This is my fav spot in Tustin for donuts. Always a huge selection of old school and fun creations alike, plus good drip coffee and great breakfast sandwiches. I love their glazed twist donuts, maple bars, Oreo cookie raised donuts and the bacon, egg, ham and cheese bagel. Service is fast and friendly and has a locally owned vibe. The parking situation is interesting with only a handful of spots but people move relatively quickly in and out so there's usually at least one spot open. They also have a drive thru which is pretty unique for a donut shop in OC, give them a try when you're nearby!

I went to purchase six donuts and a breakfast sandwich. It was a busy day and a treat for the kiddos and a quick but to eat for me. I was starving but could not finish it. The bagel was overly greasy and very bland from the bagel the cheese and eggs. The greasiness was too much and so I ended up just eating the inside so not to waste the food. The feedback I got on the old fashion donut it was greasy. Maybe an off day but all of the seven donuts and this sandwich were 24. Really nice that they have a drive thru there.

I live 5 minutes from DK's Donuts and figured I would finally give this place a try! I visited on a Saturday @10am and the parking lot was a bit compact. On the bright side, I like that you have the option of ordering via drive-thru or in-person. I ordered an egg, ham, & cheese croissant paired with a medium iced mocha latte. The croissant was delicious and the coffee really hit the spot. I'll have to try their donuts on my next visit!

One of my favorite spots to get donuts in the OC area. It's a fairly small stand in between streets and there is very limited parking available. They have a fairly large selection of donuts, bagels, and hot food items available. My favorite things to order are the blueberry and red velvet donuts. They also sometimes have ube donuts, but they usually only make them on weekends. We happened to be there at a time when the blueberry donuts had just been made and they were still warm, so it was a very delicious experience. They are able to help each person very quickly and while you're inside you can see them making the donuts behind the display cases. There's both inside and outside seating available and it's a good go to stop if you're looking for a sweet treat in the morning.

The OG of SoCal donut shops! I watched a documentary on the SoCal donut revolution in the 70s, and DK and other small mom and pop donut shops exploded. I decided to try it and it's awesome. The apple fritter is like it used to be, large, sweet glaze, tender inside, and chunks of apples. Many shop have shrunk their apple fritters The cronut was all the craze, but still so tasty. Flaky croissant layers, tender and crispy, topped with a sweet glaze. Absolutely delicious! There's a donut for everyone.

DK's--Donut Kingdom? They are not associated with DK's in Santa Monica, but there isn't much info on their IG or FB, so not sure the story behind DK, except that it is amazing! Have done take-out from here several times. Food: -donuts are really good -great selection/variety -they make themed ones around the holidays, which is always fun -they also have amazing breakfast sandwiches (if you aren't in the mood for donuts) and smoothies, although I've never tried them -can do special orders for birthdays, etc. Service: -always very prompt and polite -recommend going early as lines start to create later in the a.m. (you know the food is good when there is a line for it). Pricing: -reasonable and in-line with local pricing Ambiance: -I've never eaten at the actual shop -they do have a patio for outdoor seating Summary: Amazing breakfast foods at a reasonable price. So amazing! I requested custom donuts. The set I got was $50 and I chose the colors and toppings. They got it done in about 2 days and I paid in advance so all I had to do was go pick it up. The density of the donuts was very fluffy and heavy.

ALWAYS and forever, the best donuts on earth. He makes a "regular glaze donut" not so regular. The donut holes are my go to, so sweet and melt in your mouth, literally. You can't go wrong with any choice here. From sandwiches to smoothies, it's all amazing. And the service is top notch. Very homey over there. I lived right next to Dks for 23 years and still find myself driving back to Tustin after moving a few cities over. ITS WORTH IT!!

This has been our neighborhood donut store for many years. The owner is friendly (but always busy), and their wait staff rotates a lot - but are usually friendly. The store can get real busy in the morning (particularly on a weekend day). (Be sure to enter the store from the right door - which is the start of the line) I'm a big fan of their chocolate glazed. The dough is more yeast-based and softer. I like their sugar donut as well. But the kids really love all the novelty cake donuts - which they have in abundance. I've also had their breakfast sandwiches as well - their freshly-made egg, cheese, and bacon on a bagel is delicious! I do regret that their prices have jumped so much. Not sure why. And their coffee isn't as tasty as I would like, but others seem to like it. They have indoor and outdoor seating. I love sitting outside, catching up with friends. It gets a bit noisy on Irvine Blvd, but one learns to live with it.

