I have been coming to ABQ a lot the last 5 years and have been told to give this place a shot! Well today is the day and it didn't disappoint! We got the Medium 505 with 2 drinks and for $24 to us was a great deal. The pizza cutter cut it wrong but who cares haha. Not sure why so many people complain about the price here but go to Jets Pizza and this is an easy $35. The 505 had great flavor, and cooked well. The service was prompt and friendly. Definitely coming back!!

The receipt for my order. The pizza with lots of cheese and no pepperoni

I am giving a 1 star for my order today, in my order I only got one thing right the salad. I order a large pepperoni light cheese and extra sauce with green chilli and I get a pizza with extra cheese and no pepperoni!! my garlic toast, I order it with no sauce no cheese and I get it with cheese I am glad I did check the garlic toast before I left the restaurant a manager fix the garlic toast for me (thank you), I didn't check the pizza, I get home and the pizza is not what I order!! Dorothy should get more training on how to provide a better customer service I felt rush when placing my order. The people the make the pizza should carefully read the orders better.

Headed over to Dions to change up the cooking at home. I love the new addition of the order speaker at the window. Was able to pick up my order easy. Even added a drink at the window because why not.

This is how we do staff meetings - 505 pizza, Greek salad with green chile ranch

After having been to 7 out of 11 Albuquerque Dion's locations, the home office, and 1 Rio Rancho location, I thought it would be appropriate to write more... This location is a perfect place to meet a friend for lunch or get takeout for your office. I love the cheese toast (and usually add green chile and bacon on top). I was a little disappointed with my last encounter. Prices have gone up recently to the point that 4 large pizzas and 2 salads weren't even covered by a $50 gift card. (The salad size has also decreased). I think it was a great idea to add bacon bits to the chef, but what happened to the croutons? Also, kalamata olives on the Greek instead of black olives? No one really likes kalamata, but it's just one of those things you eat anyways. The new green chile ranch is good, but the chile flavor overwhelms the ranch just a tad. Other than that, the 505 pizza (aka green chile and pepperoni) is always a classic and sure goes quickly!

Yelp friend Iris T. came through with many suggestions but by 8 pm I suggested here. Didn't know it was in a hotel, just that it was a quick drive away advertising soup, sandwiches and salads. It has a lounge which is a bar with a few tables. The restaurant was not busy when we arrived, but it was late. The server brought condiments and utensils to the table. She brought water for us which she refilled as well as my ice tea. I ordered chicken enchiladas but she thought it was strange I said no chiles. I was surprised there were chopped jalapeños in my salad. The beans were tasteless and the rice was lukewarm. My conception of enchiladas was different from their version but it was filling and there were 3 layers of shredded chicken with melted cheese. Doc and hubs had different types of burgers and liked it.

I peruse the menu, another customer drops their shake. Gonna be longer. That's fine, go help them. "No, I can take your order REALLY FAST." Well, I was looking at the menu, but cool to be rushed. I remember when the young lady that used to work there was at the counter. 6-8 people in line, greeted with a smile and Hi! Welcome in! There was a longer wait, but it was ok, because the service was good, and so was the food. Today? I'll never return. I spent over $15.00 including a credit card surcharge (a business owner that wants to take credit cards but can't be bothered to be a business owner and pay their bills.) I left a $5 cash tip - I figured I'd the business owner can't pay the 3% on a bad merchant account, they most likely aren't paying the staff livable wages... I sat down and put my gear down, and waited... for about 15 minutes, before this garbage salad that was falsely advertised as having toppings and 3 sliced chick'n strips. The entire salad didn't fill the bowl.? On the bottom were less than a teaspoon of diced tomatoes. In the entire salad there was ONE "fried onion." The lettuce was chopped like slop, there was barely enough chick'n to call it 1.5 slices. Absolute trash. For 15$ I ate my salad, listening as Morticia Addams' understudy pleasantly said good bye, have a nice day, et cetera to the customers who were leaving. I got up, threw my trash, walked out. Silence: The whole time I was in there, a cheap speaker was streaming some crappy 90s "radio friendly hip hop." When my salad was brought to me, even after explaining it's very hard to eat, or carry , a salad on a motorcycle, it arrived in a to-go/carry out, lid is RIGHT THERE,.Morticia helpfully pointed it out, a subtle hint that I wasn't a welcome guest. As I was gearing up to get on my motorcycle out comes our antagonist. Not to be polite or anything. To smoke or vape. I didn't stick around to smell which one she was doing in the doorway. I get it, lucky goose doesn't want my money. They've made it abundantly clear. That's fine. I'll go to Steelbender, where they have vegan options, and like that customers come on to give them money. I accidentally posted this review to the uptown location. I've never been, and will never be, to that location. This review was the knob hill location.

The cold cuts were flavorful, the bread was fresh, and the meat to bread ratio was just right since I like more meat than bread. This is an excellent option for a quick lunch, but I would recommend staying to eat if you can. The decor is simple, the space is clean, and there are a few tables available. It does get busy during the lunch rush, but the line moves quickly and is well worth the wait. While the banh mi definitely steals the show, there are plenty of other options on the menu. Their banh cuon, thin rice noodles filled with ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, was good, though still second to the sandwiches. They also offer pate chau, a flaky puff pastry filled with pork pate, including a New Mexico style version with chicken and green chile. They have a variety of Vietnamese desserts like che, which I did not get a chance to try this time. My coworker loved their traditional Vietnamese hot coffee. I do not drink coffee, but I did enjoy one of their smoothies, which was refreshing and delicious. Overall, CODA Bakery is a go to spot for authentic Vietnamese flavors and one of the best places in Albuquerque for banh mi.
