When we got home with our pickup order, we noticed that one of the desserts was completely smushed inside the box and honestly wasn't even really edible. What made this more frustrating was that there was a note inside the box with an arrow pointing to it that said "oops, call for a free one." So someone at the store clearly noticed that it was messed up before we left, but nobody said anything to us when we picked up our food. I called the store because I was confused about why no one just told us what happened or remade it before giving it to us. I was trying to understand what happened, but the employee told me, "well, it all tastes the same." I was honestly taken aback by that because I wasn't complaining about the taste. The dessert was completely destroyed, and I was just trying to understand why we weren't told about it before leaving the store and you wanted us to call you? She then told me I was being rude, even though I was speaking calmly and simply asking a question. She said she would send me a free one through the app and then hung up. After getting off the phone, I realized there wasn't actually any way for her to send me one like she said. I've worked in food service for 15 years, and I would never handle something like this by putting a note in the customer's box and sending them on their way without saying anything. It would have taken a few seconds to let us know what happened or offer to remake it. We also tipped twice, so it was especially disappointing to be treated this way over something that could have been handled so easily. I'm not really concerned about getting another dessert. I'm more concerned about the lack of communication and the way I was spoken to when I called to ask about it. This time, they were advertising 50% off all pizzas, but then you find out there's an order minimum. So to reach the minimum, I would have to order two pizzas. Once you add on the fees, it's not much of a deal. Tonight I tried to order half our pizza with light cheese and light meat, and the other half fully loaded. Instead we received a pizza with regular cheese on all of it and pepperoni on only half of of it. $21 with tip for a small-ish medium pizza is not a good deal. We are done with ordering pizza. I placed a carry out/pick up order through the app a few weeks ago and was informed through both an app and email confirmation that my order would be ready for pickup within 12-17 minutes. I was ordering food for a group dinner, but it was just three simple medium pizzas. After waiting 45 minutes for any update to our order (as the pizza tracker only showed it as being in the first stage of prep), I assumed this ridiculously long wait had to be due to an app glitch because surely the store could not be that behind if they were willing to provide such a quick carry out time estimate (that was not updated at any point in this process). I then arrived at the store only to have to wait another 30+ minutes sitting in my car because the order STILL wasn't ready. The store was not busy at all and they had over 4 staff members standing about in the front part of the store. I emailed customer service after receiving an email requesting feedback, and even though I waited a generous few weeks, NO response from management regarding this incredibly upsetting experience. I would hope that the order would be largely if not fully refunded because an 75 minute wait for an order that was supposed to be done in 12-17 minutes is outrageous. Very disappointed in the poor service and lack of response from management at this store. A 30 minute wait after a 12-17 minute estimate would be a generous allowance for being behind, but this was fully unacceptable. read more

Where do I begin? We ordered our pizza for pickup. My kids arrived to pick it up. It wasn't ready and the employees were completely confused. They were given the order and instead of checking it, they got in the car and left, as there were sketchy homeless people outside. DO NOT ORDER HERE! Never arrived. I ordered a medium pizza and cinnamon knots at 11:30pm. I received a notification that the order was out for delivery at 12:05am. At 12:44am, I called the store to find out where the driver was. No answer. Called again at 12:47am. No answer. Called a third time at 12:50am. No answer again. Did I mention that the store is 3 minutes from where I requested it be delivered? She simply got off the phone and said, "It's on its way". Her response(excuse) was that they had 7 orders that had to get out on time. She has now gotten quite edgy and started to raise her voice. I asked, is it normal that you don't answer your phones here? She responded, "yes, we are busy here and we can't answer the phone in order to provide adequate service". .... yes, she said that. By now I actually did raise my voice. I was quite upset by that response. I said, "Adequate service?! This is not adequate service, it's not even service at all. I haven't been serviced. In order to provide service, I would have had my phone call answered or my pizza delivered. Neither of which happened because you were too busy providing 'adequate service'." By now she has been getting in my face over the counter and has been hostile, if you hadn't caught that. "I will cancel your order" she said as if it was a threat. At the end of this, she said my order will be there in the next 10 minutes but I needed to leave the store because I was "escalating the conversation and they were closed and could not service me further". As I walked out, she immediately got on the phone. I later assumed this was a call to the delivery driver to skip my place because I stayed up until 3:30am and NEVER GOT MY PIZZA... The tracker says delivery in 22-27 minutes. The tracker says pizza left the store at 6:09 pm. I call the store at 6:31 pm and Rachel, the store manager, says the tracker is wrong, the time is always 45 minutes, but it left the store. It's 6:47 and I'm writing this review and there is no pizza. I'm sorry that I didn't read the reviews first. My experience has confirmed their opinion, this place sucks. At 6:53pm the order arrived when I was on the phone with the store. It wasn't a square cut as asked and it was cold. They took the cost (approximately $25.00) off my credit card the only decent thing that this store did. The manager should not be dealing with people. She hung up on me when I first call. The second call she said she didn't have to deal with me if I'm upset. Just the kind of attitude you want when there are so many other choices. I have had only one issue with an order but a gentleman named Tyler compensated me even though it was not required. Having worked in fast food for a short time growing up, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the location. I witnessed all employees washing their hands and cooking appliances with each pizza to ensure that there was not cross contamination.
