Hand tossed pizza is mostly crust. I wish they would push the sauce and toppings out to the edge of the pizza more.

Ordered honey bbq wings on a online order and wings were 80% plain with a tiny amount of sauce drizzled on top, bf went back in and asked them to just toss them in a bowl with more sauce. Girl just put more sauce on and shook them in the box while giving a nasty look. Some wings had a ridiculous amount of sauce on them while others still barely had any on them and my entire box was sticky. Just a overall bad experience. read more

It was difficult to get our order in through phone so we stopped in and order very fast at the register. The service was great and food was ready within 15 minutes. The worker mentioned that calls go thru to a call center so best to place order in the storefront. They have a management problem. Plenty of good employees working, but they don't know how to make the pacific veggie pizza. Left off many ingredients and completely covered it in black olives. Very sad. Come on manager, train your people!! read more

The only reason why I am giving one star because the delivery was on time. I ordered an Italian sandwich and it was not edible, was burnt and all bun and a couple of pieces of meat that's it. Called and they gave me a voucher to use next time. Next time I tried the Philly Steak sandwich. Ugh, raw onions with the roots still on them. Every Philly Steak sandwich I ate has GRILLED onions. I would give 4 stars for just the delivery drivers. They are always fast and ahead of time.... But then comes the food. Embarrassingly enough, Domino's now has their pizza "artisans" SIGNING the boxes of the pizza they made. I guess they want you to know exactly who is responsible for your disappointment. We tried the "spinach/feta" and it came on a thin, cardboard crust, with about 5 pieces of baby spinach, total, but plenty of onions. I don't expect a food stylist to prepare our meal, but come on, put some damn spinach on the thing. I am aware that Domino's has a "love it" guarantee, so I went on the website to complain about our "onion" pizza (you have to use the "order tracker" link). About an hour later, we received a call from the manager. He apologized about the food, then ADMITTED that he saw our pizza go out, and KNEW there wasn't enough toppings, but let it go out regardless. I had also noted that the wings were "drowning in bbq sauce", but that issue was not addressed (he spoke to my husband). So the "money back" guarantee doesn't really exist, but you will receive credit for another crappy pizza and 2 free lava crunch cakes. read more

I ordered online tonight, a busy Friday night, and decided to pick up in store. When I arrived, I immediately spotted a Karen at the front counter. The manager came out to speak with her. It was fairly loud in there so I couldn't hear the entire conversation, but Karen was most definitely upset over a pizza her daughter ordered recently that was somehow incorrect. The manager was polite and explained that this was not the best time to discuss the matter, but before he could even finish his sentence, she interrupted and shouted, "WELL, CAN I WRITE A LETTER THEN?!?!" The manager kept his cool and advised her that was, in fact, an option. Karen continued to complain, and I could only hear bits and pieces, but she was incredibly rude, shouting about how her daughter had spent $20 on a pizza and it was wrong. As the manager tried to ask clarifying questions regarding the order, she communicated with her daughter to determine the date of the order. The order was place on 9/2. Karen had waited THREE WEEKS to show up on a Friday night and pitch a fit, during their busiest time. The manager remained polite as she continued to ramble. I paid for my order and left. I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the VERY patient manager who kept his cool and handled the situation with professionalism and tact, despite the fact Karen was throwing a fit and they were INCREDIBLY busy. read more

Waited an hour after placing my order to see if it was really coming. Manager was rude, wouldnt let me complete a sentence and clearly wanted a medal for being a pizza manager. Food finally arrived cold and missing items/1 pizza also made incorrectly. I called back and was told too bad, I cant give you a credit, you will just have to wait another hour (behind everyone that ordered after I did) so they could send the right/complete order. I'm a regular to Domino's Pizza in Barre. I use to always get the Philly cheese pizza, but the last few times I got it, there wasn't a lot of sauce like usual so I decided to try something new. I like the chicken bacon ranch sub, it's amazing! The chocolate lava crunch cake is TO DIE FOR!! OMG I order 4 of them at a time!! Generally this branch does a very good job in making the food plus fast and friendly delivery. Have always been satisfied.

Food is prepared quick and delivered quick. Everything was correct with the order, and the driver was pretty friendly. Food was as expected, it is Domino's, but at least you get good service with your questionable decision. read more

I would think twice! Took 2 hours to get my order delivered due to my delivery order being placed as pick up and never called when nobody picked up. Order a Cesar salad 2 packages of dressing, one does not do the salad!!! After paying .60 for every forgotten package I even add it to the notes section reminding again don't forget sodas and 2 packages of dressing. I get an attitude from the delivery boy, attitude from boy child answering the questions phone passed to an "manager" then passed to another manager all over a stupid dressing package. Could have walk to dollar general bought a bottle came back and put it on my salad before i got to the 2nd person. I let them know I'll just call back tomorrow to speak with the real manager and I hung up. Put my salad together since I finally got 2nd package of dressing and doesn't my phone ring and wouldn't you know that it was dominos calling me back to simply start a fight. The boy manager says (condescendingly) I am the manager that will be here tomorrow too. My statement back Was less than pleasant!!!! Who actually runs that dump anyway.
