Ordered roughly $60 of food only to get delivered part of my order as they forgot a pizza. Called in and talked to Carlos who was rude and non receptive. He agreed to remedy the situation which was to replace the order. However, they delivered the missing pizza that was obviously not remade and sitting under the heat lamp. Regardless the pizza was still cold when the delivery driver came for the second time. Very disappointed with the service, deliverance, and quality of food that we experienced. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Took over 2.5 hours to be delivered (when we were promised 65-74 minutes). We called to make sure everything was ok, and the manager, Reiss, admitted that he didn't have the driver's number to make sure he was even on the way...or safe, for that matter. One star is generous. We ordered a pizza 50 minutes ago. The pizza tracker said that it had been delivered. It had not been delivered to US. I called the restaurant and they said that she would be delivering "any minute." We are a solid fifteen minutes from this Dominos. Then the delivery driver called us immediately after I hung up. She had not left the restaurant. If this were the only time something like this had happened, I would not be writing this review. This Dominos is completely inept, they do not have enough drivers, and the pizza tracker is fraudulent. And they don't care. Consistently inconsistent. Don't waste your time ordering dipping sauce because the driver rarely brings it anyways. Twice I gave specific instructions to call upon arrival and not to knock and they proceeded to knock. Woke up my sleeping baby... When I chose a coupon for 'any 2 for $5.99 each' I chose Alfredo pasta and stuffed cheesy bread. When I checked out, the prices were $6.99 for the cheesy bread and $6.99 for pasta. So I clicked 'remove coupon' and the price for the cheesy bread went to $6.99. I called the store and the girl said " yeah. It's because we live in a rich area and everything is a dollar more". What? If I could give this place no stars I would. By the time my food got to my house it was cold. My order was also not correct, they didn't bring my the correct sauces, and they forgot my soda. When I called to let them know about the soda they genuinely couldn't care less and didn't offer any options to help me. I asked if they could bring me a new one or give me a refund and they said they couldn't refund me and also said it would be over an hour and a half until they could bring me the soda, I live 5 minutes up the road.... when I told them that was a ridiculous amount of time to wait for a mistake they made they then said that their manager would come bring it to me. I then had to wait another hour until he showed up and he just stared me down. He didn't even apologize or try to make the situation better at all. Overall extremely poor service and promises are empty. Store manager was not accommodating at all." Took over 30 mins for delivery for a 8 minute drive from the store, order was "inspected for perfection" for over 25 mins . Worst service I have received ever. Poor, less than 1 star for this delivery, 50% of the last 4 orders have been poor or late. Delivery insurance is a fraud. NOT SATISFIED AT ALL. The TV ads are all Lies. very sad. Not sure why all the bad reviews...this place is GREAT. Pizza tastes exactly the way we always order it. I highly recommend the Spinach & Feta Pizza with Double Sausage and Brooklyn style crust. The Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes and the Marbled Cookie Brownie is the Bomb! The Hot Wings are also good. We are never disappointed. This place is locally owned too so that's a plus. We will continue to order from them. Tip: Use the Domino's App and carry-out helps when they are super busy. read more

However, the app which I figured to be accurate for ordering said it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Just for patience sake, I waited for two hours. Never heard anything. So I drove to the store, and my order was no where to be seen, even though the app said that it had been ready for an hour And a half. The guy at the counter said the app is just estimates. First I ordered at 10:30 and the guy said that it would be done witching 45 to an hour so I was like okay An hour and a half later this guy calls me says he's at another delivery he didn't know where my apartments was so I told him how to exactly get to my apartments also I'm starving while all this is going on and he has a attitude the whole time so he says he will be here in 5 minutes so I wait for 10 minutes and even my girlfriend is saying she will go downstairs because he was taking for ever so she goes and doesn't see anybody no dominos delivery driver nothing and we call him back and he said he knocked at my door for 5 minutes and now he's at his work and they're closed and hung up this is unbelievably unprofessional and I'm not sure this dude should still have a job knowing I'm a hard worker and my boss would never accept that kind of service as the customer I think we are owed an apology if anything read more

Ordered 8 pizzas and two forty orders of chicken wings. Placed the order the day before and asked for a noon delivery. No problem. the order was 20 minutes late. I'd give this location zero stars if I could. Everything about it is terrible. It takes forever for the phone to get answered. It usually takes 90 minutes or more to get your pizza. They delivered the wrong pizza to me. I called to say it was the wrong pizza - and they could've cared less. The guy on the phone actually said - we can offer you 50% off your next order. I said - no way! You took my money and brought me the wrong thing! I asked for a manager - he said the manager was too busy. I said - remake my pizza and deliver the correct one. He said he's not authorized to do that and told me he's too busy making f*ucking pizzas to stay on the phone with me. I asked again for a manager. Finally, someone got on. Didn't care either. But said they'd make the pizza and redeliver. 2 1/2 hrs later and still - no pizza. I called the store 3 times and every time they'd pick up the line and then hang up on me.
