He NEVER actually did a diagnostic and just fixed what I told him they said was wrong with the car. He says that he'll fix it but he doesn't know if it'll stop the engine noise. I was told that the diagnostic would gather the information needed to make a sound decision about the repair. It was a ripoff and I'll be reporting this business to everyone that I possibly can report it to. He should have never fixed my vehicle when he knew that my car still would not function properly after the repair.He's fixed an oil leak and still charged me $90 for an oil change as if he wasn't going to have to put oil back in the vehicle after the repair. He's suppose to be mechanic and be thorough. He took advantage and then got upset when I told him that the credit card charges are too much because he's going to write those off on his taxes. DO Not patronize this business if you want someone who's honest and ethical. He also never called me back after I called with concerns about all of this!

Dropped off our GMC Terrain after it was rear ended recently. Had the vehicle back within a week…read moreand a half (including a holiday weekend.) The communication with the auto body shop and insurance was amazing. Loved that they kept us up often. The vehicle looks brand new.
