I've been a long-time customer here with my family, but things have gone downhill. My last dip manicure only lasted a few weeks, which was a total waste. On top of that, the salon environment isn't relaxing at all. They have a TV playing a highly repetitive nature video and irriating music that drives me crazy. I went to Kim @ this nail salon for about 3 months. She did good work for but was always SO RUDE to me. NEVER smiled or wasn't even pleasant! Anytime I asked her to do anything different or more the way I liked it, she was pissed off. The final straw was when she left polish on my cuticles and I asked her to remove it before it cured and she was ticked and would not do it. Then after it was now baked into my cuticles, I asked her again to remove it, but instead of using nail polish remover, she cut it off and I started bleeding on several nails~ Then she told me she wouldn't do my nails anymore. (I wasn't going to go back anyways!!!!) Kim shouldn't be doing nails when she can't do the smallest things to accommodate her customers! Rude staff and only 2 women working there. I am extremely happy with how my gel pedicure and gel acrylic nails turned out. They were friendly and made conversation as well. I have been to a lot of salons in Castle Rock and this one is my favorite. What stuck out was the owner who did my pedicure and Kim who did my nails were gentle. I have had issues at other nail salons where they rush and it hurts and then the quality of my pedicure or manicure/acrylic does not hold up. I will be a regular at this nail salon and suggest you give them a shot as well!!! I think you will be as happy as I am. I enjoyed watching the Sherri Show along with the Kelly Clarkson show as I got my nails done as well. Will NEVER go back to this place. Not only were my Mom and I both cut during mani/pedis and even told them it hurt, they didn't care. The worst part was the male nail tech kept getting up and leaving while doing a dip manicure (which turned out horrible) and smoke. It absolutely reeked when he came back in (almost like the cigarette was in his pocket). He got up numerous times to go smoke and then the whole place reeked when he came back to work on nails. This was my first experience at this nail salon. I had Tom as my nail technician. He was super friendly and helpful. I have been wearing "pink and white" acrylic nails for approximately the last three years. I was interested in doing something different and trying out the "dip" for the first time. Tom took the time to explain the differences to me and answered all my questions. He also asked a lot of his own questions to ensure he understood exactly what I was going for. I ended up trying out yellow dip with a sparkle design, which is so completely removed from my traditional pink and white French manicure. I'm so pleased with it! first two times I went to this facility, I absolutely loved it and they did a great job! This past time I had a nail chip within two days. I went back, and although he didn't seem very thrilled about it, he ended up fixing it for me. Within a week of him fixing it, it chipped again, and I have two additional chips... One being small, and the other one being a split right down the middle! Such a bummer because the people and facility are nice... But considering I was vacation and I was doing nothing with my hands and they were that beat up, in addition to one already being fixed once and chipping again a week later, I will not be going back. read more

This was my favorite nail place when I was in high school. I recommended it to anyone I knew. I felt very at home at this salon & became close with the technicians over the years. After coming in to get a set of acrylic nails taken off, (I had gotten the full set at a different salon out of state while on vacation), I was told it was going to be no charge for the removal since I was getting a French tip pedi & shellac mani. A new male employee had did my nails & he was very rude. I normally do not mind having a male do my nails at all but he was just terrible. It hurt like hell when he took my full set off, when doing my shellac it was very messy & was not a clean look at all. The lines weren't straight & the shellac was thick & bubbly. I was very upset with my nails but was just willing to pay & get out of there as I was there almost 2 hours. (He worked unbearably slow.) I was just not happy with my results but ended up having to pay 60$ for my service. I called the next day, very upset & I wanted a refund. The male manager there was an ass & told me I could come in to get my refund. When I came in, he confronts me by saying " you didn't get your full set here did you? So we are going to have to charge you for the removal & can only refund you 40$" I was pissed, but so over it so I agreed & THEN they forced me to sit & get all my shellac taken off while everyone stared me. I was disappointed in how they treated me. I felt like I was family before but I guess not. My new salon is Bar Nails & Spa & they have never let me down. I've been a loyal customer to Magic Nails in Lone Tree, however, after a bad experience with them I decided to branch out. Dimension Nails is AMAZING! I can't believe I've wasted all of these years at Magic Nails! Today while I was getting a color acrylic rebase, they pointed out that I had fungus growing underneath the acrylic! I noticed that it was super painful the last time I got a rebase so it must have been there when I got my last rebase at Magic Nails. They re-did my set and cleaned it really good. I also noticed that they spent a lot more time making my nails perfect instead of rushing through to get them done! I got a shellac pedicure here as well and their massage chairs are WONDERFUL! I've been twice and think I'll be moving elsewhere. The staff was friendly, but CONSTANTLY chatting in Vietnamese. That is one thing that makes me VERY uncomfortable. i was in the nails salon on 7/15/18 asked for a dip manicure and the nail tech had no clue how to do a dip manicure. my nails are thick and look awful. For a dip manicure you are not to use the UV Light and they tried several times to get my fingers under the light. i was cut badly by the cuticle trimmer and the nail tech whipped my blood away with his own fingers. New to CR I'm trying all the nail salons - Perry's so far is by far the nicest - however today TINA at Dimensions on Limelight in the meadows (NOT the one on Trail ???) did a 10 star pedi - not sure who did the mani - it was fine - Downside: 3 stars for not being clean - FIVE stars due to TINA. I had to ask that the tray where I would place my water bottle be cleaned - it was FILTHY !! Of course this began a mirage of Asian language between the gals - I decided I would not return BUT after the perfect non-hurried nail polish pedi by Tina - I WILL call T I N A!!! and make an appointment for both pedi AND mani. $35 is the going non-bargain rate in CR - spa prices are outlandish for me. read more