The parking lot is too small and the drive through doesn't work being in that tiny space. I almost got hit and was so upset cause my 9 month baby's sleeping there and a guy in a truck sees and still nearly hits me with his big Ram truck... i just think DK needs to be a little more concerned about their customers. Ive been to this place now 4 times trying a few things. Its one of the few places that you can get a proper egg and cheese sandwich in the morning. The doughnuts are very soft and light and flavorful. Here is my little breakdown: Location: **** Located on a corner so sometimes parking is difficult but not bad Appearance: ***** Simple and clean Price: ***** Very reasonable and worth it! Service: ** So unfortunately this part has been a little frustrating as i was ignored 3 times and last time when i asked the lady for a small coffee she ignored me yet again. This is my favorite doughnut place. If you love yeast doughnuts, then you can't find a better place than this. I just moved back from the east coast and tried dozens of doughnut places, but could never find a place as good as this. I always get their glazed ones and they are consistently awesome. Go in the mornings though so that you get their fresh ones. read more

Great apple fritter. Not completely over-glazed to the point where it's hard and crunchy like lots of others. It's soft and fluffy with visible cinnamon. Could use a little more apple but this fritter is hard to beat. read more

I had to do a last minute custom order of donuts (2 dozen) and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly and made the whole process a breeze! Better yet, the donuts were absolutely delicious and were a major hit at the party I brought them to. Definitely will be stopping in again, maybe not for 2 dozen donuts, but definitely to enjoy a donut or two for myself. read more

Rushed here just in time before they closed at 2 pm on Sunday to snag some last cronuts. They didn't have that many choices, but they were so accommodating and offered to glaze some of them with chocolate or caramel, etc. So we walked out with a cinnamon, glazed, and chocolate glazed. I really like the texture of the cronuts here, but definitely wish that they were hot and there was some way for them to toast them up for us before they serve it up. Overall, solid place for cronuts. read more

I have been going to this place for a few years now and the doughnuts were great but the past two times I have gone I have gotten undercooked /raw doughnuts. They are cooked on the outside and raw gooey dough on the inside. The first raw one was a glazed blueberry and the raw one today was a plain cake doughnut. Really disappointing. read more

This place has been around for forever! I used to come here all the time as a kid, but now I usually only come here if I need my fix of donuts :) It hasn't changed a bit! Its very cost effective and they have lots of options of things to eat other than donuts, including breakfast sandwiches, bagels, burritos, and subs. I recently just went to get 2 dozen donuts for work, and it was great because they have a drive thru and are open at extremely early hours to accommodate for us early risers. Definitely a great local place! read more

The donuts were warm when I got them! Soooo good and I would defiantly go back! I did go on national donut day so I'm not going to complain about not getting my free donut that the worker unlocked for me because they were extremely busy... But I wish I would have gotten that free one since they were so delicious! That's why I am giving a 4/5 instead of 5/5. read more

I promised my little boy I would get him donuts to celebrate one of his accomplishments after school today. Glad I chose this donut shop. He was so excited to find a donut decorated like a PokeBall! And I got a Lo Carb Monster Energy drink for me. They keep it clean. We had a roomy bench table for him to enjoy his donuts. This is probably my favorite donut shop in the city Tustin. They serve hot,fresh, and yummy donuts that always satisfy me. I especially love and recommend the #19/the maple bacon bar donut. I love these two items and recommended these items for anyone new to this donut shop it is simply amazing! Also the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the shop is good. I love how on holidays they put Decorations and custom holiday donuts for us to devour and admire at the same time. Problem: the problem is the parking and the lines. The lines go for miles; sometimes I wait 30 minutes at time just to get donuts, they need to fix that problem. Last, is the drive through, just like the lines to go in, the drive through is just as packed leading all the way into the road causing traffic problems. What they needs is relocation; we need more parking and drive through wrapping around just like these major fast food places. Otherwise there is nothing wrong. Thank you for your investment, I have been a costumer for 8 years, the only think that has changed is the workers. Keep it up DK's Donuts! (Like if you want relocation) read more

Warm donuts in the morning...really do I need to say more. Okay, I will. DK's makes donuts all morning long so look over the counter and see what warm donuts make be setting back there and get one of those. However, even if there are no warm one, the donuts are all fresh and I think you should try a blueberry one which are always great. read more

