And yes, I went with the vaca frita pizza because I've never seen that concept before, so I had to give it a try. And to my suspicion, the saltiness of the cheese and meat may have been a little too much for me. The flavor is definitely there though! It's delicious but for me I did feel it was a bit too heavy on the salt side. What I really liked about this pizza is the added vegetables to it. I love the creativity and the mix of flavors is almost there to being perfect in my opinion, just the salt stands out a little too much. A quick note about the service here, top notch. Everyone is so nice and they greet you right at the front door as soon as you enter too. Very cool easy to miss spot in Hialeah! I'm planning on coming back to try another menu item.

My mom and I shared a sirloin and my husband had his own. This was a pretty decent size to share. Unfortunately my husband's cut was not very good as it was very fatty. It wasn't communicated very clearly that the steak came with 2 sides. However, if sharing among 3 people the sides are pretty small and will not be enough. So we went ahead and ordered two more sides. Despite the confusion, this is one of the best steaks we have ever had! We all agreed that it was so flavorful, fresh, and good quality meat. We had the Tuscan chicken which was beautifully seasoned. Vegetables were cooked well and flavorful. The chicken Marsala with risotto was fantastic. The risotto was cooked perfectly and well seasoned. The Marsala had huge chunks of mushrooms and was in a great sauce. The carbonara was really good but was the least favorite of them all. Cheese pizza was perfectly baked and sauce was delicious. Dough was chewy but not with an undercooked taste. Easy favorite was the linguine and meatballs. You can't not miss the opportunity to try it. Portions are huge and pasta is all homemade as is everything else. We had lemoncello cake and cannoli for dessert and weren't disappointed with either. Service was wonderful and attentive without being overbearing. Price wise, this is on target with any Italian restaurant but food is 1000x better and portions are at least double anywhere else. read more

Our waitress was amazing she was very patient with our 2 year old. The garlic knots was the first thing that we ordered and they we amazing. The were soft but crispy on the inside and the sauce that came with our was amazing as well. The cheese pizza was out of this world. The sauce and cheese was great. If you are Italian and have either moved to Miami or are just visiting and miss real Italian, this is the place. I did not think I would find such a place in Hialeah, but alas, that is where it is, in a very unassuming strip mall. I've had the pizza and I've also had the pasta, and have been very impressed.