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!! My mom and my daughter went for a grandma, granddaughter outing to get their nails and toes done at Dimension Nails. The staff was extremely rude to my 12 year old daughter. So rude, she came home crying. It was sad to see. To make a long, sad story short, my mom requested a refund. As she went back to the store for her refund the business owner had three Castle Rock PD waiting for my mom when she arrived. He said he just did not want any negative reviews. During the refund exchange, the business owner said that my mom as well as my 12 year old daughter were never allowed back! That is ridiculous that this business made a 12 year old girl feel the way they did and actually banned her from the store. I have gotten my nails done here twice, dip manicures both times. The last manicure I got here was chipped and broken within the first four days. I went back to ask for a refund (as it cost $40+) they refused to refund my money or give me store credit, but they did agree to fix them. Only a day later two more nails were broken and chipped. I came back to get it fixed again and they ended up giving me a whole new set, which I was very happy about. However, the whole process took over an hour and a half and the tech made it clear that I was being very difficult. He repeatedly took phone calls and was texting as he did my nails. They did not even apologize for the quality of my original manicure. I am very glad that I was able to get my money's worth out of a second manicure for free, but I will not be returning or recommending this place to any friends or family. read more

I am so happy I decided to take a chance after reading the not so positive reviews. It was a fantastic experience! I got the deluxe pedicure which I can assure you wasn't easy for them. My last pedicure was in early September before I went in for surgery, than I had a recent move. The massage was great, staff was friendly, yes they spoke in Vietnamese, (but anyone that goes into a nail salon should expect that) price was very fair for the service, my service lasted a solid hour, she was very careful, courteous and clean. I've come in many a times and was a good customer and tipped well when I came because I loved how Kim did my nails but. Every time I've come in he has lied and said he can't do it or they are closed and is rude about it. I came in 40 minutes before they even closed only to get my regular real nails done and this clown Jennifer told me they are closed when clearly they were not closed at 510 on Saturday. He has been rude like this many of time and I notice he's really nice to white people and very ignorant with me and other black people I have sent who will not go back because of it. I will say they do a nice parafin wax pedicur, however, EVERY time I go in there-even with an appointment I wait a conseiderable amount of time for them to get to me. They are at least 15 mintues behind. Usually if you come early most of the staff is still 'stuck in traffic' or 'slept in' so again you end up waiting. read more

I have mixed reviews of this place. At first very good but I then realized I was coming every 2 weeks instead of each month. The pedicure was good but the manicure was not very good. They do not work on the cuticles and they grow fast and also my nail polish chipped fast and they do not push nails back and start polishing too far up so you need to go get nails done again too fast. I have been to this place a total of 6 times and always bring a friend or family member with me. I came in today because I am desperate to have my nails, feet and eyebrows done and it was 5:35 and I was told they were closed and I could come back tomorrow. How do you like that!! I can't drive because I have brain cancer so I had to be dropped off. I just called my boyfriend who was on his way to work to come back and get me because they are closed even though they are just short staffed. Too bad. Going somewhere else. This place is horrible they talk in a different language & I felt as if they were talking about me, their nail powders are pretty limited not a big choice at all & when I went there they did a horrible job on my nails I went back (3) times & they still did a horrible job as well as cut all of my fingers with their drimmel so I went to another place & even after they fixed them my fingers were so cut that my nails still looked terrible ! If I can give this a no star, it'd be great. Let me start off by saying how unprofessional this place is. The owner have no respect and all he do is talk bad and especially about my mother, Katie. She had left this place and went on her own. Katie was so good and all her clients knew that, she brought business in for this place and yet, the owner is here are going around telling people that she stole his clients, excuse me, but those clients are hers. STOP telling people she is stealing! She worked so damn hard and the owner is just bitter. The owner treated her so bad and made her work nonstop when you guys were short staffed and wouldn't even given her any days off! The owner was working her to the grave. I couldn't even get time to spend with her at all. The owner is nasty and unprofessional. We all know Katie is the best and brought in business for you so stop being so ignorant and talking bad about my mother. No wonder why you don't have business anymore is because all you do is talk. Maybe if you didn't talk bad about people then maybe people would stay but still you treat your employees like crap and wouldn't even let them take a lunch or a break! You also tell your technicians that Katie come work early when no ones there and that she kept all the money and that's not true because all the customer pays credit card. She writes all her appointments down in the book and there's cameras all over the place. How pathetic? Trying to say she's stealing money too. Pissed. Made an appointment to take daughter for the 50.00 pedicure for her birthday today we both got one, mine was fine but she had the owner who took an hour and a half because he kept getting up and running around during hers.... my feet are soft and smooth and look nice hers are rough, scratchy and lets just say the paint job is meh at best. I spent 105.00 for what my grown daughter said was the worst pedicure ever... during check out he seemed irritated by my 2.00 tip, frankly he is lucky He got that. She paid for a basic additional manicure 30.00 bucks took over an hour because again he was running all over the shop instead of doing hers. I have a client with developmental disabilities and we scheduled an appointment for 5 for a manicure and pedicure. We arrived at 4:55 and were greet3ed but sat and waited. Two women that came in after us were helped while we still waited. My client said something to the owner and he finally put her in a chair and put her feet in water. She kept telling the people working that her feet were cold and they intentionally ignored her. She was getting very upset and asked when she would be helped. .The owner kept saying 5 minutes. at 5:30 another woman walked in and someone called her back and began helping her. We were shocked that we were still waiting and that her feet were in cold water. At, 5:35 my client stood up and said we had to go. I said that there were three people that were helped , that came in after us and my client was ignored. The owner said they had appointments. He was very well aware that we had an appointment too and we were there before three people that were helped while my client waited. Talk about discrimination at it's best. read more
