Feeling shammed My tire light came on my car dashboard. Went to have it checked. Was told I needed and new tire, because there was something in the 'shoulder' and therefore couldn't be repaired. Luckily I had previously purchased a warranty. They changed my tire, and as I was leaving noticed the new tire didn't match the other tires. I went back inside to be told they 'didn't have a matching tire, but I could come back tomorrow'. They did exchange it with the correct tire when I returned. It seems like they were going to replace the tire with a much cheaper one than I had purchased. Maybe they thought I wouldn't notice because I am female. read more

Just bought four new tires Paul was extremely helpful. Helped me choose right tires at a good price. Even took the time to search for a better price and rebates. I thought that was amazing not everyone will do that for you. Reason I would definitely return and recommend family and friends. Kevin did a great job on explaining credit card limits and interest rates. I also had my car towed to the location. They made it so easy for me, to get in and out in less than an hour. Very happy with my experience. Great manners and help all around. I was on a tight budget and they worked with me inside that budget to get two tires. Even with about eight people in front of me I was still out of there inside of forty five minutes, also while I was on an early morning time crunch. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in the area. I took my car to get 2 tires looked at. They were both loosing air and I could see a nail/screw in the one. When I picked my car up, they had repaired punctures in both tires AND rotated all the tires. I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't some reason given to try to make me buy at least 1 new tire. When I got my wallet out to pay for the repair, I was told there was no cost! Just to remember them the next time I need tires. You can bet I WILL! read more

I've been getting my tires here for 15 years or more. These guys wrote the book on customer service. Make an appointment on line, and you'll be in and out quickly. Hardly any attempt to "up-sale". Prices are as good as anybody's. Flat repairs and tire rotations are free. Once, they exchanged a set of tires for a different brand on my Miata because I didn't like the way the first set handled. Yesterday evening, I got a flat tire. I put on my spare, and figured that since I obviously have to replace the flat one, I might as well replace them all. But, I wasn't sure where to go. I read extremely positive reviews online about Discount Tire. I also asked a number of people at work, and the consensus (by a very wide margin) was Discount Tire. So, I drove there after I got off work, and arrived about 15 minutes before their closing time. The gentleman who helped me gave a great deal: some of their best tires (guaranteed for 60,000 miles) for the price of their entry-level tires, with the warranty. He was extremely polite and courteous. Furthermore, I was concerned they might not be able to replace the tires the same day, since it was about 15 minutes till closing, but they did. I've been putting off getting new tires for MONTHS when the time came I could not wait any longer and be safe out on the road. I made an appointment online on a Thursday for an appointment for that Saturday at 8:30. I assumed this would be an all day waiting event so I came prepared to wait. A service man named David met me outside when I had parked and when I mentioned I had an appointment he said that he had seen someone down for 8:30. He did a brief inspection of my current tires and then we went inside to review my order of the tires I had chosen online. He had asked me about my current driving habits and was able to help me select something with a higher mileage warranty for less than $50 more than the tires I had picked. He went to personally check the tires were in stock even though the computer indicated they were. Less than 5 minutes after I paid my car was being pulled in the bay to install my new tires, & I was told it would just take them 20-30 minutes. Customer service is a hard thing to come by these days and I really appreciate the service I received at Discount Tire and by David as well. read more
