Honestly, for $18, I think my veggie Burger and drink should have been better. I get a tastier meal at P.Terrys for less than $10, including fries.

Obsessed with their mini shakes! It still ended up being too much for me, but I love having the option since I usually avoid shakes due to the large sizes. The burger was delish, but could've had more truffle flavor to it. The place itself is huge with lots of seating. Service was fast and very hospitable.

I needed a quick bite in between back to back meetings all day. I popped into Hopdoddy burger bar on Anderson Lane. My order included a classic burger medium well with fries along with aioli sauce (sauce crack...for real!). The brioche bun was soft on top and perfectly toasted at the center. The grilled onions were the standout. While I prefer waffle fries, the skinny fries with the aioli sauce were devine. My burger was good but a little on the well done side, but overall very fine. Cody, my server, was very attentive and checked on me periodically...laid back not in your face. Excellent service... Hopdoddy Burger has a large amount of inside space. It feels very modern with graffiti laden wallpaper throughout the restaurant including the restroom and on pieces of equipment. I was to get in out of the restaurant within 30 minutes.

It was our first time visiting this Hopdoddy Burger Bar location, and we decided to try their vegetarian options--and overall, it was a great experience! We ordered the El Bandito Veggie Burger, the Vegetarian El Diablo Burger, Parmesan truffle fries, and a banana shake. The El Bandito Veggie Burger was one of the staff's recommendations, and we were really happy we went with it. All of Hopdoddy's vegetarian burgers are made with black bean and corn patties, which were flavorful, hearty, and well-seasoned. The basil pesto in the El Bandito was a standout and paired perfectly with the patty. The Vegetarian El Diablo Burger was tasty but very spicy for us! If you love bold heat, this burger is definitely for you. For our spice tolerance, it packed a serious punch, and we were grateful to have the shake to cool things down. The Parmesan truffle fries were crispy, aromatic, and absolutely delicious--easily one of the highlights of the meal. The banana shake was creamy and refreshing, though a bit sweeter than we prefer. It would be great to have an option to customize the sweetness. Overall, we had a really enjoyable dining experience and appreciated the solid vegetarian options. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving a good burger. Cheers

I got the bacon burger and wow... easily one of the best burgers I've had in Texas. I almost never call a burger a 10 out of 10, but this one honestly deserves it. The flavors were perfect, the burger was juicy, and everything just worked together so well. This is officially one of my all time favorite burgers. I'd come back again and again, and I'm definitely bringing friends next time. If you're a burger person, this spot is a must

Had the classic burger wrapped in lettuce, no bun. Also got a side of their sweet potato fries. Loved the burger. The meat is juicy, the lettuce is crisp, I did get cheese on it too, and that was melty and yummy. The sweet potato fries are so good. Crispy on the outside and soft and warm inside. Their dipping sauce is really good too. Service was fantastic. The gentleman that took my order was charming, and upbeat.

Hopdoddy Burger Bar had a menu mostly populated with burgers but did find an alternate option with the Thunderbird. It was described with fresh ground chicken patty topped with pepper jack cheese, steakhouse bacon, seared poblanos, pico de gallo, guacamole, lettuce and chipotle aioli sauce. It's a pretty big chicken burger and a knife is provided to cut it in half. It was a lot of ingredients but it all worked very well and tasty with great flavor. The staff was nice and friendly. The place itself had great atmosphere as a great place to hang out. They have both indoor, bar and outdoor seating with no problem parking here.

I love the fact that you can get a burger as a salad. But, I miss the turkey burger (no longer on the menu) and they have changed their salad offerings recently. The ground chicken burger is fine, just not as good. Staff is friendly and always greet you as you walk in. Nice indoor and outdoor seating.

Food: We got the truffle fries a few of their burgers and the picadillo fries. Everything tasted really good. The truffle fries sauce was a hit. Burger was really good. Service: The staff were really nice and greeted everyone who came in. My son dropped the single patty we had gotten him and an employee noticed so she order us a new one free of charge. Ambiance: We came with some family and had an over all good time. Kid friendly. Nice and moody but not too moody. The place was filled with both families and couples. The area was clean.

Yay!!! I'm more excited about this than the gluten free buns.

I frequent this restaurant often but never again. Today, I took a friend for burgers. Because I am allergic to wheat, I ordered my burger with a gluten free bun. It was very good as usual. My friend had never been and enjoyed her salad very much. When we were about to leave I went over the bill as it seemed a little high. I saw that I was charged $2.50 for my gluten free bun! (Just the bun!!) I asked the server if this was a mistake and was told no. I can buy an entire loaf of gf bread for less and will not be back. Too bad the manager got greedy. Very happy to let my gf friends on Yelp know this.

I wanted a burger my last day in Austin. Found this spot while driving around with my friend. Here you order your food and drinks, then sit anywhere. We sat outside because it was a nice October night. Imside was a little chilly. They had sports on the televisions. They bring the food out to you. The sweet potatoes were delicious. The burger was juicy and cooked well. My frozen margarita hit the spot.

Good spot to grab a quick lunch or dinner! Our burgers and fries came out so quick / less than 10 minutes for sure! Service was great, one guy even brought our dog a water bowl so that was really nice! They also offer GLUTEN FREE buns! There is a pretty big bar inside and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I got the goodnight good cause burger with jalapeños and bbq sauce and grilled onions and we shared the hot honey sage sweet potato fries

Me and my boyfriend came here for lunch the other day and Hopdoddy's always hits the spot! This is my first time eating at this location but it is just as good as every other location I have been to. The service was great and the food was fantastic as always. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had in Austin. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu but the Wagyu Smashburger was incredible. We also always get the green chili queso fries and occasionally split a milkshake which is always delicious. I'd definitely recommend this spot to anyone that's looking for a good burger!!

