Hot bread, buttah and a Pepsi!!

Great and delicious food! Authentic!! Something for everyone - gluten free menu and children's menu as well. Really big portions. Even a 207 lb( weight before the meal) Gavone like me struggled and barely put a dent in my exquisite eggplant parm entree. Accompanying penne was great. Sauce was solid. Great selection of appetizing pizzas as you walk in. Huge dining area in the back. Great and very attentive and caring waitress Catherine in the dining room. Yup, dining room now open. Got me extra sauce to dip the hot bread. Manager Joy came over and we had a nice conversation. Very warm! Diligent and sharp employees all wearing masks. Immaculate restaurant. Signs posted up front to ensure Covid compliance. They have comedy nights, bands that perform and psychic events as well. Back to the menu - it is really extensive. Love the " Return to the Past"'section ( photo) that has the Escarole and beans & the Rotini and broc. Getting the Pasta Fagioli next time. Family owned at this location of the south west corner of Hempstead Tpke and Jerusalem for 50 plus years. Loved this experience. Can't wait to be back!!

Our 1st visit & pleasantly surprised how big this Pizzeria & restaurant is. From the outside it's a Pizzaria but when you go in it's ongoing rooms of private rooms. We had reservations for dinner & to see Jeffrey Wands. They gave us a choice from 4 entree's. We ordered the Penne Ala Vodka & Eggplant parmigiana. The eggplant was much thicker than expected & the sauce was a little watery but the quality & tastes was amazing. Perfect salads & complimentary Bruschetta. We order two different glasses of wines which was not the best quality. The Service was just ok we understand that it's busy but they never came around with cheese or ask if we wanted another drink. The cake was delicious! I would definitely recommend this place.

Domenico's in Levittown is in the corner of the King Kullen shopping center off Hempstead Turnpike. The Italian restaurant has been there for years. On occasion ( see pix) they do special presentations that one can purchase for a show and meal. This last Saturday to an audience of about 30 people, the Magician Ari Bisk came to present his act. It was fun, silly and I want to say, cute. I felt he smoothly incorporated the audience sitting at their tables and calling people up to assist him. Dinner was served first at 7 pm in the back room. Salad, bread, entree and dessert. The cake was lacking but not the show. I found it relaxing and a bit to enjoy for a night out. The waiter also did his introduction along with quips of not being able to make the check disappear but he could do his own brand of magic by making it bigger! (Llol) Card tricks, photographic memory and a mix of other techniques and illusions is all I will say not to give it away.

    Inside restaurant

Okay, so I have been coming to Domenico's since I was a baby and my parents before me. However, since moving off of Long Island I haven't gone as much as I used to. The last 2xs I went were disappointing. The time before our most recent visit our waitress was clearly under the influence of something as she was falling asleep while taking our order. We came back, as a fellow business owners, we know staff don't always represent the business at its best... but once again we were met by a terrible waiter. On 8/5/23 @ around 6-8pm - my mom had asked for plastic silver ware because she is a bit extra, I had actually just finished laughing at my mom's request when I looked down and saw my utensils covered in grime. I hadn't even touched my utensils yet. Upon telling the waiter when he returned with my mother's plastic utensils he didn't even bother to look at my fork and proceeded to say "anything else because I don't want to keep walking back and forth" I was taken aback and didn't get a chance to respond. Before that, he spilled soda on my sister's foot and floor area & didn't even clean any of it up. Additionally, food portions are out of control. Give a lot of food but not quality. Quality over quantity folks!

I grew up eating Domenico's and had not been back in about 20 years. The food is still just as delicious, the staff is still just as nice! I got the baked clams and Calamari and Scungille Fra Diablo, my favorites. the flavors brought me back to my childhood and they've been my reference for what Italian food should taste like my entire life! You need to make a reservation to dine in but pick up is also always an option! The menu is huge and theres a large assortment of pizza available by the slice when you first walk in. I was excited to see gluten free options ok the menu although I indulged in the regular pasta. Highly recommend!

