I usually come here because it's down the street from where I live and I don't have much time. Today I came and got an acrylic full set (just a heads up.. $25 for a full set, +5 for gel and +5 for square shape, +10 for any other shape). The nail tech I had today cut my skin twice and I could feel the burn on all of my other fingers since she got so close to my skin with the tool. She didn't seem to care about any of it at all. She didn't apologize, mention anything about it, or even discount the services. My left nails are longer than my right and some of my nails are crooked. I told her the length I wanted for my nails but she kept filing them that they came out so much shorter in the end.. She even had the audacity to be like "I'm still here because this girl doesn't even know what color she wants". Like hello???? I'm Vietnamese & I can understand you? I wish I took down her name, but I didn't catch it so watch out guys. Will probably look for a new consistent and more professional place.. : / read more

I really had high hopes for this place, especially seeing all the good reviews and their instagram. I got Kristy to do my nails and I was really excited. Until she cut my skin off with nail clippers on TWO of my fingers! I was bleeding and all she said was "Sorry". She didn't even let me get up to wash my hands and get off the blood on my fingers. She kept insisting that I'd get a new set since mine were "falling off".. but she kept pulling on them and pushing them down (which hurts a lot because they were still intact) She also blamed me for not telling her that my skin grows out "far" from my nails, but none of the nail salons I went to ever cut my skin off with a pair of nail clippers. She rushed the whole thing, and it was packed but she kept telling people that the wait would be only 15 minutes, which was a lie. I made an appointment too and got there around 5-10 minutes early, still waited another 30 minutes after my appointment time. The nails were really disappointing since the shape and length is uneven on both hands. I also went with a friend and her nails were even worse than mine. Wouldn't recommend, especially for the price! I paid $45 (no tip because she cut off my skin) and my friend $35. I got my old set removed, and a new set with gel. If I could give this place zero stars I would, my experience was so terrible from start to finish. The woman who helped me (I can't remember her name) was extremely rude when I inquired about the pricing of the nails I wanted and she explained it would be $100. Ridiculous. I then decided to settle for a basic set of nails with colored powder she tried to tell me it would be $55 after previously stating the prices which did not add up to what was previously explained. She was extremely rude and said "I'll discount your set for this one time". EXCUSE ME? The price should've been correctly reflected when I previously asked and I shouldn't have been made to feel like asking for the price that was given initially was a burden. Anyways, 2 days pass and one nail breaks. I went in today and they replaced the nail for free and the customer service was slightly better. BUT not even 24 hours later and the same nail breaks AGAIN. I wanted to love this place so badly based on all of the reviews of how dedicated and tedious and caring the nail techs here are. It is clean and they have a very wide color/design selection. I thought I had FINALLY found the perfect salon for my stiletto nail dreams, but that is where my good experience ended. I came in for a fill on Saturday and couldn't have left more disappointed. FIRST OF ALL, WHO TAKES TWO HOURS TO DO A FILL THAT ISNT EVEN THAT WELL DONE???? I didn't get designs or anything. I don't even know why I tipped the woman as much as I did. Long story short, she told me my nails kept breaking because whoever did my full set made my nails too thin. Well it's too bad that less than a week after I saw her, one of my nails is completely lifting. She also made my nails on my right hand noticeably shorter than the nails on my left hand and when I mentioned it to her, she kept insisting they were fine. She decided to charge me $38 for a fill then changed her mind and made it $40.. I had the absolute worst experience here my last visit. I decided to come back to this nail salon because the owner Kristy was so sweet the first time I went. Last night, I decided to go back to get a quick gel manicure. The salon was completely empty, and was immediately greeted by Kristy. We had little side conversations and she did a great job cutting my cuticles minus cutting my right thumb, which wouldn't stop bleeding. I didn't get mad over it because I knew it was accidental. I chose the color that I wanted and kristy proceeded to paint my nails. I was a little iffy about the color already after she painted two coats and it wasn't smooth and you could still see my natural nail underneath. She told me that it would look better with the third coat, but that wasn't the case. I wasn't satisfied with the many coats and how uneven it looked so she asked if I wanted to change the color. Since she was offering, I told her that I wanted to change it. Her tone of voice changed and gave me an attitude while telling me that I need to choose my color carefully because she won't be fixing it again. She looked extremely irritated while removing my nails and it made me felt very uncomfortable. She then stopped conversing with me and finished removing my polish. It was to the point where I felt so uncomfortable and told her how I felt and didn't want her to even paint my nails anymore. I paid $25 for a manicure with no polish and left. I will not be going back to any of her establishments anymore. Coming from someone who works in the hospitality industry, you should never treat a guest like this. I'm extremely disappointed in how she dealt with the situation. Why offer to do something and get mad about it? read more

