    Popcorn chicken

The popcorn chicken order I received was not even halfway from the bottom of box.The lady said its premeasured but not weighed. My recent order was more than this. Not good at all. I dont think Ill go back.

This location is ok. Tea is kind average, had better teas. Boba quite soft. Usually come here for a quick fix. What u see in the pic is what looks like onion/shallot peel in my thai tea with boba??? This hasnt happened to me ever. It came up with my boba and I spat it out, sniffed it and it smelled like onion/shallot. Gotta say, great for fried rice or chicken, not doing it for boba. Wouldnt say the service is top notch either. It's just kinda getting by.

The matcha taste like plastic and not like matcha but the fries are decent they were not seasoned and the goat Jay will not be going I don't recommend this if your a matcha lover and it was bad

The server was really nice!! We ordered a regular size and she gave us the Large instead even gave us the extras for the strawberry slush

I've been a regular at Ding Tea for a long time. My favorite has been "Hokkaido Oolong Milk Tea" for over 6 years. However, now it seems a little bland (maybe I've changed my taste). But now I'm in love with my new favorite, "Hokkaido Coffee." I always ask for no ice (since I drink it later) and half sweet. I love it so far; I love the GG location, but this location is really close to my house, save my time. The service at Ding Tea can be inconsistent since different staff members are usually on duty during my visits. However, it doesn't bother me much. I typically call ahead, pick up my order, and go. The price for a large size is $7.50, and I love choosing either coffee jelly or crystal boba as my favorite toppings!

    Front of Location

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered through Grubhub and went to pick up the tea. The lady took the order from her iPad then told me to order with her, meaning I'd be charged twice - saying Grubhub would refund me, but the order was already taken by their system. To make it worse they had a group of teenagers there harassing clients. I felt scammed and she totally did not want Grubhub to take the money - she purposely wanted me to cancel and order there. What's the point?!! Never again will I go there, terrible service.

One of the boba drink chains that I enjoy coming back for quick fix on my boba crave and never disappoints. My go-to is the Signature Milk Tea because there is nothing complicated about it and none of the flavors are competing. This place is located in 10 different countries worldwide and won the Superior Taste Award in the past, which guarantees the quality of the drinks. The cafe is refined and playful with their grassy and floral wall decorations, inspiring words, and elegant pink sofa. If you would like to hang out a little bit, there are tables with chairs and booth but limited. The clerks were friendly and they got the drink promptly, which I appreciate it so much.

Plastic in my Peach Juice with boba

We came in when it was less crowded. It has a small but cozy interior. There were many backdrops to take cute pictures. The staff were friendly and made our drinks pretty quick. It got busy around 6ish. My peach juice drink with boba was sweet and yummy. I asked for less ice but the ice amount seemed to be the same with my 3 of my friends who got regular ice. I also found this piece of plastic in my drink after coming home.

This was the house milk tea, we order with light boba-- I don't see any! No ice even after having to worker "add more" .

Terrible service and forgot my boba! On top of that my Thai tea was gross. Don't come here, go to 7 leaves across the street, way better.

Ask the Community - Ding Tea Anaheim

When are the kumquats in season?

Do you have regular boba (tapioca pearls)?

Do they have alternative milks such as soy, almond coconut or oat?

Does the latte have coffee in it?

Do you also carry the Monster Drink like the Orange location?

Do you sell jugs or anything in large sizes for parties?

I saw a picture posted here about a "'monster' bobo latte" posted 11 days ago from the business owner, is "monster" referring to the size? When placing an order, he was asked "are you thinking of another place?" by the cashier.

    When will you guys open?

