I was able to redeem the coupon in the app. I placed the order through the drive thru and then presented my coupon from the app at the window. I ordered the small sno with cherry and cream flavors. The ice is super smooth and fluffy and they give you plenty of syrup. The serving size is generous with ice over the top of the cup. There was a small up charge for the cream topping. Service was quick and friendly, and the whole place has that bright, beachy vibe that instantly puts you in a good mood. From the first bite we were in heaven. The flavor is very thorough which is not always the case for Italian ices where it can sometimes be a bit muted. Every single bite of this was packed with flavor. They also carve out a bit of the middle to put the condensed milk which makes every bite much more equal than if it was just placed at the top. This was by far one of, if not the best, Italian ices we've ever had. We would very much recommend it to anyone in the Downtown area looking to cool off.

Snow cone stuffed with blue bell? Is that really a question? Um no! They have a huge variety in flavors, sizes and varieties including snow shakes and floats. The portion sizes are enormous but, if you have a sweet tooth I doubt you will not have an empty cup even if you get the Jumbo size. I had the Banana flavor and I was really happy that it didn't have that fake banana flavor that most imitation banana flavors do. If you happen by their trailer on a hot day this will definitely cool you down. I have had snowballs in New Orleans and these are very close to the same flavor and texture. As a side note on their customer service: They were on-time for the catering gig, staff was fast to set up and they were friendly from start to finish. I didn't see any dissatisfied customers! I was PLEASANTLY surprised by the texture! It was smooth and melted in your mouth- not just the way ice does but in such a soft and interesting way. It was not a crunchy snow cone but like eating real snow. We absolutely loved that! I did like the idea of the snow coming in a carton rather than a cup but it did make eating a bit messy. I'd do it again though! Aside from the delicious texture of the sno, I really loved the thermal spoons! Color changing spoons are a cool addition to a treat- I hope they never get rid of them! The woman working was very kind and quick with service. There were quite a lot of bees circling in and around the sno cart but given the sugary syrup it's understandable. I do think there may be a hive very close nearby. Sno Ride has been our favors snow cones experience so far and I can't wait to go back! The key to good shave ice though is no ice chunk and this place shaves it very smooth! $5.99 for the regular was a little high (considering the size) but I didn't mind paying that in the middle of a park.
