Had an incomplete delivery and driver promised to return with what she forgot. Never showed. Has happened before with this store.

Went in during the snow storm and an older man was miserable and sounded like he hated his job. As soon as I walked in he said 'I hope you had an online order because we're 30 min behind and close at 5' as I told him we had an online order he still complained to me that they have a big order and we'll be waiting but if it's after 5 we won't be getting our pizza. Even though it was already paid for. We sat and waitied patiently and he continuously told everyone that came in 'it's almost 5 we're not suppose to be open right now' I use this Dominos all the time and this was the worst I've ever seen it. WORST Domino's ever!!!! I've given this location many chances, So far in the past 3 orders, I have received raw chicken, an incorrect pizza order and a 1hour long delivery time from when I was notified the order was out for delivery. This is not an isolated incident. Poor food and service seems to be the norm for this location. By the way, I don't want a discount on my next order as a way to make amends. At this point I know the order will be incorrect! What makes you think I want to give you more of my money when I'm already extremely dissatisfied. No masks, no gloves, no problem (right?) The pizza was incorrectly made. Then the app showed that it was delivered. I walked around my apartment complex for 10 minutes trying to find it while on hold with the restaurant. When they picked up, they said it needed to be remade and it would be faster if I picked it up. When I arrived at the store, no one was wearing a mask OR gloves!!!!! I would give zero stars if could. I place an order online. Got confirmation of order and estimated delivery time of 35-45 minutes which was okay. 1 hour later, I called the store with no answer and sitting on hold for over 15 minutes once did get through. Was told it was on the way, about 1 hour and 20 minutes later. 2 hours later still not hear. I finally drive to store and it was still in their warming bin and had not left store. Then the employee helping said was going to cancel payment of order and credit back. This never occurred and have received no credit back. I will never order from here again and recommend no one else should either. Horrible experience. Food was good but again, will never order from this location ever again. read more

Ordered a pizza for delivery at 10:58 with an estimated delivery of 56 to 66 minutes later. 76 minutes later it showed that it had left for delivery. At 12:40 I checked the status and my phone said the order didn't exist and my computer said it had been delivered. I tried calling but they were closed and did not answer. I assumed at this point that my food wasn't coming and ate a bowl of cereal instead. 16 minutes later I get a knock on the door and there's the delivery guy. No apology, no nothing. Thought I'd grab some pizzas using their 5.99 coupon. Ordered three medium pizzas. One looked like a medium and other two were weirdly smaller and even box was smaller...maybe they were smalls... idk who orders a small pizza first one okay skimpy on sauce and toppings second one was kind of burnt and skimpy as well. Third one was...yep more burnt and not even cut. So dropped $20 on total garbage. Seriously I'd rather have three Mr P's than these pizzas. While in town for a wedding we decided to try the local dominos pizza. We wanted to see if it was just as good as the NYC dominos pizzas, to truly get some of the Asheville experience. Wow. We ordered the "Brooklyn style" pizza and it was just. like. home. We also ordered the inexplicably orange cheesy bread. It was orange, it was cheesy, and it was without a shred of doubt bread. The brownies were obviously exquisitely microwaved and made me thirsty. As we all know those are the 2 true benchmarks for a great brownie. Little confused I'm not in Tennessee still, but highly recommend this dominos. Minus one star for the whole Tennessee thing. read more

I'm going to assume the fact my pizzas were NOT pie cut AS ORDERED is because the female employee's [and only employee making the pizzas] husband/bf/Baby-daddy... either relationship male who has a baby with her was IN the restaurant hanging over the glass chatting with her the entire time distracting her from her job, customers, and certainly neglecting his role as caretaker of the infant/toddler in the vehicle the entire time screaming its head off crying. I will note the guy left the window not just cracked but all the way down.... also note dear reader it's in the 40's here today at its high so yes this should/could be a child protective services report than a Yelp review but alas it is a yelp review so aside from the order being wrong in some form AS EACH time I've ever ordered from this establishment I'm left asking myself personally "if an employee cares so little and carelessly with their own child, ARE they REALLY going to give a crap about MY food they are preparing that my family and I are ingesting???" I do believe a million Americans polled with that question I would get an across the board million resounding answers of "NO, that person would not!" While I was there I watched the line at the register go from zero to four people while the guy running it worked with one person. Neither he nor the two working behind the counter making pizzas seemed to care much about how slow they were going. When I got up to pay and gave him my name (I had ordered online) I was told that my order would be done in a few more minutes. After paying and stepping aside so the people behind me could be assisted I saw my order on the rack behind him. Several minutes later, the guy at the register asked for my name and located my pizza and gave it to me. Last night was it. This Dominos does not exist to me anymore. The last time I tried to place an order I was abruptly interrupted and told, "hey were already an hour behind already" No pizza ordered! Last night ordered on line. An hour later I'm standing in a group of about 15 people waiting to pick up their order. The lady working the cash register just turns her back to the crowd and starts assembling pizza boxes and just ignores everyone. People are pissed. Orders are missing. The delivery guys have taken carry out orders with them and the place is in chaos. It's now the next day and I still have not seen my order. Just gave up after an hour and a half. So long dominos. I'll eat Walmart pizza before I'll waste my time with you again. read more