Used to be good. I ordered gnocchi with bolognese for takeout-$20. It was so dry- probably because it was just meat thrown on gnocchi.

The fried calamari and jalapeño appetizer was delicious, except that I got more rings than tentacles. I would have preferred half tentacles/half rings, and there was a little too much breading for me. I also ordered the tortellini en brodo with some pancetta thrown in. I sprinkled some grated Parmesan cheese and fresh ground black pepper on top, and the flavors melded beautifully. I enjoyed a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon with my meal: Primitivo Di Manduria, Carlo Sani 'Oro' Riserva, Puglia. It is a full-bodied Italian red wine with a flavor profile of red jam, dark fruits, chocolate and spice--up my alley! I enjoyed it so much that I plan to buy a bottle at the first liquor store near me that has one for sale. Alex was very nice and accommodating, and the restaurant was clean. I will be back.

At first I was a little frustrated because I believed there was very little parking but actually right by the front of the restaurant there are marked parking spots just for Patrizia's patrons only. The food is always great and the drinks are always made well.

Delivery guy was very respectful too, so that's always a plus in my book. For the pizza, I'll definitely say it's different. We ordered a plain cheese pie and a Sicilian with pepperoni. Both could have benefitted from being in the oven a bit longer- but really decent pizzas. The Sicilian was airy and the pepperoni was delicious. Sauce is a bit sweet for my liking, but it was definitely unlike any other I've had in the area (maybe ever). The plain was thin which is always a plus. I wouldn't say this is going to be my go to spot in the future, but it will definitely go in the rotation to change things up. Worth every penny and a nice switch up from my usual spot (which is franks pizza nearby).

First and foremost I've been reading the reviews and what is so consistent are the complaints about…read morethe portions and prices which is what I'm going to address exactly. First of all, I come in with a clipp coupon which is an incredible thing I highly suggest for everybody to look into the deals are incredible and the whole idea is to bring in brand-new customers which is what I was, this was my first time there a couple of weeks ago. I was really excited to try out this place, but yes, as many of the reviews say it's just a Pizzeria with some tables thrown inside. So it's not a fine dining restaurant by any chance but boy I can tell you from looking at the size of the menu and the outrageous prices you would have thought it was a five star restaurant!!! Seriously, many of the appetisers are in the $30 range, which is ridiculous- So when I walked in to pay the server who I assume is a waitress, maybe more, was named Maria and I see that she's been mentioned many times in the reviews so she's probably a regular there--- she seemed visibly disappointed and annoyed when I told her I have a clipp Certificate, to let people know who are not familiar. It's extremely similar to Groupon but much much better and much cheaper -- again the idea is to bring a new people although you can use it every time you go there which I have been told by people in the advertising business that the business owners actually hate this sort of thing because they actually lose money they're just taking a chance on bringing a new customers and introducing them to the business which could be beneficial in a long run So that was a turn off. Then I was told that I most likely wouldn't be able to use it because it's for Dine in only , however the one good thing is that somebody who apparently was the owner came over and told her basically to knock it off and stop worrying about that stuff and he said not a problem this time so I can say he was extremely nice and pleasant to speak with And that was nice of him to do that for me that one time if I do go back there at least I know moving forward that it's for dine in only and not takeaway- But the primary complaint here is I couldn't believe that my Dish was $37 and I was excited to try it out only to open it and find SEVEN Shrimp !!!! I mean they gotta be kidding me!! this dish is the shrimp or Renata of course you can see the thing that cost nothing which is pasta was packed to the brim.... Extremely disappointing, I was also purveying the pizzas and asking the prices and the prices were also a little bit ridiculous for a slice ... stuff look pretty good and the food tasted good but you gotta be kidding me for almost $40. I only got seven shrimp????? This is just another one of those restaurants that get over on the people... sad .
