Don't really understand why you have a reservation system and still have people wait. Just FYI, if you have a reservation, you will still end up waiting over 30 minutes. Update: we got seated after waiting 45 minutes. We didn't get our food until 9:45. Our reservation was at 7:45. KBBQ has a limit of 2 hours. It was astonishing how long we waited. When we arrived, we were given a buzzer to wait for seating, which felt more like a fast-food system than a sit-down restaurant. It set the tone in a way that didn't match the atmosphere the place seems to be going for. After being seated, I noticed the use of plastic napkins instead of proper cloth napkins, which made the setup feel less polished. The biggest issue, however, was the wait time. It took about an hour for our food to arrive, which is excessive even on a busy holiday, especially without clear updates from staff. The printed menu is also poorly designed. The text is off-center and difficult to read, which makes ordering more frustrating than it should be. The staff themselves have been polite and professional, so the issue does not seem to be with them individually but rather with how the restaurant is managed. Finally, when it came time to pay, we were handed a loose receipt with no check presenter, which again felt informal and unorganized. Stopped by on Friday for their happy hour around 4pm and I really enjoyed the experience. The menu has many different options of food and drink to choose from. Alright so I went back. And this time was a much different experience. Let's start off with this time we were happily greeted and given the choice of seating this time around. Much better than the last experience already. We decided to sit at a booth/bottle service table. I can't say how great their interior design is. It's absolutely beautiful and perfectly lit in a great setting. The staff was extremely helpful with the menu and very attentive this time around. We ordered Steak tacos Chilaquiles And chicken mole I didn't get to try the tacos. However I did try the steak from the chilaquiles. Marinated and seasoned absolutely perfectly. grilled to perfection. Display was amazing. We ordered a few of their display drinks. Plata o Plomo Taste and display is impressive. I guarantee you won't go wrong with this. Great hint of smoke and cinnamon. Elegant taste and scent. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Not under or overly dry. The mole sauce is definitely on the lower end of richness. It's far lighter than the usual mole. Which I think is good since it won't be too sweet for most. Made a reservation for 7 people two weeks before Mother's Day. We checked in before our reservation and were told we would get a text when the table was ready. The restaurant was packed inside and out and I was happy that I made a reservation thinking that we were going to be seated pretty quickly. However, After 30 minutes of waiting we asked the staff about how much longer we would have to wait, and they said they couldn't tell us how much longer. Another 15 minutes passed and we started getting annoyed as we kept seeing groups of people who arrived after us get seated. I brought this to their attention and they stated that they had a smaller group. I told them not by much, some groups had 6. I felt that they needed to figure it out and seat us as we made a reservation for this very reason. After an hour of waiting, they finally sat us down. We ordered and the waitress informed us that the kitchen is backed up and it will be a while. We didn't get our food till 1 hr and 20 min after we ordered. The waitress was nice and attentive but by that time we were are all frustrated and very hungry. The food was good but the kitchen staff didn't follow instructions, for example some people didn't want sauce on some of their dishes. I'm very disappointed with the experience. My mother was so excited to come here but after what happened, I will not consider bringing her back or recommending this place to others. They should have anticipated the rush and made sure they had adequate seating and staffing for people with reservations and stop taking walk-ins, if they were doing that. Also people should be told that there is a time limit on holidays if they are taking too long to eat. read more

There is even a "tequila goddess" that goes around with a cart of tequilas to take shots of, though I am not sure of the charge for this since we declined after getting our drinks. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Plentiful free parking in a strip mall that looks way off base for such a nice looking place. The not so good- the service! Slow and not as attentive/warm as I would have thought from the looks of the spot. The food was pretty but bland. Carnitas tasted dry, like they were kept in a slow cooker for a while. The rice tasted like it was made in an instapot and left there. $10 for chips and salsa that came way after we had our meal. Average price per plate was $28 (for chicken)-$49 (for shrimp enchiladas) with some family size meals like a tomahawk for $200. Didn't look like that came with sides. Visited the restaurant over the weekend and (spoiler alert) it was a great experience! We were seated inside because it was a really warm day, but everything about this place is stunning I couldn't get over the decor and the details in everything. I took so many pictures because every time I turned I saw another eye catching