CONs are: everything was broken in my room, including the TV, front door jam, and leaky faucets. Reported it to the guy at the front desk (who could have cared less). Pro tip: if you're headed in to downtown Rochester, skip the expensive Uber ($15) and pick up the 18 bus instead on the corner of Chili and Buell ($1). Very simple to do.
