I took my car there to have two tires put on at 2:30 pm didn't get out until 7:00 pm that evening. Yes they were busy but no excuses for that. I finally realised that people came in after me were getting things done at first I thought maybe they had an appointment but in this case that couple came in and enquired about tires two hours after me. Needs to have a better system in place to take care of customers in the order in which they came in or made a appointment. read more

What a horrible experience. I came in to have 4 tires replaced and was told it would takes 60-90 minutes. It took almost 3 hours. Part of the work included replacing the tire sensors. When i drove my SUV later that day the tire pressure sensor went off again. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed the problem was with one of the sensors that wasn't replaced. I didn't drive my vehicle the next day but then, on my way out to work the following day found I had a flat tire. I hadn't noticed it when I got in because we had 14" of snow the previous day. I immediately called to let them know about the problem. They said that they would correct the problem including replacing the tire if necessary. They asked if I could come in and also offered to come get my vehicle. I reinflated the tire told them that if it held some pressure I would be glad to come there. It held pressure so a few hours later I brought it in. When I got there I was told that they needed to replace the tire. Unfortunately, they didn't have any in stock. Apparently they didn't think to check. So I was told it would be 45 minutes for them to go get a tire. I needed to work so I took the second option of leaving while using the spare. They again offered to come to my house to put the new tire back on. I needed to be out, near them the next day so I offered to come by and have them throw the new tire on. When I came in, I spent some time while they did the work. Then they informed me there was a problem with another one of the tires they replaced and there was only 17lbs if pressure in that one. Apparently they used the wrong parts with the sensors that resulted in tires leaking. So after 3 visits here and hours of waiting and headaches, I am writing this review. If you try them I hope your experience is far better than mine! read more

I don't usually write a review or comment, but I've got to write this one. I was at Discount Tire on 25th of September and received the best customer service ever. A staff member named Kylef is the best. His greeting on the phone is friendly and kind. He works with enthuisiam and I just love the way he works. He is professional. He explains in details and makes sure you understand what's up with your tire and all. I'd highly recommend him to anyone. Give him a raise. He deserves it!! read more

Excellent customer service! They helped my husband get a great deal on new truck tires 5 min to close. Had them delivered the next day and installed in 45 minutes. Called me to set up an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait for the install. Extremely friendly! Such a wonderful experience compared to other chain auto places that I have been to. Great prices, fast service, and free rotation (even balance if need be) for the life of the tires would all be plenty - but what really impressed me about this place was EVERYONE was highly courteous and so very PROFESSIONAL in a sincere, no-nonsense way. I recently had a flat tire and was looking for place that had touchless tire mounting as I have had bad experiences in the past with scratched wheels literally every time I get my tires changed. A couple of places said they couldn't fix this type of tire (a run flat) and we would have to replace it at a cost of $250 or more. Well not only did this store do a perfect job repairing the tire, and did not scratch the rim. On top of it all, they didn't even charge me for the repair! Everyone there was courteous and friendly and the shop was very clean. Definitely will be back! read more

Avoid. I came in to get a tire fixed and they dropped my car and broke my running board. They are fixing it through their insurance. They put an old tire on my car said they would order me a new one free of charge. 1 week later ... nothing. I did hear from the claims people but they are third party. I would not go back. We will see if I actually get a tire. Proceed with caution. read more

I thought I had a leak in one of my tires and was at Costco, so I went to their auto department to get it fixed. I was told it would be a 3.5 hour wait since I didn't have an appointment. I decided to leave and go to the Discount Tire store. I was greeted in the parking lot and immediately helped. It wasn't a leak because the wheel was actually bent and the air was leaking out where the wheel was bent on the bead. The staff replaced my wheel and tire with the spare and sent my bent wheel off for repair. I was told that it would be 3 days. I got a call the next day saying my wheel was back. They replaced my spare with my factory wheel and I was only charged for the repair and none of the labor. I will definitely go back and give them more business. read more

I'm on a cross country road trip from CA. I scheduled my rotation in advance for today at 8 AM. They were super nice and got me in and out quickly. The rotation was free. And the guy showed me how soon I will probably need new tires, and we talked about what kind of deal I could get at a Discount or America's Tires when I am home in CA again. I have never left a review on here before but I had to share my experience. I was pulling in to the Target right next to this location and my tire came straight off the rim as I turned in. I was able to pull into the Discount Tire and they were amazing! Being right after Christmas money was tight and a new tire just was not an option that day. They offered to put on the tire and I could come back next week and pay for it but it was not a commitment I could make. They told me they could put the spare on for me at no charge, but turns out the spare was no good either. My options financially were very limited but they were more concerned with my truck being safe for travel then with selling me new tires. They were amazing and made sure I had a tire that was safe! I will definitely be back to buy tires and I have shared my story with everyone i know in hopes that they will shop there too! There is an amazing group of gentlemen that work in this location and I was lucky my tire problem happened where it did.
