This work order says it all! I told them exactly what I wanted. They failed! I had to argue with them to cross rotate my tires like the work order said and told them to leave the air pressure alone, I just set it to the OEM spec. Two days prior but they inflated my tires 5 psi over what the damn paper work recommend! This has happened multiple times with different locations! This job isn't hard! I didn't even Get my tires changed at this location, my friend did however it affected me directly so much I felt I needed to leave a review, I came to this location to pick up my buddy who was just simply trying to have a tire changed that was supposed to be done the day prior, What he and I both saw it should've been maybe a 15 to 20 minute process at most has now been about an hour -hour and a half, whilst we wait we both notice 4+ employees working on one car as well as two others walking around and not taking the initiative to come and get my friends car while he watches us pace back-and-forth or at least ask if we've been helped, like I said I am just a third-party but the service was so bad I felt I needed to comment anyway I would never recommend this location to anybody unless you would like your wheel to fall off well only doing 10 miles an hour read more

Today Jesse and Dustin were the guys who helped me. My husband wanted me to take the car in this week and get whatever tires needed replacing done. He thought 2 of them needed replacement, but Jesse checked and said only one needed replacing. I wasn't that happy that they didn't have either Goodyear or General for my '95 Ford Explorer, but he found something comparable, a Pathfinder. And he gave me a viable solution to replace the other 3 tires in a few months so that I can get back to having them all on the same schedule for replacement. The place was clean and no real issues. However, the wrong mileage was put on my receipt, which I later had Jeff, I believe, change that and send me via email a new receipt. They were off by 110,000 miles under what the actual mileage was, which was 230,000+ miles. Had called in earlier today to set an appointment for 2:30 pm. They said they would guarantee that I would be out of there within 45 minutes, which I think it was closer to like 30 minutes. That's good, because today I was really constrained for time. Not sure if Dustin was the guy that put the tire on, but it looks good. I told Jesse I did not want the air pressure in my other 3 tires changed, and Dustin honored this. Though they got the mileage wrong on the receipt and didn't have the tires i wanted, I'm still giving them 5 stars. Customer service was excellent and continues to be at this location. 1 star thanks to the individual at the front desk who tried to scam me out of $100 by either lying that my car wasn't in their system or didn't know what he was doing and charged me $100 for a certificate (allowing discount tires to warranty and provide other key services for free that comes with purchasing their tires) saying that the tires were not purchased there and it was not in their system. I recently bought the car from my father so I unfortunately believed him originally. Upon further searching and talking with my father, the tires were in fact bought with them and the $100 fee was obscene. Fortunately the individual I went back and talked with was smarter or kinder, said that everything was right there in the system and refunded me that money. I can't forget to add that the first individual lost my car keys. I'm a broke college student who knows little about cars and should have been able to trust them, not in turn be cheated out of my tuition money. On the bright side, the actual servicing of my car was very quick and efficient. read more

Just to start this review off, I have never seen a company so devoted to its customers. I have been going to this location for 5 years and have never once been disappointed! About 2 months ago, I took one of my cars in to get the tires changed. It was extremely late and I felt bad. Joe welcomed me in without hesitation and quoted me on brand new tread. About 20 minutes into waiting, he came to me in the waiting room telling me that the back tires were a different size and that normally the price would be quite a bit higher. Instead Joe apologized for the mistake and ate up the cost. About 5 days ago, my tire pressure light came on. Being the busy guy I am, it's hard to get into the shop. On Saturday, I was able to stop by the store and although they were extremely busy, they assured me they would have the car complete within 45 minutes. After going to lunch and coming back, the car was sitting out front waiting for me. The rep said they had found a nail, repaired the tire and was free. This kind of service is hard to find in an age where companies push customers in and out. For this, I will always be a loyal customer. Keep up the great work! read more

Not a big fan of this place. Brought my vehicle for service and they said the vehicle will be completed in an 1.5 hours. 2 1/2 hours later, not only vehicle was not finish, they advised me they put the wrong part and they had to call another branch near by to get this particular part delivered ASAP. Almost 3 hours later, my vehicle was finally completed. I was pissed but they provided me 2 complementary oil changes for their goof. This is a great shop. They have a clean and spacious lobby, a quick to interact staff, and they engage with customers eagerly and patiently. We have all of our vehicles tired here and have only ever experienced tremendous customer service and efficient work on our vehicles. Assistant manager Brian Black has been a great help. Terrible experience. I had made an appointment in advance for today at 12:00. I showed up at 11:40, an older man checked me in and advised me that being early wasn't a problem and they'd take my car back and I'd be done by 12:45. I left to take a walk, came back an hour later at 12:45 and my car was sitting in the same spot I parked it in, unmoved. I went up to the same man who checked me in and asked why my car hadn't been serviced yet. He acted as if he'd never seen me before and I was inconveniencing him. He asked if I had an appointment, to which I responded saying "yes and you personally checked me in over an hour ago and told me it would be done by now." He looked at me like I was crazy and said "well I check in a lot of people so..." I plainly asked for my keys so I could leave and he said "oh it looks like they're taking it back now." They weren't. I told him I didn't have the time to wait around any longer and didn't like my time being wasted. Not only that, but he tried to tell me my tires were bald and I needed new ones. I literally just had my car serviced by my dealership and was told I had at least a good six months to a year left before I needed to consider new tires. I don't like being taken advantage of... It seems like this is a consistent problem among all the bad reviews I've read on here. I will no longer use this location for my tire needs. read more

