    Country Platter

Country platter was delicious! Weight staff was very kind and provided helpful recommendations. I sat at the bar and the experience was very enjoyable!

The fish was so tender and delicious!

Dixie Belle's is where you go when you want down home southern food. You can eat everything from Chicken and Waffles to Catfish with Grits and Eggs. I am considered a regular there, where they know me by name. The biscuits and gravy are not too spicy and very delicious. The waffles are large and generous! The food is made to order, but the wait time is usually quick! Keep in mind on the weekends when they are busy, the times can take a little bit more. They also have an early riser discount, so if that's part of your lifestyle, you can save some cash!

Country home vibes. I remember tasting this place at a brunch event and finally was near it and stopped by. Everyone knows your name type atmosphere. I think we were greeted by every worker. The food flavors were awesome.we had the hash with eggs and grits and not everyone can perfect hash but they nailed it. Definitely will be returning.

I have to give this place all of it's props! Nice family owned southern cafe with warm & friendly customer service & amazing food that was seasoned perfectly!

This was the perfect spot to get a good home cooked country style breakfast. The food was great, good service and that small town dinner vibe. I got the Country Platter which comes with a biscuit and gravy, bacon and sausage and choice of eggs, always over easy for me. I added on a side of home fries. This was a great breakfast and I'd stop in to eat again next time I'm in the area.

Obviously a local institution based on the clientele. Sat in a booth and they had both breakfast and lunch menus. Son ordered the largest order of biscuits and gravy I have ever seen. And he said it was awesome. I told the waitress what I wanted and she let me know it is the Bacon Combo. Eggs were as ordered, hash browns crispy but not as crispy as the bacon. Oh my. So good. Toast was actually buttered well and I got some strawberry jam to complete the meal. If you are ever on South Orange this is the place for breakfast.

A friend of mine recommended this place as a good comfort food spot, so a few of my coworkers and I decided to come here for lunch. This restaurant is very much giving mom and pop vibes and the staff greets you so warmly when you walk in! We were able to seat ourselves and were brought menus right away. I went with my tried and true BLT with tater tots as my side. The tots were the perfect level of golden and crispy, and the blt was delicious and filling! Sometimes it's nice to just have a simple comfort meal to get you going through your week! And for the price you are really getting some great food!

Came in on a late Sunday morning and was happy to be seated quickly. Lots of unique breakfast menu options. The entree I ordered include potatoes with sausage gravy and two eggs with two strips of crispy bacon. The home made sweet potato biscuit grilled was delicious. Service was friendly and fast.

Home fries, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs with a side of bacon.

Pretty good food! was sat immediately and had wonderful service! Nice flavor of my breakfast! Cozy little hole in the wall and everyone acted as if they knew each other and go there often.

It's a simple little Diner. Service is fast and friendly. Prices were ok and we went on Mothers Day. Even on this day we got seated quickly and was served promptly. They got this thing nailed down so you can expect to get in quickly be served and then move on. If you want fancier, there are the fancy brunch places but if you want a more local mom and pop type of place this is a good spot to go.

While in the moment we waited a really long time for food and I was hangry and panicked over being late for something else I have to admit my food was really good. Greasy spoon yes, but good. It's very southern diner feeling...the coffee screams diner so just fair warning. I was maybe a little worried as a gay couple but no one was rude and it's Orlando so I tend to feel ok. If it wasn't Orlando I might have not walked in.

I preface this review with the fact I'm not a breakfast lover. It's your typical breakfast joint. Diner vibes. Fox News on the TV's. Off the beaten path in Orlando. The food was good. Definitely don't leave without trying the sweet potato biscuits. The service staff was friendly and made recommendations and suggestions. Close to the airport and the Florida Mall. Plenty of parking.

And we're back after another drop-off at MCO. Mike went with his usual, the Barnyard King. Took some leftovers home. I think the biscuit and gravy was my favorite item today! Will remember this is a good place for Catfish since it's not easy to find these days.

How's the wait time ? Getting there at 10:30am

On weekends you may have a bit of a wait at 10.30am... but never past 15-20min. It's still worth it. ☺

SERVICE: Our server, Caroline, was amazing--so warm, welcoming, approachable, helpful, and accommodating. She really made the meal special. The biscuits were huge, fluffy, and packed with flavor, and both the gravy and mashed potatoes were incredibly flavorful. The oversized chorizo burrito was also excellent. It was really loud and there wasn't many soft surfaces to help absorb that sound. The location did appear to be clean. Now let's get to the food. I ordered the fried chicken benedict. Huge sprig of rosemary. Cayenne pepper (if it wasnt cayenne then idk what it was but thats what it tasted like) . Hollandaise was like glue. Maybe it was supposed to be gravy? Batter didnt stay on the chicken. Scrambled eggs in the chicken batter with a slice of cheese. Deep fried raw spaghetti noodles (why???). 2 pieces of bacon. Tomatoes. A pile of uncooked spinach. Frozen biscuit (if it wasnt frozen, you need a new biscuit maker). Mashed potatoes from a bag. Orange slice. Cantaloupe slice. This was a terrible version. Stop. Leave the stupid rosemary off your dishes. It looks stupid and not everyone likes rosemary. I dont recommend this place. Go to Dennys or Waffle House.

I stated my name and she got my takeout order in minutes. I ordered The Big Dipper (shaved steak, horseradish aioli, melted provolone cheese, crispy onions and Au Jus on the side, served on a very fresh grinder roll). It was delicious! It came with a nice side salad that included tomatoes, red onion, cheese and croutons. I selected bleu cheese for my dressing (placed on the side). I also ordered a Wedge salad for lunch the next day. It was a good size half lettuce head with a sliced boiled egg, bacon bits, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes and chunks of bleu cheese. The blue cheese dressing was also on the side. Great meals all-around. It would have been a five-star review if not for the long wait to take my to-go order.
