Okay, so this place has a really weird policy between 10pm and midnight-- They stop taking orders at the physical location at 10pm, but you can order delivery until midnight. I really do not understand the idea behind this policy, but I really wanted a pizza. So, I was outside my car in the parking lot trying to figure out how to order online and a nice employee helped me place my order. I was disappointed that his manager came outside and yelled at him (or maybe at me?!?) saying "we don't take orders in person after 10pm!!". He responded that he was helping me place a delivery order. Again, just weird. Anyway, I placed my order and went home. The same kind employee delivered my pizza to me. Waited for over 1.5 hours after being told that it was a 35 minute wait. Then called and was told they left 10 minutes ago. 20 minutes passed. I called and after waiting for over 5 minutes someone finally answered the phone. I was upset and she understood due to her being a driver. I then told her I wasn't going to pay. Then the I guess male manager got on the phone and instead of trying to fix the problem, he said "if you're not gonna pay, then I'm gonna turn the driver around back to the store" I said "well ok" then I hung up. Worst experience ever and I had a house of family waiting on food that have now left to find something else to eat. Way to go! read more

Just sitting here waiting for Dominoes to deliver. We got chicken wings Buffalo and large thin crust half black olives and mushrooms and the other half added jalapeños. Papa John's delivery is way faster. So if you want your food fast don't go with Domino's. Still waiting..... Was supposed to get text alerts but nope nothing. Been over 45 min and still waiting!!! Papa John's takes around 25 minutes at the most!!! Been waiting over an hour now, this is nuts!!! Should have just picked it up. Or maybe should have ordered Hungry Howie's, O love Hungry Howie's! My 3 year old is being very patient!!! Went with Domino's cause I wanted the points for free pizza, I think I earned one now with emphasis on EARNED!!! So the five stars are for Linda. Dominos is run of the mill pizza, but what do you expect from a chain. Every time food has been ordered it arrives hot and "as ordered". Most of the orders are placed over the phone. But let me get back to Linda, she's amazing. Ask for her she will make sure you have everything you need and want. I'm not the one to ever leave reviews but this is the worst service/food ive ever had. I waited 45 min past my pickup time for them to tell me they haven't even started my order. When I got my food the toppings were on one side of the pizza/box like they dropped it inside. It looked like everything was just thrown in a box and not even cooked, I couldn't even pick up the slices they just fell apart. To top it off I paid $5 for garlic sauce which is the only reason I go to dominos and they didn't even give me any. I called back and sat on hold for an hour and 30 min and finally gave up.. Horrible service. ordered from a local hotel and sat outside an hour waiting for delivery. No pizza, 2 hours later call and they claim the driver was here and returned with the food. Not only was I waiting but the front desk was waiting as well. Driver also never even tried to call the number we ordered from- they just lied period. I placed an order for delivery on the website and received a phone call stating that I am outside the delivery area. I had pizza delivered to the same address less than two weeks prior to this. I was told if I wanted my pizza I would have to drive to Dollar General and meet the driver. Obviously I ordered delivery because I couldn't leave the house. Ordered a pizza thru their website as a carryout for 5pm. I arrived at 5pm and was handed a pizza after giving the counter guy my name. We order from here on a fairly regular basis - enough that I've earned quite a few free pizzas through the reward program - so I feel like I'm qualified to give a pretty fair review. I'm not basing my review on a one time "driver didn't show up at the hotel room" experience. We're talking about a years long customer/service provider relationship. I've never had a real problem until yesterday. I made an order yesterday. I was busy with chores around the house and didn't get to stop to eat until quite a while after my food was delivered. When I sat down to eat I noticed that my salad was missing. I called the store right away. The lady who answered was very apologetic, said they had a couple of new drivers, and told me that she'd have it to me in about 30 minutes. Almost an hour later, still saladless and ready to go to bed, I called back and asked if I could just get it tomorrow. The man who answered said it was no problem and that he was writing it down. Today, my son decided he wanted a chicken parmesan sandwich. I figured I'd just go ahead and get my salad and maybe some spinach and feta cheese bread which really doesn't reach its peak flavor unless it's dipped in garlic dipping sauce. I put my order in online as usual - making sure to order the garlic dipping sauce. I called the store and asked to have my salad from the previous day sent with this order. I was told that the person from the night before hadn't written it down but that it really wasn't a big deal and would be sent with my order. The salad came with my order although the onion looked a tad questionable. I asked the delivery driver if all of the sauces were in with the various items and was assured that they were. I went inside and opened everything just to make sure. Remember the garlic sauce that brings out the wonderful flavor of the spinach and feta cheese bread? It wasn't in there. I ran back out and waved at the driver who stopped. I told her that I was missing the garlic sauce and asked if it might be in her vehicle. She asked if I had put it on the order and showed me that it wasn't on her sticker. I told her I had and I showed her where it was on my order. I've been a delivery driver before. I get that you don't make the orders - you just deliver them. However, if a longtime customer gives you a second chance the day after you forget part of their order, the least you can do is apologize for the place of business that you represent. I got no apology - just a "Well there's only two of us down there. If I get a chance to get back out this way I'll bring it to you." I had to eat my cheese bread garlic sauceless. I told my son we wouldn't be ordering from there again for a while and why. When he opened his sandwich he agreed. He hadn't said anything the day before, but his sandwich had been so over cooked that it was burnt and was cooked the same way today. I don't know what is going on down there, but until they get it figured out my business will go elsewhere. PS - The questionable onion tasted questionable as well so the salad that I waited almost 24 hours for wasn't too great. read more
