I walked in 30 minutes before closing time and they refused to serve me, said they were closing early because they're manager told them to but then could not get in touch with said manager. Another man walked in and was able to pick up his order no problem. It was very rude that they just decided to close 30 minutes early without advertising that and then I went all that way for nothing. I have asked around and apparently this is a reoccurring issue. They should either change their advertised closing time or actually close at the time it says. This is not okay! read more

This location used to be okay at best. However, they recently (in the last 6 months or so) got a new employee and it shows! I don't know if he's a manager or what but every order has come out right. The service has been better. The food tastes better. Overall I recommend trying this location and if you've already been, I recommend giving them a second chance! I hope they keep it up. Ordered pizza while pregnant and was looking forward to my late night craving. One out of the two pies we ordered was a sausage and mushroom pizza. This is how it came. We called and the manager, Sam, asked us to text him a picture of the pizza, which we did. He tried to give us some BS about a new dough he was using. It's missing cheese on half the pizza. Idk how this passed their quality control. Asked for a full refund since waiting for a new pie to be made and delivered at 1am was doing the most. He wouldn't do that for us. Definitely something strange going on here. I probably eat at this location once every year or two, just when I get that craving. I ordered with the app last night and it says the pizza is ready. I get there and it's not ready, in fact it's another 10 minute wait in store, which means it probably didn't go in until I got there. I look up at the board and it says my name and it's ready so what gives? A few other yelpers have also reported this. My guess is that this location is messing with their statistics by saying it's going in the oven and completed on time even when it's not, to maintain quality of service. Then when Joe Schmoe (me) shows up to pick up pizza and I have to wait, well I wait, but it makes the store look like they are on time with their orders. Also, to the person making the pizza, you don't pick up the phone and other things in between that are not food related, and then proceed to touch raw ingredients again, get gloves, wash your hands, get trained on proper food handling. read more

I was all excited to have dominos after months! I recently moved into town and I just ordered from the dominos in New City. I am a little surprised and shocked at how scantily I was served my pizza toppings. I will attach pictures but I order a few different things, the chicken was cold.. not hot to touch but besides that the pizza toppings were EXTREMELY MINIMAL. None the less, I won't be ordering pizza from here again. I will make a longer trip if I have to and go to Pizza Hut in Nanuet. They have better portions or go to the Domino's in spring Valley. read more

I like Domino's pizza as well as there chicken dishes. The problem I have w/them is they forget to bring extras like blue cheese and kicker sauce, which I have paid for. The real kicker was that after I had nicely brought it to their attention, I got a phone call from them saying it was my fault for not placing the on line order correctly. This was not my first rodeo and told them that I was not to be blamed for their absent minded delivery people. So if you like Dominos food, either go pick it up, or call it in. You may have to mention the extra sauce a few times, and run the risk of annoying them...whereby you might get some unwanted "extras" on your food. Know what...probably best to have it delivered by any of the other more reputable pizza places in the area...these guys are not the only game in town! read more

We have been ordering dominos 2xs a week. After tonight's experience we will never order again. It started with the guy that answered the phone. He could not understand us. We had to repeat #2. 6xs only after saying 1,2 did he finally get it. We specifically asked for the wings to be put throught 4xs and they were barely cooked. Our cinnamon sticks were delivered with blue cheese dressing. We called and we were placed on hold 3xs. When we stated our complaints the response back was "Are you finished"? We then asked for the manager and the guy would not give us the managers name or owner. All he kept asking was what is your address? They have our address from their phone records. Honestly I ordered pizza from them more than a of couple times. I want to say that the food is good but the people, the delivery people really are theifs. They charge money to your card if you don't ask for the receipt and won't give you the receipts if you don't ask. If you order online and don't ask for the receipt they charge the card you use to order food with. They are theifs. No one forced them to work there they all applied for the job but to be theifs because they aren't getting paid enough and ruining their franchise is something else. The Tracker app said the pizza was ready. Went down to pick it up. They told me it'll just be another minute. Waited for ten minutes. Went back up to the counter and asked what's going on. Was told it's coming right out. Now 20 minutes since the tracker said the order was ready for pickup. Look at the pie waiting to go in the oven and it was MINE!!! Left with no pizza. Never again New City Dominos. Hope you lose your franchise with service like this. read more

Food is way overpriced for what you get. The cheesy bread had barely any cheese, it was like bread with just butter on it, & you have to request marinara sauce, it doesn't come with it anymore. The delivery was timely, but for a medium pepperoni pie, 1 order cheesy bread & 2 order of lava cakes it was $47. That's ridiculous. I think this is the last time I will be ordering Domino's pizza. The second time I called they accused me of lying and said it already arrived. Very poor customer service/experience that was delivered I was told pizza would be prepared in 10 minutes. I returned after 10 minutes and pizza order was initiated after another 10 minutes. Took another 10 minutes to complete. I inquired why it took 30 minutes for a 10 minute pizza order. The guy who took my order stated he did not place my order therefore he did not say it would take 10 minutes. He blatantly lied and blamed his boss/owner. Their food's pretty good. Online ordering is extremely easy. Never a mistake on delivery. It's not real pizza, by any stretch of the imagination, but it tastes good and is remarkably consistent. Peanut and treenut free makes it allergy-friendly for my son. Adding a star just for that. read more
