Ordered over 50 bucks worth of pizza. Got 3 soggy and crushed boxes. Even better 1 pizza was wrong, called store and person end of line, lied about the order even as I read it to him off of the receipt. He said that they would remake and send back out. Hour and 15 minutes later I called again, this time I spoke to the manager. He said he was never notified but they would remake and send back out in 45 minutes. What was once a great pizza seller has become less than a 1 star. Time to close Domino's across the board. No store has better than 2 stars anywhere. I assume all Domino's food taste the same. This review is not about the staff or the service of the Domino's but rather the portion size. In fact while walking out to my car I was kind of shocked at how light my order was. I ordered one serving of the fettuccine alfredo with chicken and one order of wings. When I got home the fettuccine alfredo container was about half full you could actually see the bottom of the container in places. It was edible. But not enough to be considered a portion. called at 7:15 to order a pizza. First, you never get a live person. They tell you a time frame (40 to 45 mins). After an hour, I check the tracker and it says it's still in prep. I recently moved to this area so of course, have to test out the pizza delivery options and Dominos is one of our favs! I always order online as there's just a lot of deals online that aren't necessarily available if you call. Ordering the pizza was a breeze as usual. The communication about my pizza is great as I follow the pizza tracker (so cool!) My order was placed and delivered within 30 mins! I mean, that's record time for real! I'm impressed with the delivery guy, Jorge, he made sure there was contactless delivery and was very nice. This location is definitely on my dinner delivery list! read more

Surprised at the quality. My go to regular pizzeria was closed so I did a pickup from Lawyers rd store. I was a little early in picking up and was able to see them make a pizza from scratch. Nothing prefabricated. Overall made like a normal pizza parlor. Got 2 large , wings and garlic knots. Everything tasted great and the people working there were friendly and did a great job. I placed an online order only to have them make me wait an hour to cancel it. When I called a miserable man answered the phone and told me they tried to call me and tell me they couldn't deliver it to me when not once did my phone ring. He also had an attitude and could not care less that I spent an hour waiting for nothing. If you actually want your food, I suggest going somewhere else. read more

I've never been a fan of dominos. We recently moved in the area and I've had it twice in the last two weeks. I have yet to receive a fully cooked pizza. Last experience they gave me a pepperoni and onion pizza instead of a pepper and onion pizza. read more

I'm not a huge fan of franchise pizza companies but not much to choose from for delivery in this area. This review is more for how fast their delivery is and the customer service. Usually says 30 minutes or so to get here and its always here in 15 to 20 and the order is always right. We always love ordering from Domino's they are usually very fast and on time with hot food prepared just the way we like it/ordered it. Im only giving a 1 because I don't have a lower option. The girl on the phone was very rude . I couldnt understand her either because the phone system was poor or she didn't speak clearly. After struggling with the menu I finally got to the part where i asked for 1/4 to 1/3 of the pizza to be just cheese( i have a 6 year old who will eat 1 slice) I was told this was impossible. You can only get 1/2 cheese . What am i gonna do with 1/2 a large pizza cheese only for a 6 year old . Apparently fractions are a stretch for the witty staff at dominos. It didnt have to be exact. I just wanted a small portion cheese only. Dominos management must have only taught them 1/2 fraction. Maybe next month they will learn 1/4 , the following month how to count money , at this pace the will be caught up to my 4th grader by years end ! Eventually i just hing up and called marcos . Pizza usually fine. My review about customer service. 4 weeks ago (Sunday) our son ordered pizza while we were out for a few hours. We had just had our driveway paved and had driven up it for the first time the night (Saturday) before. Big deal to us. When we got home Sunday there were both slanted skid marks and straight skid marks on our driveway. Yes, there was a little mud/dirt at the street from the driveway work. We had no trouble getting our car up. Older son with high performance tires had no problem getting up. There were no mud tracks on the driveway. We called the store. Very apologetic. We were told they asked driver and he said he had spun/ skidded. Told us to also contact corporate. Been 4 weeks. They have done nothing what so ever. It may just be a driveway but it mattered to us. It could be someones pet, bike, shrub or car that was damaged. Very disappointed that the concern shown by the manager on duty that night stopped there. We were asked to provide her with photos and we did. If you are going to provide a delivery service then a certain level of respect and care of peoples property is automatically expected.
