I ordered 2 large pizzas and since they ran out of boxes I get 4 small pizzas that do not even come close to the amount of pizza. What a rip off. This should have been disclosed when ordering and payment was made

Ordered delivery from this location. Ordered Parmesan chicken and an appetizer. The food arrived on time and was still warm. The appetizer needed to be heated up a bit but that was due to delivery time. Pasta was great. Added some salt and pepper, was perfect. Just enough spice and flavor. They don't beat out the family recipe but this is so close Will order again. Thanks!!

undercooked dough here - that ain't cheeze

First, we have been going to Milano's since 2018 (maybe 2017). Pizza was great, consistent and perfect. Cooked just right. Crust with the perfect light crispness. It was a goto staple in our house. Now, the last two times something is different. 1) I no longer see the folks who used to run the place. The same faces I always saw. 2) The ordering process is primarily automated. Some generic computer voice that give option #1 to get a text link to order and #3 was to talk a "team member on our staff". Super generic. but when you hit #3 the phone disconnects. To get through don't press any key prompts. 3) The pizza has been absolutely terrible. Soggy. Flops like a soggy clumb of wet paper towel paper towels. You literally need to needed to finish it in a frying pan. In one of the pictures you can still see undercooked dough. And in the other you can see the bottom is just like a processed piece of cardboard. 4) Customer Service. I called back to speak to a manager. "There isn't one here". Me: "Seriously? Then who can I speak to?" His response: "Well there really isn't anyone to speak to. I can take a message." I asked if someone had a key to close, he said yes, so I asked to speak to them. He said "they are busy". I am about to lose it now! Asked him when the owner would be in, he said maybe tomorrow. I ended it there and am going to call back tomorrow. If I reach him, I will update this. To wrap this all up. Pretty sure ownership has changed and the food quality and customer service has gone to nothing. If I could give 0 stars I would. UPDATE (1/20/24): to date no one called me. So I called back today and spoke to the same person I spoke to last week. She acted suprised when no one called me back, so I asked to speak to the general manager or someone else. She said they weren't available. At that point, I was frustrated, told her this was ridiculous and ask who I should speak to next! She asked me to hold on and came back to say the store manager will come speak to me. NOTE: she told me the manager wasn't there just a minute ago. Finally the manager came on and said they would take care of it. ADDITIONAL INFO: He did explain they are moving on from a number staff and trying to get their feet under them as new mgmt, and hoped we will give him another chance. His honesty seemed genuine (added back 1 star), so we will see. Maybe we will try again, maybe we won't.

Needed delivery at a local hotel for dinner on a Saturday night. They were fast and friendly. My combo pizza was great. Hot, fresh and tasty. Will try to visit the restaurant next time.

Customer service is great. Waited for over 45 minutes on a hamburger. Not to mention it's 100 degrees in there.

The space is bright, clean, and feels like a nice addition to the neighborhood. The biggest downside was the parking situation which is obviously more of a South End issue than a Salata issue, but it definitely made the quick stop feel less convenient than we expected. The ordering flow was also a little awkward... after building your order you end up waiting at the register while the food is assembled, which slowed things down more than it needed to. Food-wise, my wrap ended up being really good but there wasn't an option for a plain wrap, so I went with the cucumber wrap instead of whole wheat and it actually worked out great. Overall, it was a good meal, but if I'm choosing between salad spots in Charlotte I'd probably lean toward Chopt most of the time.

I walked in and no one was inside so I was able to order right away. I had a spinach salad with lots of yummy fresh toppings and the spice chipotle lime chicken. It looked as good as it tasted. The pesto chicken looked great too, but I wanted a little heat. I love their options and that you get the cute lil croissant with the salad. I had the ginger lime vinaigrette and REALLY enjoyed this salad.

The first thing I'll say is pay attention to the portion sizes before you order. Their rice bowls are huge. Seriously. Ask a few questions first so you know exactly what you're getting, unless you're planning on having leftovers for a day or two. I ordered a rice bowl with brown rice and added some chicken wings on the side. The bowl was packed with rice, vegetables, and the sauce I selected, and everything worked well together. The food was flavorful, filling, and honestly more than I expected. I didn't finish it in one sitting, and it took me almost two days to work through everything. The chicken wings were good too, and I liked that they had plenty of options and different combinations to choose from on the menu. They don't have specialty house-made drinks, but they do offer your standard Coke and Pepsi products. The restaurant also has plenty of seating, a few TVs, and a relaxed atmosphere. When I visited, they had soccer playing in the background, which added to the vibe. One thing that stood out was the owner. He was there helping customers, answering questions, and making recommendations. I always appreciate seeing that level of involvement. Overall, this is a solid local spot. My only advice is to make sure you understand the portion sizes before ordering because they are not small. If you're in the Charlotte area and looking for a good rice bowl, wings, or just a filling meal, I'd definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Tasty Bowl Subs N Such in Steele Creek is worth the drive. I originally discovered Tasty Bowl through a catering website when I ordered 60 bowls for my office, and the feedback from my coworkers was off the charts. After that, I knew I had to check it out in person. Today, I finally made the trip, and it was worth every mile. The location is tucked away in a corporate park, so you might think you're in the wrong spot at first. But when you see the wacky inflatable arms guy waving outside, you'll know you've arrived at Tasty Bowl. Not only did I get to try the food fresh from the source, but I also had the pleasure of meeting Raj, the owner. If you visit, you'll probably meet him too since he's always there making sure every customer is well taken care of. Raj is one of the most friendly, caring, and genuine people I've ever met. We ended up talking for over two hours about food, life, and world issues. He's the kind of guy you could've spent hours on the phone with as a kid, chatting away on a corded landline in the '90s. The story behind Tasty Bowl is just as unique as Raj himself. While on vacation in Jamaica, he hired locals to cook for him during his stay. He was so inspired by their flavors and techniques that when he returned to the U.S., he decided to transform his sandwich shop into what is now Tasty Bowl. After testing out his new creations with customers, they told him he needed to start serving these bowls full-time, and just like that, Tasty Bowl was born. Tasty Bowl specializes in hefty, flavor-packed rice and salad bowls with a variety of proteins, cheeses, toppings, and sauces. You can pick from signature bowls created by loyal customers or build your own from scratch. Tasty Bowl has many gluten-free menu items, making it a great spot for those with dietary restrictions. Whether you're looking for a bowl, salad, or protein-packed meal, there are plenty of options to choose from. If you come here enough, Raj might even name a bowl after you. I ordered the Cheezy Buffalo Bacon bowl, and it was fantastic. It came with buttered buffalo rice, grilled chicken, grilled onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms, all drizzled with hot sauce and shredded cheese. The spice level was just right for someone like me who doesn't like overly spicy foods. One important tip is to make sure to mix up your bowl before digging in so that all the shredded cheese melts and the sauces blend perfectly into the rice. There are many other signature bowls I need to try, and maybe one day I'll finally be brave enough to create my own bowl. If I do, who knows? Hopefully Raj will add it to his menu board so everyone can order it. Raj is also opening a Tasty Bowls & a vegetarian Indian spot in a ghost kitchen in South End, meaning soon you'll be able to order Tasty Bowl and Vegetarian Indian food through third-party delivery services or pick up late-night meals until 1 AM. This place is a hidden secret that everyone in Charlotte needs to know about. If you haven't been yet, make the drive to Steele Creek and see for yourself. It won't stay a secret for long.