item. The service was great Taylor was our server and she was the sweetest ever! She provided details and recommendations as it was our first time. She really made the whole experience even more pleasant. So shout out to Taylor :) The Tuna tower was beautiful, delicious, and refreshing just so impressed by the presentation and the flavor. It had a nice roasted spicy sauce in there which complimented the fish perfectly. The enchiladas de Mar were also 5/5 I cannot believe how cheesy and delicious they were. The tortilla/crepes with blue corn was a unique way to make enchiladas, but I was totally into it. Took my mom for dinner and we had an amazing time. Not only was our food delicious, I ordered the cesar salad with steak and my mom ordered the carne asada plate both worth a try! Our server, Matthew was super attentive despite it being pretty busy for Mother's Day. He made sure our water was always refilled and checked up on us frequently. I had heard a few negative reviews about the service at this place but still decided to give this place a chance, people were not wrong. We Did not even make it into the restaurant before valet decided to be rude. I understand a place having Valet parking if the place is full to capacity and you can't find parking, but for us to park our own car in 1 of the 20+ available spots and get told rudely by Valet that it's $10 fee to park there does not sit right with anyone. Managemnet needs to train their valet workers better on how to talk to customers Valet also made this comment to us and said "if you wanted free parking you can park at the CVS" (in a mocking tone) as if it's not in the same parking lot. At the end of the day It wasn't about the $10 dollar fee It was the delivery from the Valet workers that need to be addressed. Also keep in mind there are other restaurants next door and their locations have no parking on Fridays & Saturdays after 4pm (according to the Valet worker). What an inconvenience for those businesses customers because Diosa decided to take all that section as their own for Valet. The food is pretty decent - i would say the Camaron el diablo (shrimp in spicy red sauce, with garlic butter bread and cilantro rice and beans, Caesar salad and salmon risotto were hits while I would suggest to skip on the Carnitas, Bone marrow, Enchiladas, Steak empanadas. I would say it's great for birthday celebrations given they're able to accommodate large parties and have good interiors and ambiance. The service was friendly enough. My friend had the enchiladas poblano and my other friend had the salmon. We all loved our food and everything came out exactly as requested (my friends had some dietary requests). The drinks were beautiful and very tasty. They have a margarita cart that comes around and makes your drink table-side. The prices might be a little steep but your paying for the entire experience and quality which we received. Only reason they didn't get five stars was because there was a point where are dishes had backed up, and nobody had come by to pick them up off the table. Came here for a good Mother's Day dinner with my mom and sister (and kids lol). Although my sister booked a reservation at 415pm with OpenTable we still waited 40 minutes to be seated. What was good about that is they have a big patio out front where you sit and wait until your buzzer goes off. Upon being seated finally it was so cute of them handing out Mother's Day cards and a single rose to each Mom. The ambiance is very upscale and it is family owned. We got our drink order taken first and those were pretty quick in coming out. We also ordered the kids their food while the adults pondered on what we wanted. The kids food came out in a timely manner and loved the details to the chicken tenders with fruit on the side. My niece even killed her plain quesadilla and strawberry lemonade. They don't have a kids menu but the waitress will let you know they have a kids "secret menu". I ordered the enchiladas poblanas and they were amazing. Definitely different than what I have had before. I am personally not a fan of mole but this was good it gave it that hint of sweetness without the sour taste to it. Our appetizers was also delicious (shrimp taquitos) the slaw it came with had a kick to it and we ate every bit of it. For dessert we all shared a guava cheesecake and OMG the best guava cheesecake ever! What we loved about it is that it was heavy and empowering in taste. It was light and fluffy and had a fresh taste to it. I highly recommend you try it on your visit here. If you decide to go after 4 or does get busier so just plan accordingly. Parking can also be a hassle since it's a shopping center and it isn't only designated for Diosa. Just be careful where you park, if it looks like it will be tight just find a bigger spot or you'll risk getting your car damaged like mine. Diosa is all about the vibe! They got a DJ playing cool music in the background. All the employees are dressed to impress! Food was delicious but very limited. Your table has to agree in eating the same things because the portions are mostly all to share. I think with the drinks you just need to be lucky on who the bartender is because all all the margaritas we ordered were not good. Except for the old fashions, but then again you cant go wrong with those. The bar on this day was running behind because all our drinks were late and at one point we even had to cancel one of them.