This was my first time getting my nails done and honestly I expected a lot more. I had an appointment at 10am and I got there 5-10 minutes early. But it still took 50 minutes for them to actually start working on my nails. I felt like the whole experience was very rushed. My nails turned out very clumpy, messy, and there was a huge chunk of glue under my middle finger. I got a full set for $35. Each time new people came in, they would be told that the wait would be 10 minutes but it turned out to be 30+ minutes. And there was this woman getting her nails done before me and then she was moved to the pedicure station. And my nails were done and she was still not attended to. Never again. When i first walked into the salon i was seen right away but through my walk in, two girls came in saying that they have broken a nail. They came in at different times, maybe 30 minutes apart. I didn't think much of it but i did think it was weird that two girls had to come in a day or two after their visit because a nail broke. Well, as my first time there. The lady who helped me would not take no as an answer. I wanted a shorter length and she kept on saying no and to have them longer and even did an example of a lengthy coffin nail on me. It made me feel pressured and as if i didn't have a choice and as my first time there it made me uncomfortable so i just gave in. I gave the ladies my gel color and the lady who was working on my nails didn't even listen to me AGAIN. I told her my # and color name and she came back with POWDER. The OPPOSITE of what i said. She just wanted my $$ and was taking advantage of my first time being there. Throughout the process She not once washed my hands or told me to, which is why my skin was peeling and so dry after. My cuticles were bleeding and it took me maybe 2 hours after getting them done to finally remove the peeling product off my hands but still days after and my cuticles hurt. As for the lady doing my pedicure, again i gave them my color name and she picked the opposite as well she didn't even look for my nail color she just went behind the nail bar grabbed a color that was pink and wanted to use that. I told her it was the wrong color and she went back and forth THREE TIMES!!!!!!!! 3 times! Picking the wrong color, anything that looked like a pink she grabbed until i just gave up and said yes to this salmon color. I was frustrated and wanted to leave but i have anxiety and have never been confrontational so just felt trapped. Within that same night!!!!!!!! SAME NIGHT. For the very FIRST time, (I've been getting my nails done for 3 years now). That very same night a nail broke. I was folding my laundry and something so simple as the nail just brushing against the fabric broke it off That easily. That's how super thin the nails are and it didn't shock me but made me fully understand why these two girls went back into the salon after theirs broke a day or two after. I was super shocked. To even make things worse, The nails are so thin that the day after, my other pinky nail cracked, along with the middle and pointer nail. I wasted so much money on these days just to have them break so easily against the slightest touch of anything. ALSO. Before my visit had ended the manager (I'm assuming) had closed this girls bill for her nails giving her the option of paying credit or cash. The girl paid cash which reassured me that I'd be able to pay with my card. NOPE! The lady who was doing my nails that wouldn't take no as an answer and didn't take care of my hands told me that she was unable to process the card and that i had to go to their atm in the back to take money out (that also charges like a $1 for using) so i was just super pissed because i had just seen a customer paying credit and my turn to pay and i get no other option but to pay cash even though i had my card and seen it with my own eyes that i could pay card. I wanted to just leave. Do the nails in the pictures over yelp and Instagram look nice? YES!!! That's why i went to there salon but are the nails secured and long lasting?! NOPE! Super thin, easily broken and cracked. I should have took the two girls as signs and just walked out. They went back in after a day or two of getting their nails done because they cracked and now I'm suffering with busted nails and it's only been like 3-4 days. It's literally five minutes from my house so that was cool. They also take cards and let you add tip which I love. I never carry cash. The salon is nice and clean. The massage chairs are new and comfy. Kristy did my nails and Summer did my pedi. Both were very nice. Kristi did a very good job on my nails. I asked for a short coffin and she delivered.
