This Auntie Anne's location is in the San Francisco Premium Outlets. There is plenty of parking here at the mall, but it may be a bit difficult on the weekends, as it is always very busy. I felt a bit rushed during my visit and the employee was a bit sarcastic as well, which I did not appreciate. The pretzels tasted hard and stale, which was a bummer. Overall, I am a huge fan of this chain compared to their competitors. After my last encounter, I would probably most likely get pretzels from other pretzel chains. read more

Line is long but goes by quick! You see the staff makes the pretzels and this location is shared with Cinnabon! Two of my favorite places. Went shopping with my little grandson at the outlets and decided to stop for a treat on the way out. We ordered the cinnamon sugar nuggets, but decided to eat them at home because they are too messy in the car. UNFORTUNATELY, I wish I would have tried them while I was still at the outlets, because they were hard and stale!! I would have immediately brought them back, but wasn't driving back there again. They refuse to give me a refund. I made an order thru the app and unfortunately, it defaulted to the last store I bought from, rather than the store near me. It happened to me once, months ago and I have been a loyal costumer ordering from them at least 2-3 times a week. The first time it happened months back, the manager was accommodating. I've been working at the San Francisco Premium outlets for a few months now, and I usually stop by to grab a cinnamon roll during my breaks or lunches. However, when Oswald, one of the workers, is on duty, I can't bring myself to go to the cinnabon. He's incredibly creepy and constantly checks out the women in the store. I've witnessed it multiple times, and it's happened to me as well. He also makes suggestive comments towards me, which makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. It's clear that he doesn't enjoy working there, and I believe it would be best for the company to let him go. His presence detracts from the overall experience of visiting the cinnabon. read more

It is way on the other side of the mall past Ghirardelli so I parked on the wrong side and had to walk a ways but not a problem. I enjoyed walking through the outlet seeing all the stores. The service counter person working there today was really great. He was very polite and friendly. 5 stars to him and the person that hired him and to his parents for raising such a nice kid. The pretzel itself was ok. It had a little bit of a bleach/cleaning smell to it. I saw another person there cleaning up and I think her cleaning fluid was permeating the pretzels. The pretzel also probably was not fresh out of the oven. I've had it fresh out of the oven and the taste is way better. Overall though, I still support Auntie Anne's. As a child my father would buy my siblings and I Cinnabon Treat from time to time as we cruised the local mall. And then BAM childhood was wrecked, they closed up shop! I was highly concerned that the brand was gone forever, and this delicious treat and memories would fade away. And then one day my father took a business trip to Toronto, and on his way back he smuggled some from the Indianapolis International Airport, and I was overwhelmed with joy. It was always hit and miss with finding these little rolls of joy, but now they are here to stay it seems and that warms my heart. As for this location at the Livermore Outlets, lets just say the aroma wafted in the air on the mall paseo. After lapping the mall wavering a decision. My girlfriend and I came in looking for some cinnamon rolls. We had a coupon we got online for BOGO but the cashier told us that we couldn't use r because it needs to have a bar code. The coupon had a QR code and a note for how to use it. They wouldn't let us just use the coupon without ha omg it printed out or anything. HERE FOR THIS!!! I will drive all the way here to get a Cinnabon. Most times you see Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's as stand alone places but having them together is also no problem. They have their full menus so anything you would want at the stand alone store, they have it here. They are always making and bringing out fresh pastries which is nice. The service is pretty good. I was here yesterday getting snacks while shopping, and it wasn't until after i left and checked my receipt that the employees added a tip for themselves without telling me. Asked for the 2/$7 pretzel dog special and a large, unsweetened iced tea. Girl behind counter: "Um, we don't have unsweetened iced tea." Me: "Do you have anything without sweeteners?" Her: "Um... there's diet soda?" Me: "WithOUT sweeteners?" I felt ripped off for paying the price I paid for a burnt pretzel.I definitely recommend to check your pretzel before you pay for it and eat it.
