    Rainy day today, they have a tent set up and cones set up to direct people to be able to get in line for a tire air check. You don't have to get out of your car, they will fill the air for you - if it needs air.

    I made an appointment to take our Tesla in for a tire rotation. Aiden and Jackson were the two staff members that helps me. They were very knowledgeable and super polite. My car was done within a few minutes and I was on my way. Thank you for a friendly and expedient experience.

    My husband brought his vehicle into this location on 4/9/2025 with an issue with his rear passenger side tire and wheel. The assistant manager, David, suggested he purchase not only the damaged tire but also a second so the car would be properly balanced. My husband initially went off David's suggestion but then decided on purchasing two more for the front tires. After being installed, my husband left the store on his way home and was about 5 miles from the store when he experienced a complete flat on the front passenger tire. He called back and David informed my husband " he was sorry to hear that" and suggested he go to another store closer. After making it to the Discount Tire at Gilbert and Riggs, the store manager, Serjio, informed my husband the last store had not properly installed the valve which led to the flat. He also informed my husband that the lug nut had been over tightened during installation and they had to break it off to correct what the first store failed at. My husband was also told he would need to make an appointment at Brake Masters to fix the wheel's lug nut. All that money spent only to end up two steps behind where he started. Awful work and bad management for having people doing poor work at store #44. I hope this review is actually seen by Discount Tire, just so they know exactly how people are NOT doing their jobs. This potentially could have led to an accident or even worse a fatality! I'm grateful our two young children were not in the car at the time of their mishap.

    Broke one of my studs in half and refused to even help fix it. Watching them use the air guns is a joke, broken stud with no apology. I had swapped a spare on by hand 2 days before. If you want inexperienced techs working on your car with no accountability taken from management this is your shop to come to.

When a company shows no concern for children, it becomes extremely concerning about the quality of service a customer receives. I'd like to share the experience I had today at this location. My appointment was set for 1 p.m. For an oil change. I arrived on time for my oil change appointment. I didn't leave this location until 3:15 pm to get a simple oil change. Around 2:25 pm. The customer service technician approached me in the waiting area and informed me that my air filter and cabin air filter needed to be replaced. I declined the service and told them I'd look into it later. I inquired as to how much longer it would take to finish my car. I need to pick up my child up from elementary school at 3:00 p.m. I was told that it wouldn't be much longer. They were wrapping up everything. Around 3:10, I left the waiting room and walked to the front of the store to ask how long it would take to finish my car. I said it again: I have to pick up my child from school, and school has already ended, and I need to pick my son up. I've already waited more than 2 hours for a simple oil change. At 3:15. I paid for my oil change and immediately drove to my son's school to pick him up. I didn't want to wait for the receipt to be printed or for the service recommendations. All I could think of was my child waiting in the hot sun, scared and wondering where I was. When a company expresses no concern for children to its customers, it speaks volumes. No one should ever have to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for an oil change, especially since this location was not even busy when I arrived for my appointment at 1:00 pm. I'm not sure if it's because I'm a woman; they thought they could take advantage of me, or they just didn't care. Following my experience today, I just hope and pray that they didn't do anything to mess with my car. I will never, ever return to this location. They've lost my trust and business. Nobody messes with my child. Ps. Everyone biggest fear after leaving a mechanic shop is hoping and praying they will not tamper with your vehicle. I am certain my car was tampered with at Big o Tires yesterday. This morning. I went to the gas station on my way to work, and as I was walking back to my car after paying for my gas, I noticed a leak coming from underneath my car. All of my coolant is literally dripping out of my car. I called this Big O Tires location, asking to speak with a manager and explain my situation. I was told to bring my car in so they could look at it, but I don't trust that. I'm now waiting for a manager to call me back.

We obviously told him from the start it was changed by us and he proceeded to say whoever changed it, it wasn't cool that there was coolant everywhere. Again I reiterated that it was us and we knew. The coolant reservoir was full when we initially dropped it off we checked it and knew that it was! So I called our normal Big O we go to (only came here for convenience of it being closer since we moved). I was never disrespectful until he decided to tell me I wasn't listening and speaking to me as if I was stupid. I called our original Big O we used prior, they called the location my vehicle is at for more information as well to help me and he was treated the same by William and he proceeded to say that we were disrespectful and we needed to come confront him and that he won't allow them to cover the diagnosis payment that it's OUR responsibility and hung up on him! Basically he's looking for confrontation at this point because he is mad I defended myself. Rude, VERY RUDE!!! I have never been treated this way by anyone at Big O. We then got a call back from the other Big O we are transferring our vehicle to and said Williams called and there is no charge for today as we were arriving to the location for my keys. I was fully prepared for a confrontation with this man as I brought my husband and dad with me in case he tried to be rude again. All I wanted was to have my vehicle fixed and be treated respectfully and not like I'm stupid or talked down to! I'm disappointed! I'll be reaching out to management, and corporate because if this is how you all allow your employees to treat people you need a serious wake up call! Women should be able to come in and feel welcome and helped with kindness. I never once raised my voice until he spoke rudely to me over the phone then I defended myself and both my husband and dad heard how I was spoken to! We won't be back, we won't recommend this location and something needs to be done!! DO BETTER!