First I just want to say the lady who owns this place is lovely. She is always happy and has a good attitude. Their breakfast croissants are delicious and buttery and their donuts are fresh. I tried a smoothie from there the other day and it was actually decent, made with real fruit. They have a lot of options and a drive thru. Id recommend going inside though. the drive thru is awkwardly set up because of the location and it can take quite a while if there is another car in front of you. You will definitely waste gas. Also,they charge to use a credit card if your order is under $5. read more

I'm a cinnamon roll addict, on a quest to find the best one in all of Tustin. DK's is not even close. It looked very fresh but it turned out there was no cinnamon in it and it was waaay over-glazed. Fresh, over-glazed Playdoh. I must have been there the morning everyone stepped in dog poop, 'cuz no one smiled or said good morning, even after I told the owner it was my first time there. She acted like she just wanted all those people out of her shop. I'm happy to accommodate her. read more

Hands down, the best donut shop in Orange County. My son loves going in here right before we drop him off at day care and grab a bag of donut holes. The lines are normally not very long except on Fridays. Their breakfast sandwiches are great too. read more

I love coming here on my lunch break! I've had croissants in London and Paris, and DK's has THE BEST CROISSANTS! Huge, flaky, and buttery, mmmmmm. I prefer the ham and cheese one. The staff is so friendly! And they have a decent sized sitting area that is a nice place to relax and enjoy. read more

Great donuts, nice to have a local place to get a fresh donut. The staff can be a little rude, but we're usually there during the morning rush so I can understand. I love the donuts here. They have so many choices and you can tell they are very fresh. I also love that they have a drive thru. It is pretty busy during the morning hours so make sure you leave enough time if you plan on going there because it is very popular. The only negative thing is parking. It is a very small lot and I have had to drive away because I couldn't park. read more

She then treated remaking the order as an inconvenience and pushed it aside, making it clear that correcting her mistake was not a priority. A little common sense, professionalism, and basic customer service would go a long way. Anyways, the poor ratings of this business are more than accurate.

Whoever left these kids alone for the weekend messed up. Never go here and someone call these kids' parents. They should be embarrassed.

We have been to this Bagel Me! location a handful of times over the last year or two. But in the…read morelast month with this new ownership, I have noticed a few changes. The best change I noticed is the lowering of the prices. I was originally appalled at the price that it was for a bagel and cream cheese but when I went a few weeks ago, I noticed they were offering a bagel and cream cheese plus a coffee every Monday through Friday for 5.99. To me this felt like an intentional move to bring people back because it truly was outrageous prices for bagels before this. The only negative thing I have to say is that when I ordered my bagel with cream cheese, I waited 15 minutes for it and I could tell that they were understaffed. Previously, I have ordered ahead, but on this occasion, I did not because how long will it really take to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it. There were people that had been waiting a really long time for their order and guests were frustrated but I will definitely be going back now that the prices are lower and the bagels are very delicious.

I would've ordered more, but was flying back to sac in a few hours so had to limit what I ordered to bring back. This location is the original and it is crowded inside since they sell goods also. This Cream Pan is nothing like their FV location, which is sad because Tustin is actually the original. Inside is dingy and messy, which should have been a sign for me to walk out, but I really wanted a strawberry croissant. Big mistake! It was soggy--as if it was made yesterday. The strawberry was already going bad. Will never set foot in this location ever again and learned my lesson to stick to the Fountain Valley one. Thanks for reading!

I've driven by Dk's Donuts countless before I decided to pay this place a visit. Every time I've driven by it, the parking lot is full and the drive thru line drags out to the street. This place is ALWAYS busy in the morning so I decided to try it out for myself. Coincidently, I came on National Donut Day and although they did not have any promotions going on, all proceeds went to The Salvation Army! How cool is that? A small business supporting their local charity. This place was packed and the display of donuts were already selling out quickly. I bought a dozen of donuts and my favorites were the original glazed, chocolate bars, chocolate chocolate donuts, and glazed blueberry. (All were fresh and still warm) I also ordered a number eight breakfast sandwich, which consisted of a croissant, egg, cheese, bacon, and sausage. It was mouth watering! Can't go wrong with bacon. I have yet to try the real fruit smoothies which look amazing as well. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. My mouth is watering just typing all of this. I reccomend that you come here during the early morning hours where you'll find donuts in the making and freshly made donuts on display. Had an ube donut from DK's in Tustin for $1.25. The donut itself was good; it was moist on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. The donut didn't taste like ube, all I tasted was coconut (because it had coconut all over it). $1.25 seems high for a donut that looks and tastes like a plain cake donut. read more
