stocked. The lamb shank was alright. You have to ring a bell for it. I definitely wouldn't pay an extra $15 for it. The fried chicken is super light. Since we came here for Thanksgiving, they had turkey and it was surprisingly moist as well. The desserts weren't too sweet so you can actually eat a good bit.

We came with party of 4 for 1st time and it was a hit!!! Variety of food is very satisfying, as well as the cold and hot food items. Very nice ambiance, we all had our great appetites filled. Thank you for a great dinner buffet!

I love coming to Dimassi's to get my veggie and protein fix! It was my first time coming to this location and it's so spacious as compared to the Cerritos location. I also loved the fresh pita bread. The soda machine is also solid. My Diet Coke was crisp. Service was okay, we came on a Thursday night and wished there were more staff collecting finished plates.

I tried this buffet in the 12727 Towne Center Dr, Cerritos, CA 90703 Today we come to try in this buffet. They're Great & healthy food in here same. Clean and nice service. We enjoyed our lunch weekend and will come back One thing here , went out of this restaurant ( and other in Cerritos) , your clothes not feel bothered by the smell of food !

    Clean and spacious
    Paul I.

I'm glad they opened this place. The decor and the food line look exactly like the one in Cerritos. I think the biggest difference is that this one seats more guests. The food is good. If you like chicken, then this is the place to be because it has several different variations of chicken dishes. Plenty of vegetables and sauces.

The potato pastry was a close second and just as satisfying. If you visit, don't skip the pastries! We also tried the steak and chicken kebab combo plate, and both were cooked perfectly. The chicken was especially tender, juicy, and seasoned beautifully. You can actually watch the meat being cooked fresh in the back, which made the whole experience feel even more authentic. I ordered the veggie plate with falafel, baba ganoush, tabbouleh, hummus, and tahini sauce, and every single item was delicious. The falafel really stood out. It had a perfectly seasoned, crispy exterior with a soft, flavorful center. Dipping it into the baba ganoush, hummus, and tahini made every bite even better. One of my favorite things was that the meal was incredibly satisfying without feeling greasy or overly heavy. It was fresh, filling, and packed with flavor, but I still felt great afterward. The staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, and the service was impressively fast. They also have a great selection of Mediterranean spices if you want to bring some of those incredible flavors home. Huge compliments to the chef and the entire team. Now I will be craving the delicious Aleppo hot sauce knowing I have to brave a nightmare parking lot. It's a teeny tiny parking lot with odd angles and bottlenecks with a surprising amount of restaurants sharing it. Makes zero sense. After circling three times I dropped my wife off and parked across the street risking getting towed. There's a ton of construction so hopefully more parking is on the way. That said, food is outstanding. Service was also perfection. Cuisine here is from Syria so there a lot of interesting dishes I haven't seen before. We started with deep fried spring rolls stuffed with akkawi cheese imported from Syria. Expensive but order it. I ordered the "khashkhash" kabob plate which was 4 grilled kefta kabobs served on a surprisingly spicy sauce of tomatoes and Aleppo peppers. It was served with a mound of buttery rice sprinkled with Aleppo peppers and a cabbage salad. Honestly the best kabops I've ever had. Absolutely loved the flavors. I devoured the whole plate while eyeing the parking lot across the street for tow trucks. Portion could easily be shared. My wife went with the Gyro flatbread. I scoffed saying "this isn't a Greek restaurant" but the joke was on me because I was envious. House made flat bread topped with gyro, tzatziki, pickled onions, tomatoes, feta, sumac, and Aleppo peppers. I took a few bites and retracted my previous scoff. They had a large list of mocktails. I had the Vimto Mojito and my wife had the margarita. Both creative and flavorful. Lastly I tried the "Ashta" for dessert. It's an Aleppo signature per the menu and is a pudding like dessert of clotted cream, pistachio, strawberries, and honey. It's simple yet satisfying. Took me a few bites to acquire the flavor but I loved it more with each bite. My wife didn't care for it. They moved by Angel Stadium from their Brookhurst spot. Great place except the parking. Reservations are odd too. $25 penalty PER PERSON if you miss your reservation. It was definitely motivation to find parking.
