The good is that the pizza tastes good. And they do add cheese on top of the toppings. The bad is that just like a recent reviewer, this had to be the smallest large pizza within a 10 mile radius. We are loaded with pizza places - local joints and chains - and this "large" definitely was closer to a medium. The reason they started adding cheese on top of the toppings is apparent in that they are hiding the skimpy toppings. Hardly any meat at all on a deluxe which lists pepperoni, sausage, and beef. I know costs are up but I felt a little ripped off today. We may have to take this spot out of our rotation. read more

Great Cozy Atmosphere with an extensive menu for any hunger for Italian cuisine with the friendliest staff and the Fastest Service. I started with the Fresh Made in House Baked Breaded Cheese Ravioli with a fresh Marinara which was vibrant and delicious My Entree, The Penne Alla Vodka was one of their Specials of the day with fresh baked Focaccia Bread and I couldn't decide on Dessert between the Cannoli or the Tiramisu, so I tried both and took the rest home. I feel bad about this rating because the service was great, I had a really nice waitress. The food though... I ordered the chicken parmigiana and it immediately reminded of the frozen tv dinners I had when I was a kid. The salad was plainest you could imagine. The bread was good except a little burnt on one side. I just can't get over the chicken parmigiana though; it was like something you'd get out of a box in the grocery store and it was served on a plate with not well strained angel hair pasta so it was swimming in a very watery marinara colored sauce. Update - After eating here for over a year we are done. I had my first issue tonight. I ordered the baked ziti dinner (something we order all the time). Well this time it came in an app size container and only had one small strip of noodles in it. I was given the kids size baked ziti. (I know this because we also order that for our daughter all the time). We spend $50-$60 a week here ordering delivery on a crazy night. After I explained what we received the guy behind her on the phone pretty much said no, guess I am lying...lol. It's fine though because I am sure Vinos or V would love to have our weekly business:). I will no longer order from here. NO LONGER THE CASE - Our family loves this restaurant. We have not actually eaten sat down and eaten in the restaurant but we order the delivery all the time. Staff is always so nice, food is delivered fast and always hot. The pizza and dinners always taste great. So glad we found this little place that delivers, it is nice to have a great Italian restaurant deliver instead of the same old chains:). read more

Restaurant is open with plenty seating available indoors and a few outdoor tables. I tried the sausage pizza and was very satisfied. The crust was nice and thin yet crispy on the bottom. When you walk into an Italian restaurant and it smells like a New York pizza joint, order pizza. I can't say anything about the rest of the menu. I ordered a large pizza and I was able to fold it and soak up the juices off the plate with the crusts. Amazing pizza. read more

Drastically different pizza the second time. First time we ordered the veg specialty and everything was great. We ate in the restaurant. Roughly a month later we ordered a 3-topping large for pickup. Extremely sparse on all toppings (tomatoes, mushrooms and pepperoni) as well as the cheese. Close to $19.00 and tasted like cheap frozen pizza. Haven't been back in over 6 months! I wanted a sandwich for lunch, and thought this restaurant would offer an Italian hoagie. And yes, it was on the menu, and I ordered it to go. Let's break down what went wrong here. First, I asked for spicy mustard, no mayo, no dressing, and otherwise all the way. It came slathered in honey mustard and mayonnaise, and stuffed with some kind of coleslaw. There was almost no meat in it, perhaps 4 slices of salami. The bread was some kind of white puffy roll with no crunch or bite. More akin to a hotdog bun. The whole thing was cloyingly sweet. This was below cafeteria-grade. The owner of this restaurant should be ashamed of serving such pathetic, uninspired food. I should have gone up the road to Publix, which has consistently solid sandwiches. Avoid this place. I'm never going back. read more

We really like Dolce's. The pizza and meatballs are delicious! Excellent sauce!! Everything we have tried just has authentic NY/NJ Metropolitan taste. The reason for 4 stars is that the salads need some improvement.... Overpriced for lettuce and a couple small slices of tomatoes. We eat here about once every two weeks, sometimes once every week. It's that good. Warm friendly atmosphere, kinda reminds me of the North End of Boston. Pizza recipes are varied enough to delight the most discernable palates and their cheese pizza will satisfy all of the "Plain-Janes" out there. Great location. I don't like that I have to give this review less than what it deserves. The last few times I ate here no issues to report. Today was a bit different. Got their lunch special and it didn't satisfy. The servers were very nice and they did a very good job of attending to my needs. Felt like the cook had to scramble to cut up some green . Didn't add enough cheese and the crust was extremely crunchy and hard in certain places. Normally I'd make a cordial stink about but decided it wasn't worth it.
