Not a good experience. I've fallen for their "special offers" a few times, only to end up spending more than expected once the delivery charge, tip, etc, is added. This time, they were advertising 50% off all pizzas, but then you find out there's an order minimum. So to reach the minimum, I would have to order two pizzas. Once you add on the fees, it's not much of a deal. Tonight I tried to order half our pizza with light cheese and light meat, and the other half fully loaded. Instead we received a pizza with regular cheese on all of it and pepperoni on only half of of it. $21 with tip for a small-ish medium pizza is not a good deal. We are done with ordering pizza. From now on, it will be a frozen pizza or I will make my own, which I do very well. This place is a ripoff factory. read more

After going through a very long, extremely gruesome complaint process, they gave me a "medium" pizza $17 value, and it was burnt too, but not as black as the first order. Do NOT order from this Domino's. (Unless you have the rest of your evening to sit around and wait!) I placed a carry out/pick up order through the app a few weeks ago and was informed through both an app and email confirmation that my order would be ready for pickup within 12-17 minutes. I was ordering food for a group dinner, but it was just three simple medium pizzas. After waiting 45 minutes for any update to our order (as the pizza tracker only showed it as being in the first stage of prep), I assumed this ridiculously long wait had to be due to an app glitch because surely the store could not be that behind if they were willing to provide such a quick carry out time estimate (that was not updated at any point in this process). I then arrived at the store only to have to wait another 30+ minutes sitting in my car because the order STILL wasn't ready. The store was not busy at all and they had over 4 staff members standing about in the front part of the store. I emailed customer service after receiving an email requesting feedback, and even though I waited a generous few weeks, NO response from management regarding this incredibly upsetting experience. I would hope that the order would be largely if not fully refunded because an 75 minute wait for an order that was supposed to be done in 12-17 minutes is outrageous. Very disappointed in the poor service and lack of response from management at this store. A 30 minute wait after a 12-17 minute estimate would be a generous allowance for being behind, but this was fully unacceptable. read more

Where do I begin? We ordered our pizza for pickup. My kids arrived to pick it up. It wasn't ready and the employees were completely confused. They were given the order and instead of checking it, they got in the car and left, as there were sketchy homeless people outside. When they got home, the first thing I noticed was that they left out the Sprite that was part of the order. Then, I opened my Lava Crunch Cake. But only for us to open our pizza boxes to find UN COOKED PIZZA. Legit It was doughy halfway cooked pizza, was extremely disappointing and just gross. I spent 50$ on the entire order to feed my family and for them to honestly cook the pizza and "quality check" and send that out was just ridiculous. Before this order I never had a bad experience with this specific location but tonight was just awful. I called and complained I wanted the order remade. The manager agreed to remake it but said " sometimes the well done option doesn't get honored because we just have " too many pizzas in the oven" we don't have time. Domino's today is not the Domino's of old. Since they revamped their business - most significantly quality - I consider them above Pizza Hut and Papa John's. Yes, it's still a chain so I'm not fan, but sometimes I'm reluctant to drop ~$25 for artisan pizza and Domino's satisfies just fine. DO NOT ORDER HERE! Never arrived. I ordered a medium pizza and cinnamon knots at 11:30pm. I received a notification that the order was out for delivery at 12:05am. At 12:44am, I called the store to find out where the driver was. No answer. Called again at 12:47am. No answer. Called a third time at 12:50am. No answer again. Did I mention that the store is 3 minutes from where I requested it be delivered? Mind you, I was very calm on purpose because I was going to give her the benefit of the doubt; I figured it was a mistake and the pizza wasn't in the right car or something. Without trying to understand my situation, she immediately came up with an excuse and blurted out, "there was a concert tonight that just let out". I calmly said, I ordered over an hour ago and an hour ago, your tracker said the pizza was on its way to me. She looked up the order and driver and gave him a call to ask where my order was. She simply got off the phone and said, "It's on its way". I said, "I'd like to know why I live 3 minutes away and I don't have my pizza yet and I had to come to your store and all you can tell me is, "it's on its way"? Her response(excuse) was that they had 7 orders that had to get out on time. She has now gotten quite edgy and started to raise her voice. I asked, is it normal that you don't answer your phones here? She responded, "yes, we are busy here and we can't answer the phone in order to provide adequate service". .... yes, she said that. By now I actually did raise my voice. I was quite upset by that response. I said, "Adequate service?! This is not adequate service, it's not even service at all. I haven't been serviced. In order to provide service, I would have had my phone call answered or my pizza delivered. Neither of which happened because you were too busy providing 'adequate service'." By now she has been getting in my face over the counter and has been hostile, if you hadn't caught that. "I will cancel your order" she said as if it was a threat. At the end of this, she said my order will be there in the next 10 minutes but I needed to leave the store because I was "escalating the conversation and they were closed and could not service me further". As I walked out, she immediately got on the phone. I later assumed this was a call to the delivery driver to skip my place because I stayed up until 3:30am and NEVER GOT MY PIZZA... I will be calling corporate because I have a sad feeling that she was the manager. The tracker says delivery in 22-27 minutes. The tracker says pizza left the store at 6:09 pm. I call the store at 6:31 pm and Rachel, the store manager, says the tracker is wrong, the time is always 45 minutes, but it left the store. It's 6:47 and I'm writing this review and there is no pizza. I'm sorry that I didn't read the reviews first. My experience has confirmed their opinion, this place sucks. At 6:53pm the order arrived when I was on the phone with the store. It wasn't a square cut as asked and it was cold. They took the cost (approximately $25.00) off my credit card the only decent thing that this store did. The manager should not be dealing with people. She hung up on me when I first call. The second call she said she didn't have to deal with me if I'm upset. Just the kind of attitude you want when there are so many other choices. If the store can't handle the number of orders then either give the customers realistic delivery times or don't except any more orders. I have stopped by here a few times and each time I have had reliable and respectful service. I have had only one issue with an order but a gentleman named Tyler compensated me even though it was not required. Having worked in fast food for a short time growing up, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the location. I witnessed all employees washing their hands and cooking appliances with each pizza to ensure that there was not cross contamination.