This location needs to get a new manager/staff. We can never get through on the phone and have been told their lines are crossed. I called today and someone took my order over the phone. I got there to pick it up and the cashier said there was no order for me. I told her I had just called (gave them the number I called) and a guy took my order. When I repeated the number again, they said "we don't even know the number to this store, but it couldn't have been this store because we can't take orders over the phone". At this point another employee chimes in and said "yeah, I took her order over the phone." The entire time my order of one large pizza was ready on the shelf. The left hand had no idea what the right hand was doing. It was a complete comedy routine. Even though this is our favorite neighborhood pizza spot, I will not be ordering from here again. I'm going out of my way to post this. This location is a nightmare. If it's after 9 (and keep in mind, they don't close for another three hours), don't expect to ever receive your delivery. Took well over an hour and a half to get my food. After an hour I called and was told that it was on the way. It took at least another 30 minutes. Both me and my friends who live in the area have had similar experiences with this location more than once. Actually when I ordered it tonight, a friend of mine told me not to do it. Sounds like they need new management. I will never order from this place again. read more

Domino's store #460 is the worst so don't go there. I went there on Jan 18th and yes it has taken me a while to write a review. I was sick for two weeks after eating their food but I don't know if it was the food or something else. However, my experience with them was horrible. We were already out so we tried to call with no one picking up the phone so we just drove there. I walked inside and asked if they ever answer their phones and that hurt the mangers man feelings. Then he didn't understand what I was ordering so he put in my order 4 of the cheesy marina tins which I didn't know there was cheese in it until I got home. I called back and talked to him and again hurt his little man feelings. So I drove back the tins and he refused to refund my money as I had to talk to Brian yet the manger refused to tell me how to contact this Brian. I let them keep the $16 dollars as that seemed important to them as they may need it to get more education. These guys working in the hospitality industry are disasters and should find other work. NO MASKS, NO GLOVES, and the girl working with food was touching her hair then touching the food again. NASTY!!!!!!!!!! You people need to get a clue as to how to work with food or you will be looking at lawsuits real soon! read more

Arrived at hotel at 10:45 and called Dominos because I know they are open until 12. 5 minutes late the manager calls back and tells me they don't have a driver available. I've worked as a manager in the pizza business for 17 years and never have I not had a driver available an hour before close. I always made sure regardless to take care of my customers. This is just a level of ridiculousness that someone would have been fired over. read more

Horrible experience! Placed the order online. It got stuck in the quality check online for over an hour. When it arrived 40 minutes after that point it been over two hours. The food was not hot. One pizza did not have pepperoni on it at all but was the ultimate pepperoni pizza. The restaurant would not answer their phone. We called a different dominoes to try to make sure that everyone at that dominoes location was OK. They hung up on us twice. Then we contacted corporate. They have yet to respond at all. Just got an email from corporate so I can email more people if I want to waste more time! After seeing the other negative reviews that mirror my experience, I'll definitely never order here again! read more

I love Dominos and this location has not let me down. The pizza is always hot and delivery is always efficient.

If you need a job they need help the reason it's taking them for ever is because everyone quit there is only one insider and two drivers the 3 are working 7 days a week because there's no one else to deliver or make pizzas they are hiring for store manager asst. Manager shift runner insiders and drivers if you give dominos a bad review this is the reason It takes so long!!!!! read more

This is the second time I have ordered from this store and it is the second time the order has taken over two hours to arrive. It just arrived, ice cold, about two hours after I placed the order. If you are customer looking for cold pizza and a long wait time, look no further than the dominos located on Weaverville road. I was told that I would be waiting approximately 30-45 minutes for my pizzas. After waiting 1 hr, I called to inquire as to where my pizzas could possibly be located. I was told my pizzas would be there any minute. After waiting an additional 15-20 minutes after that phone call, the pizzas had still not arrived. Okay so let me just say that I'm a pretty lenient guy when it comes to food service and delivery. So me and a couple of friends ordered delivery pizza around 2:30 pm and they told us that I might take awhile because they were having driver issue. Alright, that's fine. We let an hour go by and nothing, no pizza, no phones calls, nothing. So we decide to call and no one picks up. We wait another thirty minutes and call again but once again no one picks up. Two hours and thirty minutes after we order our pizza me and a friend decide to drive out there to see what the deal was. Apparently they didn't have a driver until 4:00 pm and the person who was supposed to be picking up the phone was working on orders so he just ignored us??? I ask for a refund and they tell us to call back tomorrow??? So yeah, don't order delivery for this place unless you want to wait almost three hours for your food. read more

Ordered on-line using Dominos App. The original ordered said it failed. We placed the order again and both orders were delivered. When driver was questioned, he said that was technology and we had to pay for both. Don't believe there is value got the money when paid $30 dollars for a $15 dollar order. read more

I guess Weaverville Domino's is stingy with their sauce. My boyfriend and I bought 2 large pizzas. One was supposed to have extra hot sauce and garlic crust and it had neither it also didn't have ANY red sauce, which we asked for. The second pizza was a plain cheese pizza with EXTRA SAUCE and it barley had any sauce on it. If we go out of our way to ask for extra sauce we should at least get a little sauce.