The space mixes art deco with a little bit of Spanish flair, tucked beside/adjacent to Mama Betty's. It's big, but arranged in a way that still feels cozy and social. The crowd? Late 20s to early 40s. Grown and attractive. Lively but not chaotic. Vibrant without being loud. Perfect for dressing up a little, socializing and lingering a little. We Ubered there, so I didn't get a full picture of the parking, but it seems like there may be a little parking garage or validated parking area? Maybe a pay for parking? I would read other reviews. Most of the staff? Fantastic. Professional, warm, funny. Our assigned waitress, however, gave off overwhelmed and low-energy. She was short with communication and it sort of dulled our sparkle for a moment, but the drinks and vibes quickly brought it back. Had we had another waitress, this place would have been a 10 out of 10. On to the drinks: Round one: espresso martinis (made with Tito's). Slightly sweet, bold, smooth, and very sippable. No coffee bean decorations on top, but full of flavor. No cream inside...sort of reminding you of a Black Russian. Served in a ribbed coupe glass. Round two: French 75s with Hendrick's. Punchy lemon flavor, a tad sweet, lower champagne notes but still giving French 75. Garnished with a dried lime slice instead of a lemon. Served elegant in those ribbed coupe glasses (which fit the aesthetic perfectly). The cocktails are well-crafted and intentional. They aren't overly boozy, but they are balanced, smooth and polished. Bathrooms? Immaculate. Unisex. Private stall rooms with their own individual doors. Efficient and modern. No long lines. Opportunity to mingle with the opposite sex in the bathroom if that suits your fancy. Foxtail feels like a good place to start a new chapter. We had good conversations and we enjoyed staying out just a little longer than we planned. Their Happy Hour (4:30-6pm weekdays) is officially on my radar for the future. I'll be back. I want this place to be routine. 9 out of 10.

Drinks are expensive and served in what feels like miniature target brand, low-quality glasses, which makes the value proposition hard to justify the steep $14 price. The atmosphere is where it really falls apart. The space is set up like a bright, casual brunch hall rather than a cocktail bar--harsh, bright lighting, uncomfortable wooden chairs, and basic wooden square tables that don't align with the concept AT ALL. There's no food offering, yet the environment feels designed for daytime dining rather than an evening bar experience. From a design and hospitality standpoint, it's difficult to understand how this made it to opening in its current state. Even a VERY basic understanding of lighting and ambiance would suggest this setup is fundamentally mismatched--ESPECIALLY for something like a date night. Rosé Gosé (note accents) is in an unassuming Airport Blvd location (right next to Jewboy Burgers, an Austin favorite). It is run by a couple from Belarus that came here right after Covid to open up a restaurant, with a sister in Minsk. Defying expectations, the menu is not Balkan at all. If anything, there is a strong Asian influence with poke bowls and a lot of seafood. But the menu also offers beef tartare on their raw bar menu, as well as a steak offering and grilled chicken. It's a diverse and adventurous menu, all the way from small plates to hefty mains and vegetable sides. For the dessert, try the pavlova, a meringue confection stuffed with coconut mousse and topped with lime sorbet and a grapefruit slice sidecar. Everything is superbly presented, and unquestionably fresh and healthy without veering into twigs and berries territory. The cocktail menu is also playful, with a lot of nontraditional glassware and slight spins on popular drinks; their version of a Paloma uses prosecco instead of a splash of soda. The servers are all dressed in rosé jumpsuits and very attentive. The space is amiable and elegant without being pretentious. The table spacing is a little close, so that conversations carry between guests. The table setting has some nice touches, like the little wooden bench that holds your fork and knife off the table. Rosé Gosé was a delightful Mother's Day lunch spot. It is a whole vibe, and it is uniquely French! When we walked in an artist was playing romantic music on his keyboard, which set the tone for the brunch. It is a small restaurant inside with a larger area of seating on the patio. Of course, our reservations were inside in the comforts of air conditioning. You immediately notice a wine wall hence the name Rosé Gosé. The restaurant has many windows which provide lots of natural light. The tables house miniature yellow roses and utensils sat in a small wooden block...very French. All the servers were dressed in mauve clothing that resemble scrubs from a hospital. If someone stepped out in a French beret, I would have fallen over. Our server, Sergey, immediately served us water and took our order. The restaurant was highlighted as a modern European bistro. The atmosphere was charming, elegant, and stylish making it ideal for a Mother's Day brunch. My hubby ordered a ribeye, eggs and French Fries. I ordered the avocado toast with salmon and egg whites. While I'm not a huge red meat eater, I tasted a piece of the hubs ribeye and it was nicely prepared. My avocado toast was yummy to the nth degree! Everything was perfect. The avocado was precisely cut and at the right level of softness. The salmon was chopped into tiny little squares and so enjoyable to eat. We could not be more pleased. With a name like Rosé Gosé you would expect their drinks to be superb. My hubby ordered a hibiscus tea, which was delightful. I ordered a mimosa that had high quality ingredients and was perfectly balanced...so smooth. We were also pleased with the drinks. This was the first time at Rosé Gosé, however, it definitely will not be the last.

My husband had the Dusty Trail (strong and perfect for bourbon lovers) and a Coquito that was creamy and smooth with a hint of cinnamon. Parking is limited, but we found street parking nearby. Overall, great drinks, great music, and a spot I'll definitely keep coming back to.

I opted for a zero proof drink: the high and mighty (agave, nonalcoholic ginger and floral liqueurs, jasmine tea, and spiced salt). It was refreshing but didn't quite hit the mark for me. What should have been complex and balanced came across as overly floral. All told, Marlow is worth a visit even if it is unlikely to wow you.
