I came here for an event! We were seated outside on the back patio and had one server assigned to us. Service was pretty subpar and slow (only checked on us once) but the waiter was so sweet and friendly and genuinely seemed to be trying his best! For food & bev: I ordered the Brussels sprouts and a spicy Señorita! Both were delicious, the margarita definitely had a strong kick to it and I appreciated how smooth it was. My friend ordered a side of shareable breadsticks and those came out burnt. That was pretty disappointing and the server didn't acknowledge it which I found odd. Overall it's a fine establishment! From my experience service was slow so hopefully that improves! Personally, it's not my type of scene! Too many kids running around. I mean ALOT. Could be a good spot for people with kids. read more

I'll start by saying I am rooting for this place, as Steiner needs a casual bar spot badly. The service is always solid, and the food is good, but depending on what you get it can be just okay. I think their pizzas are really good, and I want to try some other things like their pastas and subs. I would personally not order the wings again as they had a rubbery texture and seemed over baked. The smash burger also wasn't much of a smash burger, having half inch thick patties, also something I likely won't get again. We had take out tonight. I ordered a margarita pizza and I swear to you it was the worst pizza I ever had in my life. Incredibly salty, dry, tasteless. Then my $15.50 "Cesar salad" which was only lettuce and a sprinkling of cheese. The croutons tasted like hardened salt. The dressing was on the side but whatever they put on the lettuce was inedible. Never, never again will we ever eat there. I would have rather given a donation than spend almost $40 for dinner that went in the garbage. read more

Ironically, I had posted a bad review on this business, but it was removed. Based on the business practices of the owner, I'm not surprised. With that said, the service is absolutely horrendous and management (owner) doesn't seem to care about customers or employees. I sat at the bar for 10 minutes while the owner did random busy work, never acknowledged me. There were only two other folks there. I got up and left, never served. Secondly, I have heard him berate employees in an unprofessional way and making comments that most would consider degrading at a ridiculous level. Third, cleanliness is a serious issue there. While the owner claims to have passed inspections, I seriously question the food handling procedures from what I have seen. I will not frequent this establishment again. Wow, I'm actually surprised this place isn't rated higher because Bull Pizza Co. is easily one of the best pizza places I've ever been to. We had two kid pizzas (cheese and pepperoni, both disappeared in minutes) and the arugula lemon prosciutto pizza, which was absolutely next level. That balance of salty and citrusy on that crispy, chewy crust? So good. Like, dream-about-it-later kind of good. The drinks were also amazing, my basil cucumber Collins was super refreshing and not too sweet, and the blueberry mint margarita was just the right kind of creative without being weird. It's a really family-friendly vibe too, which we loved. Super relaxed, but still feels special. The staff was kind and patient, especially with the kids. Honestly, this place deserves more attention. There are so many reviews that mimic my same experience at this establishment and the awful disrespectful behavior of the owner himself. His arrogance, condescending and gaslighting attitude and tactics are what you'll get if you dare point out the lack of service or hospitality. And if you really read the reviews, you'll see that the lack of his respect, mannerism, integrity and professionalism has been the same for many of the customers he managed to lose. He's the owner and the only one waiting on tables and taking orders. I feel for him and can only imagine how much stress he must be under. That said it doesn't excuse his behavior or the lack of respect for his customers. If anything, he should be grateful and happy that he has people wanting to spend time and money in his restaurant, especially when they have other options. And where they are made to feel invited into their establishment. His biggest enemy is himself and if the restaurant doesn't make it; he has only himself to blame. Because there were a lot of us who tired to let him know. And instead of taking it as constructive criticism and apologizing and trying to make it right there and then, he chooses to go on the defensive and sabotages the whole situation. He's lost our business and will I assume continue to lose other customers, not to mention employees. I suspect that he'll have a comeback to my review just like he's had with all of the others. My boyfriend and I were picking up an order for DoorDash. My boyfriend was rudely greeted while waiting for me by a tall skinny white man in a grey shirt while me, who's 9 months pregnant, needed to use the restroom. When I came out he basically treated us like we didn't belong in there and I was doing something wrong by using the restroom. His tone and body language was demeaning and condescending especially when he got in my personal space asking "what I wanted". I understand not having a public restroom but for a SUPER PREGNANT woman who can't hold it and it's an emergency, I can't believe I was actually treated like that. This man clearly doesn't respect pregnant women and their needs or people who come into this establishment who are technically helping their business. So be careful if you are pregnant or a delivery driver, this guy will definitely give you hell.
