I placed an order on Uber eats, had a scheduled delivery time, 20 minutes after it was late I called for a status update. I have never been spoke to as disgustingly as the manager spoke to me. As she told me I shouldn't have ordered on Uber eats and also told me that customer service doesn't matter when they only have one delivery driver. She said many other nasty comments and when I asked for corporates number she hung up on me. I ordered through the mobile app. It was easy to use their local coupon offers to create the order. The order progress can be tracked through the app, so it's easy to know when pizza is ready for pick up. I was able to pay by Apple pay, but found it weird because no chance was given to add and customize a tip. I think this should be added, because a lot of times I do not have cash on me. Pizza was ready on time and goad that there is an option to check in on app once there, so you don't have to wait in line. We really enjoyed the build your own thin crust pizza I ordered with steak, mushrooms, and green peppers. I tried to recreate the Philly cheesesteak pizza by replacing the tomato sauce with Alfredo. The beef pizza I found to have way too many jalapeños compared to the ratio of actual beef and mushrooms. Ended up having to pick some jalapeños off. I think I will stick with no jalapeños next time. This location has far superior customer service than most pizza places I've been to. Quick service out and honestly, during the most recent order (I order here often) they made a mistake and switched two deliveries in which I got the wrong pizza. This was immediately remedied and they brought me a new (and correct) pizza within a half hour. Put your faith in this location. Really great and caring staff! read more

Our usual Domino's spot was closed, so my boyfriend and I gave this one a try. Since we earned enough points for a free medium pizza, we decided to go halfsies on it. I almost felt bad placing the order because it was so weird, but they nailed it! Our pizza was ready right on time and delicious as usual. We've ordered delivery from Domino's twice now and it's pretty good! The hand tossed crust is well seasoned and soft - so yummy! We ordered the 12 inch pepperoni pizza and it was better than a lot of the other pizza places around here! My only criticism would be that there doesn't seem to be enough sauce compared to the amount of cheese. So tonight we asked for extra sauce and all the "extra" was concentrated near the crust of the pizza... so the first few bites were sauce-less and dry. I ordered a pizza in the building and as I was waiting the manager started screaming at the employees in such a way that it was extremely disrespecting to them as human beings. I was appalled at this behavior and specifically called for an elderly employee whom the manager publicly embarrassed and gave him a cash tip, to which the manager responded, "because I was so mean?," which yes, was exactly my motivation. Well, it's Domino's. They where the first mass delivery pizza place back in the 80s and never where really known for taste but my wife had one vehicle and my mom had my other as hers was in the shop so my daughter and I where facing utter starvation and starting to look like some of those Ethiopian people and we saw an online coupon and was like well why not? If soggy like warm pizza filled with bubbles and a bad aftertaste is your thing than you will Love this place! My daughter liked it because I got her a personal cheese pizza, I guess I was hoping for something different but I got Domino's. For anyone visiting or living in Columbus let me tell you folks, this is a mobster town so there are hundreds of absolutely amazing pizza and Italian joints here that are fantastic and why I chose Domino's I have no clue. I did have dinner waiting for when my wife got home and she took one bite and threw her wedding ring at me and left me to be with some dude that ordered Pappa Johns claiming he had the better pizza and better ingredients and I was cool with that because she was annoying anyway but my little girl wanted her mommy back and I would do anything for her so I had to lure her back with JT's pizza and in my area JTs and Tommy's are King but I couldn't afford Tommy's as I have not won the lottery yet so JTs it was to wash the dirty dishwater sponge like effect of Domino's out of our mouths then we lived happily ever after. Until a few weeks ago, I hadn't had Domino's pizza for a good while. I hadn't ordered from this location, either. However, I decided to order online give the cheese-only Brooklyn style a shot. I was seriously impressed. Domino's seems to have made vast improvements to its overall business model: ordering online was super easy (guest checkout is available, and you can track the progress of your pizza from prep to ready for pickup); the pizza itself was hot and delicious (recipe is much improved, price point is competitive); and the people at this location were super welcoming and professional. As loyal, long term lovers of Dominos, we were disappointed this evening with our experience at this particular location. We were told by a staff member that they were unable to make and deliver a pizza that had been placed online due to ovens that were not working at 11:00 pm. Upon further investigation we discovered that Dominos in fact was open for business until midnight. In the future, we would hope that Dominoes would not accept online orders they are unable to complete them. read more

Just ordered take out from here, a medium pepperoni and a Italian sub. There was nothing special about this Domino's Pizza the pizza with the garlic crust is decent. The Italian sub left a lot to be desired, there was very little meat on the sub it was mostly just cheese and bread. The service of this Domino's was very good. I haven't had Domino's since the 90's and had limited pizza choices when I was growing up in my small town, an hour from Dublin, back in the 80's. Domino's was close to my house back in the day and it was cheap, so with limited options, it was our go to for pizza. Boy, how things have changed since then with this pizza. Back in the day, Domino's main concern was getting your pizza delivered in 30 minutes or less, because otherwise, the pizza was free. That was the campaign they created to try to one up the competition. It was a horrible campaign. They were so concerned about getting the food delivered more quickly than any other pizza place, they forgot about what's most important. Taste! - Quality! - Customer Delight! - Just to name a few. I'm proud to say, Domino's stepped up their game! I remember when the CEO appeared in the TV adds a while ago, pledging to step up the quality of the ingredients and not be as concerned as delivering more quickly than their competitors. Back in the day, Dominos was convenient and affordable, but it was one of the worst when it came to quality and taste. I never really liked it, but I ate it anyway. When I moved to Columbus in 1999 and had more options, over the years, Tommy's, Romeo's and Carlucci's became a few of my favorites and I forgot all about Domino's. A few weeks ago, I decided to give them another shot and I was not disappointed. Are they as good as my favs? No, but for the price and convenience, it's now my favorite chain pizza place. The cheese and the crust were my biggest complaint from Domino's of old. That has changed tremendously. The crust is delicious and the cheese taste like real cheese!