Excellent customer service I'll be back when I need new tires. On a busy Saturday morning I was greeting immediately by a friendly staff member. I was expecting to be sold a new tire as I didn't think that the damaged one I had could be saved. The store had about 15 people in it and the wait for my tire repair was over an hour and a half. They actually texted me in about 45 minutes to let me know the tire was fixed. Not only did they not try to up-sell me to something I didn't really need, the service was completed before the expected time, but the repair was free, I was surprised and impressed at this and will definitely be back for my rotation and balance in 6k miles. Came in here on January 2nd to have air added in my tires. Now I'm a girl that knows her way with vehicles, but the light had been on for two days (came on NYE, and they were closed new years....or at least I figured they were) and being that this location is about 3 miles from my ice rink, it was more logical to swing by in the morning on my way back from practice instead of driving home, changing clothes, pulling out my other vehicle and dragging out the air compressor. They are always super friendly and polite. I'm always impressed by this! The boys that do my air check are always very courteous and do not make you feel like you are hassling them, or wasting their time, or any of that. Quick and simple and the guy who did my air that day even did thorough tire checks, and warned me the insides of my tires are wearing (I already was aware and go through tires like water haha), but I appreciate the check of my tread, rather than just filling up my air and sending me out!! All of the kids who have added air in my tires always strike up conversation with me and I appreciate that. Always fun to strike up conversation with employees. Clean & Quick, Been here multiple times, I think there was only 1 time prior that I had to wait about 10 minutes for air, only because it was a busy afternoon and two vehicles were already in front of me. Had an emergency tire replacement and Eric was able to get me right in on a Tuesday morning. All the front office staff was very welcoming and friendly. Although there was a line, they greeted the people and let them know they will be right with us. After further inspection they found another tire that needs to be replaced and tried to find something for me so I could get back on the road until they got the matching back set in. This changed the original plans as the tires I wanted were not going to arrive until later that day. Eric was patient while I sorted out my options to get back on the road. And this was after giving me a disabled veteran discount of $10 per tire. This is how discount tire treats disabled veterans. $42.00 to mount 2 tires is crazy. read more

I ordered wheels and tires through discount online and setup a appointment. Had family member drop car off to have wheels and tires put on while I was at work. When it was done I didn't like the wheels I had chose for my car called Lloyd at discount told him what was going on and he was very helpful and friendly. We walked outside with half cutaway wheels they had in stock held them up to car and found ones I was much happier with. Lloyd got me in that same day and got the other wheels and tires on, no questions asked. Great customer service wasn't a hassle or some big ordeal to go in and exchange. Five star experience thanks to Justin! There was a nail in my tire and I made an appointment to have it removed. I arrived a half an hour early for my appointment, and was helped immediately by Justin, despite the large crowd. I had been dreading the wait and the threat of an aggressive upsell. That is the opposite of what I received! Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful from the start -- he even suggested that he go out and look at the tire with his tools before making me wait for the entire team to give it a once over. So we went to my car and he worked very hard to remove the nail himself. He informed me there was no air leakage and therefore no reason to wait -- I was free to go. Woohoo! Justin looked over my tires and gave me an honest assessment of when I would need new ones; but at no time did I feel pressured to make a purchase. The nail removal service was free, and I will always be thankful. Justin volunteered to go out into the parking lot at high noon on a hot day and pre-check my tire, just to ensure I would not need to wait. Great service! Thank you so much. read more

July last year we had lost air in one of our tires and tried to go to Big O since it was closer and Big O turned us away saying they were booked up. We luckily made it to Discount and they put the spare on for us and also order a new tire which was ready for us the next day. When we arrived they got our truck in immediately and within minutes it was done. In May I ordered new tires for my SUV and it only took less than an hour. These guys were great. I was passing through from Colorado Springs to Los Angeles and hit a board with nails in it. Even though they were booked up, I got there first thing in the morning and they got my car done in about 35 minutes. I ended up replacing the tire - the puncture was on the sidewall and therefore unrepairable. I bought a pair of tires to keep things even left to right. So in 35 minutes they got two tires replaced, balanced, mounted on the back and the existing pair moved to the front. Prices were reasonable, and the replacement tires are from the same manufacturer, slightly different but very similar model. Friendly, staff, highly recommended. read more

I am giving this place a 2 star because of lack of care of my wheel . I was on dire need of flat tire repair on flat run tire on my corvette Z06 . Instead going to my usual branch at chandler Blvd and Pennington, I went to this branch. They were able to get my tire in next day but they did not carefully install the tire on my beautiful wheel . I have a bend the wheel rim and 3 scratches that are not repairable . I was disappointed and wished that I went back to my regular branch . read more

Very impressed by the customer service at this location. Took my vehicle in to get 4 tires replaced after one had a flat. I left the vehicle overnight and when I went to pick it up in the morning the spare was still on the car and had not been replaced. We informed the manager Clay about the issue and he went above and beyond to correct it. He was able to get it all squared away in under the time he quoted me, at no cost. This could have been a very negative experience, but the staff really did a great job of correcting the situation and even went above and beyond that. read more
