My friend and I decided to try this place during our lunch break. It was our first time and I've driven by it a few times to get food from other places so I decided let's give this place a try. We were not disappointed! My friend order the bad mutha clucka with French fries she said it was amazing and she's glad that I chose this spot to eat at! I decided to get the hot chick because I like spicy and then some cheese tots since I wanted to try something different for my side. We didn't realize how big the portions were but you definitely get what you pay for! We finished more a good amount of it but we got super full so we had to tap out. The staff was super nice and friendly, our orders came out quicker than I thought, and the ordering process was hassle free on their kiosk that they have available when you come into the restaurant. Honestly - this should have been a 5 star review. But a Manager / Owner completely took the wind out of our sails from the first moment we walked up to the counter. On my phone, I had open a screenshot showing that it is National Burger Day offering $5 burgers. The food was AMAZING. My wife is a vegetarian and said that her Impossible Burger was possibly the best she has ever had. I had the Hangover - it was awesome . But the blonde female manager / owner said to the order taker that she 'opted out', and was VISIBLY pissed that I came walking up expecting a $5 burger. She said she would honor it, but Not for the impossible burger. Her attitude from the initial visit is only HALF of the 2 star review. She did talk to us cordially during our meal, but there were 2 other patrons that talked to us after we placed our order, and then as we were walking out - they observed that 'they' had placed a sign stating that they don't honor the coupon. Congrats on earning a 2 star review. They discounted one burger for us, but we still spent $37 on 2 burgers, tater tots, one soda, one tea. This manager / owner doesn't deserve to be in business. I'm sure they more than covered their food cost today, and her attitude alone makes us never want to return, even though the food is amazing. 1st timer here, and decided on the T-Mex just about immediately. My friend decided on the good ol' "cheeseburger" to his liking with delicious and soft sweet potato fries. The T-Mex entertained my tongue from the very beginning with so much flavor and texture. The jalapeños, the avocado, the cole slaw, but that SAUCE though, my God!! Luckily there weren't too many red peppers because I just took those right off. Paired with regular boring fries, should've gone for the sweet potato fries. I just had to have a bite of my friends burger, not bad at all, just not as flavorful as my T-Mex same sauce though in it. Mmm!! GREAT burgers on Hawaiian buns, GREAT crispy tater tots and most importantly a GREAT attitude! They braved the elements to open up during snowpocalypse and were all smiles and gratitude! Just had a couple beers (not driving), chili cheese burger, tots and a nice break from the realities of no power. The menu is large and I can't wait to try other things! The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. The bar is huge and so is the beer list! (The taps weren't working when we went there because of the freeze, but we were PLEASANTLY surprised that they bridged the gap with Miller lite cans, which we prefer anyway, so, bonus!) In fact, was better than one in DFW area. they have a dog special ( dog of the month kind of thing) They are not just hot dogs.. you can get Brats and they are good and burgers. Dog Haus for burgers? Heck yes. If you are not sure try a slider, and you will be pleasantly surprised. Beer options.. it is called a Biergarten for a reason. Great selections and updated. Read the chalkboard. They support a lot of local and regionals . Good happy hours m-f 3-6 and at the one in DFW was also all day Sunday (likely to be the same here) Grab a Growler.. I was able to find draft Sputnik a hearty 9% er Friendly bar staff. When Covid protocols first hit March 2020 they worked hard to keep open. they are doing a great job now with the various protocols in place. Support this group of people read more

Alright, I put this off as long as I could. Look, I really wanted this to be a 5 star experience. I monitored social media and signed up for texts so I could know when they opened. I finally convinced my husband we should go on opening weekend. It's awesome that they were donating to Dell Children's that weekend. We sat at the bar and ordered 2 beers each while we looked at the menu and waited for food. Very nice draft selection but NO prices. I didn't worry too much as I assumed normal beer prices. He got Pinthouse's Electric Jellyfish and I tried the Twisted X McConaughaze (highly recommend!). We were quite surprised when both beers arrived in tulip glasses, as neither of them are very high ABV (both are 6.5%). Food was surprisingly cheap. We ordered Das Brat ($7.99) and a build your own bacon wrapped hot dog with chili and cheese (~$9) with a side of onion rings ($3.49). All of the food was really good, and the the onion rings were amazing. However, our food did take quite awhile to begin with and we still didn't get the onion rings until after we were done eating the dogs. We understand that opening weekend was probably quite stressful so no big deal really. So let me remind you...4 beers in tulip glasses, two dogs and onion rings. We get our check and it is $48...how you ask? The beers were $8 each! And not even pints! We were in disbelief that they charged that much for small beers. The only upside was that one of the beers didn't appear to be rung up so it really would have been $56! For tulip-size beers and $20 worth of food! I really want to go back for the food but I doubt I'll purchase any drinks. I would also like to point out that this time of year TVs should be on big sporting events in a place like this. Instead, they had a Tv show on with no captions and a corn hole tournament. Someone finally asked them to change it to football, but come on, this is Texas and they should know better. Turns out it was mustard and relish and a tomato on a MASSIVE split top bun. When it was delivered, it was absolutely COLD A nice young man came by and asked me how it was and I told him it was cold and he took it back. He returned with a replacement which was warmer. Well, it's my second time here in the last week if that tells you anything. Huli Huli is lights out. Tots are perfectly crisp, when order them with cheese, it comes on the side to dip in (or pour over). Cheese sauce (not quite queso) is good, but not amazing. I love that the entire staff is just so friendly. I will say that most of them are training so a bit slow taking orders (but food comes out fast). Looking forward to the dine in opening up, as my only knock is there's just 4 outside tables to sit at, and it's full sun at lunch time. Head on over to the Haus and give it a try! read more

I have NEVER worked here nor known anyone who has worked here but came to this restaurant and ate here as I've always had and this restaurant was filthy. Two other customers from my church ate here as well and no, none of us have worked in the fast food or restaurant industry but all of us noticed how dirty the floors were, and how over-salted the fries were. The health department needs to get involved. This place has gone down sufficiently and pretending that complaints and bad Yelp reviews are just old employees trolling is not the answer. It's really dirty in the restaurant, look around! Look at the food smeared on the soda machines. Look at the floors. Look at the bugs and flies on the floor. Someone dropped an entire chicken sandwich outside the door and the employees just watched and did nothing about it. This place has gone downhill. I used to really love going here but now with the self serve kiosk and employees actively avoiding you it's become a terrible experience. I saw a few people actually leave after trying the kiosk. The food has gone downhill as well. The wings were salty to the point they were inedible. The corn dog wasn't very good and the new option to make any burger an impossible burger wasn't as good as having a dedicated impossible burger. Also the impossible burger looked absolutely nothing like the impossible burger they show on the video screen. I was wondering why the place wasn't packed on a Sunday with the cowboys game on. I tried the Fonz, man that is one spicy brat!, a Build Your Own Bacon Wrap, and the sliced polish (lady at the register didn't know how to pronounce polish XD ). Their buns are fabulous! The food was poor quality . The chili dog was made with cheese whiz and canned chili. The dog was certainly not grilled and was just warm. The burger was smashed and crispy. Cheese fries were also made with cheese whiz and the onion rings were over cooked and had 5 in the order. 45.00 for poor quality food that really wasn't as good as a drive thru. Too bad too as my husband loves a good chili dog and drove 15 miles for this.
