I took 2)- wire spoke wheels w/tires mounted to check balance. He introduced me to his balance expert and then they both checked and adjusted the balance weights for me. The outstanding part of this story is this was at 'No Charge'... I haven't seen this type of service since I was a kid...(ol' guy'). This was the worst service experience I've ever had, and I strongly caution anyone against using…read morethem. It started well enough. Eddie did his best to take care of us throughout the entire experience. They called us to pick up our car and they didn't even repair one of two items that they said they would. They still charged us the quoted amount, which was supposed to include two repairs. Upon driving away, three major error indicators were going off on our dashboard (these were not there prior to the repair). After calling to inquire about it, they told us to bring it back and they'd take a look. The manager, Mike, was extremely rude and condescending. He said they'd review the work they did and "see if it was Caliber's fault." He refused to look at the diagnostic paperwork we got when having it looked over at Toyota. Surprise, surprise. Caliber determined that "everything was put back together correctly." Still major errors within the car's electronic components. We were given the email address of the district manager or some other higher-up (no follow-up phone number), Jeff, who never responded. Ultimately, we went to Toyota and had to pay $1300 for the damage Caliber did to our car, after paying THEM $750 to fix our one issue (and ignore the other thing we wanted fixed). Our car was at their facility for many days, and we had to go back and forth several times. I've never had a worse customer service experience (except for Eddie, who did everything he could despite his team) or felt so desperate that someone damaged my VEHICLE and would make no effort to fix it. Also note that Caliber is NOT BBB-accredited. I've heard they're good with body work, but steer clear if your repair requires ANYTHING electronic.

Now if you follow my yelps you know I'm frugal...I looked at my go to discount tires and even at Walmart but no installs available until next week. Also I'm dropping money on a repair and I didn't necessarily intend on eating ramen the next two weeks! Drove past Tire Mart, and as soon as I got out I was greeted by the manager Mohammed who asked me what I needed. We discussed and went with new tires on the front and slightly used on the back. He got right to work and all I had to do was sit in the waiting room. Where I noticed they also do oil changes, tire disposal, and oil disposals. The waiting room is quiet and not super crowded. The weather channel was playing and there were 4 adults sitting in the room. One of the men in the room said he trust tire mart and he has been coming here 25 years. Mohammed came and told me one of my tires was good and he didn't see me needing to replace it!!! What the what he came to tel me I didn't need to spend the money They have a whole little room with tires, all kinds. The place may not look like much on the outside but if I need a tire the service and speed are well worth me breaking up with the chain stores and coming here!

I have been using this Sardis Tire location for more than 10 years. It is only now that it is…read moreunfortunate to have to give a bad review. However prior to today's experience, I think I saw it coming. The guy who runs this location used to be very nice and professional. Well now there is today. Before today, the last time I came in to have 2 tires mounted and balanced; as I have done at least 10 times before. It was not until the last time and today that everything ultimately changed. I understand prices went up during and after Covid and I adjusted with them even here at Sardis. Well my last visit, the owner or guy who runs this location tried to tell me that I paid more than I did the last time; seemingly to get more money out of me. Not only did he try to get more money out of me by telling me that I did indeed pay more. They also mounted the tires backwards. The tire are clearly marked inside and outside. He tried to tell me that my tires were not directional but he could not explain to me why they were marked inside and outside. Let me pause here to say that I used to run my own auto performance shop where one of the things we performed was mounting and balancing of tires; so I at least know a good bit about tires and the business. Now back to the problem where the owner tried to tell me I paid more the last time. The problem that I had to point out is the receipt that he gave me the last time that I paid cash. It showed how much I paid for the same size tires on the same car. Then he tries to back pedal and tell me that it must have been a mistake; yet it is also what I paid prior to that. That time ended quickly. Now comes today. When I first came in and asked him about doing the same thing he had done previous times, he tried to say that they could not do the job because their machines could not handle the low profile. I reminded him that he had done this on my car the previous 2 times I had been there. He back peddled and said well let me see if my guys think they could do it. Of course they could because they are the same exact crew from every other time I have been there. Ok so he did not quote me but the guy who was doing the work did. He quoted me $50 at 1st thinking that I was going to pay for disposal. I told him that I always take my old tires with me. He then says it will be $40. That's fine because that is what I paid the last 2 times. Let me be clear. This is for only 2 tires. He completes the job and takes me inside to pay. That's when it gets bad. The owner tells me $60. I said it is only supposed to be $40. He point to his signs and goes around the world to try to explain wheels and tires. I told him that I have paid $40 the last 2 times for the exact same thing. Then he starts to tell me that I paid $60 before. I told him that this is not true. He keeps saying that. I told him that I brought $40 cash with me because that has been what has always been since the last price change and his employee that did the work even quoted me $40 outside before he got started. Then he insulted his employee by saying "well he is just a worker and it does not matter what he says." The look on the employee's face was priceless. He goes back to telling me it is $60 because of disposal. I said I am taking my old tires with me. Then he says well give me $50 although you paid $60 the last time and we disposed of your tires. I reminded him that I have never paid for disposal because always take my old tires. He says well you need to pay $50 because that is what you paid. I had to point out to him the previous problem we had with improper mounting and the price. So I asked him if he was calling me a liar. He just kept trying to find any other lie to support his claims but he could not. He did not want to listen to me so he kept over talking me because that is what people do when they know they are wrong. Long story short he told me to never come back again. He took my $40 and yes I will never go back to this Sardis Tire. This guy is getting old and his lies are getting worse. He is plain rude and needs to let someone else run the place. Make sure you get whatever he quotes you before they do anything and get him to write you a receipt so you have proof of what you pay because he will try to lie and wiggle more money out of anyone!
