At first glance when walking in, place has a great vibe. Upbeat, clean, organized. Walk up to order, cashiers/team members have a great attitude. Friendly, have great customer service, eager to provide a great experience. Will give their recommendations when asked, which is always a plus. Sadly, management can do a better job ensuring items are fully stocked, kept and maintained to ensure consistency. Consistency is key in any successful restaurant. As an retail/ food executive on a National level, I speak from experience. Soda machine was out of syrup even though the staff were corrected when explaining at ordering the machine was down. Who corrected them, I'm unsure as the voice came from the kitchen. Food arrived rather quickly, unfortunately my daughters did took about 20 min to arrive ( corn dog kids meal). Keep in mind restaurant was only 10% filled with orders leaving the kitchen consistently. What happened exactly is unclear. Kitchen needs to do a better job and general staff needs to triple check orders to ensure everything was received at the table. I implore management to conduct weekly mock trainings and meetings. This is something which should easily be fixed. Overall Cesar/ Brian who were our attendants truly seem to care for their job and their guests' experience. They were sympathetic but most importantly showed an eagerness to better the situation and themselves. Keep in mind "Lobster Roll" is more of a Texas toast bun and the other is the Traditional. We misunderstood being that the pointing game wasn't calibrated at the time, lol.