Everywhere I looked was so pretty, I couldn't decide where to sit at our reserved table for a party of 5. We dressed up for the occasion. My daughter ordered beautiful hats for us ladies. My grandson wore a fedora and his sister had a pink bow band in her hair which matched the lovely mauve pink velvet on the chairs. The service? Wow! Friendly, elegant, helpful at suggestions. A 10 out of 5. Layla and Billy were our star butlers for the afternoon. Layla suggested a peppermint tea for the children, for example. (Ages 10 and 11) And now about the tea. Each chose their special drink from about 50 types of tea, including herbal and chai. Served in antique looking ceramic tea pots, each a different one! My choice was Strawberry Shortcake tea, a gentile berry taste. There were pink heart shape sugar cubes in tiny bowls with tiny gold ones to serve one lump or too. Honey and sweetener are available too. Everyone had their table set with individual china cups and matching saucer, plus treats plate. Gold serviceware wrapped in pink napkins. Flowers on the wall and at the tables. This is the best party I've ever had! Now about the food. Excellent. Elegantly presented on three-tiered china plate serving trays. Delicious tea sandwiches - cut in dainty triangles - and my favorite - cucumber sandwich! Don't forget about the delectable traditional tea sweets, pretty and perfectly prepared. Miniature cookies, scones, plus bites of cheesecake, blueberry crumble, brownie, and more. There is pink cream cheese , preserves, and "clotted' cream too. Party all inclusive packages are about $45 per person - BUT- there are individual items too, reasonably priced for an afternoon with a friend. I've been to other tea houses but this takes the birthday cake! A dream come true. Thank you!

I was impressed with how the owners and staff were celebrating with us! Typically, you get people "fake humoring" otakus at other shops, not here. The staff are so much fun, the lady who was calling out orders gave me Asian auntie vibes. The drinks were very tasty, I've never tried a smoothie with cheese. It was very light and gently used to provide a unique flavor. I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area! 4Seasons has a couple of crane games and raffles during cupsleeve events. It's concerning. 100% do not recommend coming if you're looking for a cafe with good drinks. Reviews are heavily glazed. First time coming for a pop up and I waited 4 hours in the heat. I ordered the strawberry peach smoothie and I even asked for it to be less sweet/50% and it ended up tasting like diabetes in a cup. Way more sweeter than even my friends drink???? which they didn't even ask for any adjustments either. Clearly they don't honor what the customer wants and most if not all is just cheap syrup. Everyone was nice in terms of customer service except the owner. She has the audacity to tell everyone in the crowd "everyone having a good time? Anyone angry?! GOOD! Because today is a big day so everyone should be happy no angry!!" Try standing in the 90 degrees of heat for 4 hours first. The pure pressure to just say that to make everyone "have a good time" is crazy. Yeah it's a big day but doesn't mean you did a great job for your customers to be happy out in the sun like that. Poorly managed and could've provided shade and more water to people who were waiting in line in the heat. The drinks were a huge disappointment and honestly the menu itself was a red flag. Instead of trying to maximize everything to be cheap, try updating the look of the menu at least please because the menu itself looked really ragged up and dirty despite it being laminated. The AC was non existent, even my car blew cooler air which is crazy, for a place that has held many pop up events, they seems to just want to maximize everything instead of actually taking care of their customers. Props to the artists and helpers for trying their best to make the event fun, but in regards to the cafe specifically, I would not recommend. The pop ups are heavily carrying this cafe. I'd rather go to Quickly than to drink anything from here. Stop glazing this place with the 5 star reviews because it's obvious why, the pop up carried it. Not the food/drinks itself. I would rather not spend my money to a place that is cheap with their customers.

The girls behind us were given a sign to say they were the end of the line and even then a completely different employee had to announce to us all that they had just let the last group in and if we were still in line none of us were going inside. We aren't even sure that this person was a Requiem employee and not just someone like a volunteer helping out with the event as when we tried to ask questions they kept telling us they didn't know as they didn't work inside. This isn't even the first time this has happened at a Requiem special event. As seen in other one star reviews and even my own personal experiences they have somehow never learned from their mistakes and refuse to do anything to make these special events easier for attendees. It would be one thing if they were still a small independant cafe who had never done something like this before but they regularly work with big name fandoms and do official collabs with things like Undertale and Digital Circus. There is no excuse at this point for them to be so incompetent when it comes to line management and getting people in and out who get stuck waiting outside for hours. Also I'm pretty sure this is the owner sitting at the register and playing games while the other employee had to be the one to break the bad news to us.
