This was our second time here. Not as good as our first visit. Kind of disappointing when the 2 larger groups of people that ordered after us got their food before us. When I checked in to see what was taking so long, they informed us that they were waiting on the churros (which were delicious). By the time the churros were ready, our fries were cold. But hot dogs were still warm and delicious too. Then my Dirty Esquite corn had no Mayo, so it was very dry and not creamy how I remembered it the first time I ordered it. I work down the street from this restaurant and watched it being built. I've been meaning to check it out for quite a while. I ordered the Snoop Dog and garlic fries. The dog was really good. It was flavorful and very different from anything I've had. It is a bit pricey for lunch (over $20 for dog, fries and drink). My receipt had an extra charge of 0.75 for LOBSTER which I am guessing refers to the roll chosen. It would be good if the staff informed you that there is an upcharge for the lobster roll rather than just asking which type of roll you want. The fries came out crispy and too hot to eat right away, which was great. I hate getting cold soggy fries. Sauces included were really tasty. Glad I finally stopped by. Music inside is too loud, so if I come again, I will sit outside. Other than that and the price, I would recommend this place. read more

Visited on a Wednesday night around 8pm. The food was good. But I was turned off from the girl who was taking my order at the counter. In between taking customers orders she decided to do prep work. She used the counter space that is between two cash registers to work on the condiments. She had a huge stainless steel mixing bowl filled with ketchup and was using a metal ladle to fill up small containers for their to go orders. She wasn't using gloves or a hair net and would go back and forth from ringing up customers to ladling ketchup. I never saw her use hand sanitizer but she would brush her hair off the side of her face from time to time. She would handle money/cash, then touch the inside of the to go containers with her fingers before adding the liquid condiment. I was within reach of touching everything, so it gives you an idea of how close it was to the public. Luckily no one was coughing or sneezing. I'll be asking if they have sealed package condiments for the future. Again, the food was good. But this review was more of a health and safety point of view. read more

OMG talk about good customer service!! I wanted tomato on my hot dog and Mai offered to go buy a tomato for us! Mai was able to find a tomato and sliced one up for us to make our hot dogs taste even better! Our hot dog was delicious and the agua de sandia was delicious. The cashier Anahi was super friendly and provided exceptional customer service. Since it was our first time they gave us a dessert on the house. The staff is young but they have been trained to treat customers like family and they all provide exceptional customer! This place is the bomb for food and genuine top notch service!!! read more

Today though I ordered the deep fried oreos and deep fried twinkle and neither one of them had horchata whipped cream on it. Pretty disappointed with their COVID precautions and customer service. I ordered 4 hot dogs via online ordering and was only given 3. I had to drive back and asked for my missing hot dog, only to be accused of misreading MY receipt. The employee finally caught the restaurant's mistake and I had to wait another 10-15 minutes for the missing order. While waiting, I noticed an influx of customers standing inside the restaurant with no social distancing. Meanwhile, I also witnessed in-dining guests get fountain beverages themselves without wearing any masks. I noticed staff members did not wipe down tables in between guests either.
