I must say, the older gentlemen are quiet, yet respectful. I'd highly recommend speaking to employees over conduct and customer service, as it greatly impacts loyalty. The bagel looked and tasted stale, and it was ROCK HARD, like it had been sitting out for a very long time. The customer service made the experience even worse. My order took an incredibly long time, and the girls working at the counter had very poor attitudes while taking my order. They came across as rude and unwelcoming, which made the whole experience unpleasant. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service. I hope they improve their freshness standards and treat customers with a friendlier attitude in the future.
