Gave me the wrong food at pickup, then refused to deliver it because I'm in Lincroft, which is five-ten minutes from Red Bank. Robbed me of $7 and my dinner. The food is great but the customer service at this location is especially bad. Also the 'Dominos Hotspots' are still in Red Bank. You are not doing anybody any favors by driving two blocks from your location. Why even offer that? read more

We ordered pizza last night first over the phone where we heard a bunch of employees who actually answered the phone proceed to say "oh it's a delivery order" and hung up not once but twice. After we ordered online we still got our pizza which was burnt around the edges and essentially "rushed" mind you we only live a few blocks away. If you don't wanna work - close earlier. I feel sorry for this Domino's location, ordered pizza over the phone for a pick up, went to pizza place for a pick up, first it took them 10 minutes to find my Pizza, Secondly, I asked for Napkins...the manager goes " we are out of Napkins for months now" and then I asked for red chilli peppers..he goes we dont have them either! I felt bad....I shouldn't have tipped them...instead should have gotten them a box of Napkins and few packets of chilli peppers! read more

Horrible! If I could give it zero stars I would. Order was suppose to take 30-40 minutes. Instead took over 90 minutes, pizza arrived cold, drink missing because driver was lost (a fact I inly found out because I called 75 minutes after ordering). Management was flip and had zero customer service. He voided order eventually begrudgingly only after I complained he shouldn't charge me and order was missing components. I've had four issues with this store and every time it's the same bull. I order it, it takes over an hour. When I call, they rudely tell me "it's on its way". Then it takes another 20 minutes. When the driver arrives, they don't apologize or say a word about it. Then I complain. Then the driver offers me a refund that never happens. Then I email corporate, get the run around. They tell me I'll be contacted by the manager of the locally owned store in a few days. Nothing from them. I email corporate again. No response. I email corporate a second, third, and fourth time and get no response. I want my refund for the last four damn orders at this point. And not to mention they ALWAYS forget part of my order and the pizza is cold. I'm over this place's incompetence. read more

I placed an order the night before a bday party at school & spoke with someone who took a very detailed order I gave about , This was for my child's class not myself ,delivery time, the class name , & an address + the name of the school. I let the school know they would be coming at a certain time. I paid for it & expected a positive outcome, like most of my other experiences with dominos. Sadly I was notified by the school that the pizza was not delivered. The school and myself called and we're told they went but no one buzzed the door open from the office, this was not true. One of the office secretaries is ALWAYS in the office & they have a camera. My son was very sad & embarrassed when his class didn't get the pizza he old them about. I went to the franchise & spoke with the manager who never apologized & insisted the driver went and called my cell (after telling them the night before I would be working & to contact the school for any questions) I had no incoming calls/voicemail. I asked why he could not have called the school and his response was "I guess he could have" and then told me the driver had to go home bc his car was having trouble. He let me know the $ was refunded to my card however I let him know the $ was not why I was there, an apology would have made me at least think about ordering from them again but, now I will NEVER. In the last 1-2 years this place has really changed! All new unwelcoming faces & even management seems very untrained. read more
